The Newtroost also drops a tea flask which holds hot tea. I am not sure of what other monsters drop but one of the spidines dropped a rune satchel like the newtroost.

i just found out a glitch.. if you bank your rune satchels or tea flasks they do not stack.. and if your bank is full and try to deposit them it will drop on the ground instead of saying "you do not have space in your bank"

imo that room will show its function when all lights are lit.
