My rules are pretty simple, don't touch them unless they touch me. Sometimes though I will just occasionally one-shot a lowbie on my way past.

When I'm Mining on the Pally though its completely different. If I see them mining a vein I want, I land, Hammer of Justice, and begin mining. If they decide to be stupid, they die. If I'm mining a vein already and they come try to take it, they die.

Expecting a good life because you're a good person is like expecting a bull not to charge because you're a vegetarian.

If im on my hunter and there near my level, I dont do anything but if I get the SLIGHTEST notion they will I attack. With my blood elf pally im pretty passive, only attacking if I get attacked. DPS pally btw.

So whats everyone's rules on coming across a member of the opposite faction in contested territory?

Always attack.

Only reason I wouldn't is if they were gray to me and I didn't feel like wasting the time.

Other than that I never gave a damn if it was a dailies area, questing area, whatever. PvP was the only fun part of the game so I took every advantage I could get to do it.

To find a flagged player in my server is like find an invisible needle in a haystack.

But when I do, is automatic attack. If he's low level I might just let him live.

Man, I was such a crap PvPer that attacking someone would usually just lead to me getting my ass handed to me. I played a PvE spec'd rogue though... but I don't think that renders us absolutely useless in PvP.

Rogues have the element of surprise though, so if I was feeling particularly feisty I sometimes had my moments against mages and the like. But then they'd return while I was fighting a mob or something and kick my ass. Speaking of which, did I just play on a particularly [cabbage]ty server? Because people would almost only attack me if I was fighting a mob, had low health, or if I was a much lower level than them. Very rarely did they have the decency to give me a fighting chance.

Anyway. I think I'm gonna activate the 10 day trial in roughly a week.

I pvp'd as a pve spec rogue my first two times through as a rogue. Third time I did more of a PvP spec because of the hemo dagger change but yea :P.

And that [cabbage] happens everywhere. Honestly though I welcomed people attacking me because it's fun to embarrass them when you turn the fight around in your favor.

Felix I'm coming to your server when Cata hits and I'm rolling a mage.

Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.

I remember when I was questing on my Paladin, must have been 77 or so at the time. Killed three hunters at once (one 78, one 79, one 80) they just kept coming back and I just kept killing them until I got bored lol.

Hey I got a lock level 48 and was thinking about possibly duel specing it as I got alot of gold from my 80 Pally. What is the best spec or specs for a lock for leveling and DPS?

Honestly... I find getting a dual spec as a DPS pretty useless unless you plan on doing both PVP and PVE at endgame.

From what I've gathered from our guild locks and my own 66 lock, Affliction spec is best for both leveling up and pvping. I think Destro is the most popular endgame dps spec, so I'd advise dual speccing destro for when you do instances. :)

You could try the badlands, though I think a lot of quests there will be Green to you at first.

Or The Hinterlands, maybe?

It might be easier if you're Alliance. They have lower level quests in there. But they also have one of the awesomest questlines, too. :3

Also, beta has new loading screens. They're pretty awesome.

Fixed. :3

Watching Big Crits. It's like a reality TV Youtube thing based around a raiding guild. It is way more entertaining than it has any right to be.

So, was a EU TIF server ever settled? Thinking of starting my 10 day trial, heh!

Not being biased or anything, but I would genuinely recommend my server, Frostwhisper EU. It's a PvP server and the population of horde:alliance is about 4:3. However, the horde is more PvP based and the Alliance is more PvE based, both have great guilds for raiding casually and hardcore (Check out wowprogress.com for more information) but horde usually have Wintergrasp more often than Alliance. There are world PvP guilds on both sides so if that takes your fancy then you can do that too. There is rarely trade chat spam, pick up groups are high quality, the forums are good banter as well. We have the best level 60 and 70 raiding guilds, well we did, I'm not so sure, on the EU side, people would transfer old characters over to continue old school raiding.

Most of the guilds on my old server have packed up and moved to Neptulon.
