No one knows for sure whether there is or isn't a f2per with 99 everything now do they!?!? You can know for sure - No there isn't anyone last I checked... I've checked and this is how you would find out ~ if you multiply 99 times 15 (the # of f2p skills) then you get 1485... if you check the high scores and search by rank until you get to the players that have 1485 levels, you'll see that none of them have all 99 stats. (they would be at the top of the list) Search overall rank for like 50,000 and if it's not close try 60,000. When you are close use the arrows to scroll. Once you get to 1485 and no one is there, then you have to search for the top person with 1484 total lvls. It was about a month ago that I looked but the closest that anyone had was (I think it was about) 1470 total lvls (all f2p) and he needed to get 90 prayer up & some RC lvls. But all other skills were 99. I can't remember his name but I think that it would be cool to have all 99 f2p skills... It took me about an hour to search and it was only because I could access the high scores at work but couldn't play the game. Now I can't access runescape at all at work but I can access here. F2P buying: iron ore 75+ coal 170+, addy ore 900+, rune ore 10K+ ("+" = for large quantities or if I really want it)Selling: anything (F2P) addy & up to rune full helms (with stout) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
