Rock crabs are bad xp, they have garbage drops, they are not a slayer task.. What possible reason would you have to waste 400k cash firing off 2k cannon balls at them? Oh yeah, the fact that a cannon cant target a rock crab unless some one else is fighting it.. So if your at rock crabs and your cannon is firing you pretty much just ruined some one elses training. Only low lifes take a cannon to rock crabs. At first point: They are good xp. They dish out 100 xp points each (with a cannon of course) and I don't care about the drops. I want fast xp. At second point: No, the cannon fires at everything. Even the crabs/warriors that are not being attacked. P.S. - I am a friendly cannoner. Training my pure! Some people may get mad because having a cannon means you can basically get most of the creatures in the area which makes them get annoyed. If they get mad why don't they spend the money that you spent yourself to get themselves a cannon so they can own the area. What I'm saying is everyone is allowed to use their own methods for training (unless of course it's something like auto-ing) but if you want to use it then feel free to. (You know I mean the ones that have been provoked (popped out of the ground already)). But if they are just idling around, not attacking anything, the cannon will still fire at it. With me, when I have lets say a slayer assignment like kalphites, daggs, or black demons where I use cannon, I try to find and empty world so I don't anger anyone... My thing on the cannon: -Don't use it in a crowded training place. Yeah, the cost for the cannonballs will put a pretty big dent in the amount of cash you have.
