I get my kill count to 15 and havn't had luck in a long time. Does anybody here get to a certain kill count and have good luck?

Define "luck." Actually the kill count doesnt increase your chances of getting a barrows item; it just increases the number of bolt racks, runes, and gp you get from the chest.

I know it increases the runes and bolt racks but i was just wondering what every1 gets there kill count to....

Oh. I havent done barrows yet. But I probably wont get it any higher than I need to break even on mind and death runes.

16's my luck number. Got a Guthan spear as my first item at 16 kill counts :]

Leesters made a post a while back that 20-30kc greatly increases your chance of an item as opposed to 10-20kc. He proved it with facts. The difference was something like 1 per 18 trips to 1 per 12 trips. Ill see if i can find the link.

Im not shure if youll see the results immedately, though. His statistics are out of 400 runs, so you probably wont be seeing those results till 100+ trips.

15 its the kc i got a d med and 2 teeth halves

11 is my lucky number, its the kc where i got my ahrim hood and torag plate all in a row :lol:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

(i did a fast barrows run of only kiling the brothers and nothing else (kc6) and go torag plate legs)

I get 20ish, got a flail in my first 10 trips or so

actually around 15-20

18 is my lucky KC, got me a dragon medium and a Guthans Spear which I sold for 5.5m. :D

Got my drops all at Kc 7 (the Verac helm and karils bow were double chest at my 3rd trip ever)

I've been getting mine to 14 recently and I've gotten my first d med, two half keys and two items with it. I've grown very superstitious about it :roll:

15 is actually mine. I dont always get 15 though.

I've heard that anything above 10 does not affect the chest except for the runes and bolts, but I could be wrong :|

well back no topic i get 12 kc must of the time and get an item ever 5-10 trips. I wouldnt recommend getting kc higher than 15 because you are wasting, time and food that can be used on your next trip. Also the #1 tip for barrows... is be PATIENT the 1st item is always the hardest because you want cash lol but dont worry just keep on doing barrows and you will eventually get an item.

Well, I always get 24 kill count, and recently I got guthan's helm, after having a nice dry streak... I also got a torag helm not too long ago.

i once got a kill count of 70 =p that trip stank like a skunk witch i did a prokect on in science =p

actually, jagex has released info that kc just improves rune, bolt rack and coin numbers, but i don't really have one...no items 8-)
