Today I spent 4 hours killing Raptors for deviate hatchings in WC on my 41 shammy. Got four and sold three for 450 gold ea and the last for 380. WHen you do a realm transfer, does your items come with you? I know you can only keep a certain amount of gold, but I would like to take some important items with me when I transfer to friends server.

I swapped my 75 mage (now 80 obviously) from Thunderlord to Kil'Jaeden (yes, the famous PvP server) and kept everything and all my gold.

 

the certain amount of gold is fairly high

 

 

- Level 10-30: 300 gold limit

- Level 31-50: 1000 gold limit

- Level 51-69: 5000 gold limit

- Level 70 - 80: 20000 gold limit

 

or was... 20k isn't that much anymore, I imagine they'll change it

Yeah he says a lot of funny little things, I tried to catch him saying them but good angles while moving is a pain. One of them this like "I always get sand between my toes" or something.

Yeah I was about ready to kill myself seeing all the escort quests I had to do, Blizzard should at least make the escorts move a little bit faster. Good thing about Tooga is that he follows you.

 

Finished this Thursday morning, a day earlier than I'd expected to. Last quest was the end of the Black Morass chain inside Caverns of Time. Next goal is going to be to get the Red Dragonhawk Mount, and I'm already at 90/100 mounts for it. Then maybe finally finish up Salty and Guardian of Cenarius to round out my title count...

Can anyone confirm whether or not its a violation of any Blizzard Rules/Terms/etc. to use the neutral AH to transfer items between Horde and Alliance characters?

It's fine, just make sure nobody snipes you. ;P

 

Trading gold isn't recommended, though, since the neutral AH takes a pretty big cut for itself.

Yeah I'd be doing it late at night though... its just that I'm 92/100 mounts for the Red Dragonhawk, and my choices are pretty slim now. I can still get 12 mounts from Argent Tournament but those dailies make me want to slit my throat ugh. Was looking to pay an Alliance guy to let me kill him in Halaa 170 times to get those two Dark Talbuks.

Hehe, that's pretty awesome. I'm only 64/100. >_< Will be up to 70 in a couple of days when I hit Exalted with Netherwing, so yay. Goodluck with the mounts, though. I'd come kill you if I had a toon on your server. :3

 

I'm still sticking with the AT dailies, though I've quit the jousting ones because they are godawful. D:

 

Still no Eye of Sulfuras. ;_; Got all the materials bar it, the Ingots and the Blood of the Mountain. I'm not going to bother buying the last two yet, since I'll probably get them all while I'm waiting for the blasted Eye to drop.

I love Netherwing Drakes, I've ridden my Cobalt ever since I got it except when I pull out the Ulduar or ICC drake for e-peen status. Its still the only flying mount I regularly keep on my bars. Good luck finishing up the grind, try to farm as many eggs as you can it seriously helped me back then.

 

All the AT dailies are just a pain, I've gotten pretty good at the jousting ones though. The money is nice however, and with the short list of mounts they're the easiest.

2 just started rerolling and I finally hopped on the bandwagon:). I'm now a level 11 blood elf paladin (we already have a clothie and a mail wearer) on Mazrigos (Or something like that).

Probably worth waiting until Cata to start playing to be honest, or even next week (likely) when 4.0.1 hits with new mechanics/UI etc. Then 4.0.3 shortly after (sometime in November most likely) with all the old world changes. Not going to play until that anyway.

I may come back for 4.0.1, probably not till 4.0.3 though.

Spent the night screwing with a PuG my friend was in.

 

They were doing 25ICC, my friend gave me the vent details, I joined using the name of one of the rands, and had fun.

 

Highlights included me generally being a tool, talking about adds being pulled and bite orders and stuff on completely random bosses, asking when Gunship's Drake Phase happens, whether Betrayer of Humanity is on reserve, trying to get people to roll on items for me because my slash key was broken, and yeah. A good time was had by all.

 

On another note: 82/100 mounts. >_<

Finally got a new computer and another game card so as soon as WoW is finished downloading I'll be on once again.

So when the last patch hits before Cataclysm is released, the one that will bring the world changes and all that (in November, if I recall), will the new quests be added then as well? Wondering if I could start on my human paladin then and still experience the new quests.

Having a lot of fun leveling my paladin, level 25 now. I specced protection for tanking. People are [developmentally delayed]ed as always. Some examples in the 3 days I've been doing dungeons:

 

- Healers going AFK without telling the group- every other mob.

- Rogues stealthing and running ahead of me often pulling packs because they get detected. And they do it every single time.

- DPS pulling mobs. Most of the time it's no problem but it pisses me off. And they do it every time. One time a hunter asked the group what pulling was.

- A DPS shaman told us he was resto specced but didn't want the pressure of healing an instance so he only cued as DPS.

Just follow the simple "if they want to tank let them tank" policy.
