January 6, 200719 yr i got one earlier toady... i would have posted but someone already did and it got moved to acheivments.. theyre not that great because (i dont think anyone has mentioned this) they break after a certian number of uses... like does all the penence armor... and it doesnt say how many uses are left and you cant get it repaired it just disapears.. i think good for duelers though 120+ combat 1800+ total | level 76 rscwhip drops: 31abyssal heads: 1dark bows: 1

I seriously doubt they will degrade, why would jagex create an amour that breaks when you've just spent 3 hours getting the points for it? Although it's defence bonuses for stab and crush are bad, when people pk they use whips and d scims; both slashing weapons. Surely this makes it perfect for Pking? January 6, 200719 yr ^Spam.. ahaha. Using the plate, over time you're getting a XP boost. This is the only practical use of the plate; in any other case I'd rather use rune or Barrows. I train 60K an hour, it lets me hit 3% more, so that should be 1.8K xp extra per hour. That's roughly 1/30th an hour saved per hour of training. Assuming it takes 3 hours to get the thing, that would mean you would have to train 90 hours for the strength bonus to pay off. In addition you're being hit a lot more, as your defense is decreased 40-60. Which means you'd have to take in account food-restocking (you're not using Guthans) time and cost. Before if you got a pk you could get rune plate, legs, beserker, obby set. rune plate gets replaced by fighter torso obby sheild by defenders obby cape by fire cape. whip is protected almost always. What, they're pking to get a beserker and rune legs selling for.. 100k? Now subtract the sharks, p pots, super set...
January 6, 200719 yr not worth it to pk with it (considering u could mess up and lose it), +4 str is only 1 more damage you pk in ur full rune and u see a person in a phat u spec him and hit a 28,28 he has 1 health left... and tellies for pkers that extra hour would increase there chances in pks
