February 27, 200719 yr We've received a couple of of messages on website discussion that mentioned that they felt that stackable/unstackable would be a helpful addition to the database. Now, it wouldn't be impossible to do because most images have a number in them to show that they are stackable, but it would take a long time. The only way we would add this in is if there is enough support by the community for this to be added. Thanks for your opinion! Edit: Update released. See page 2 ~M
February 27, 200719 yr I don't think it's really necessary. I mean most people know that things like runes and arrows are stackable, but maybe jsut add some for some of the more "questionable" items.
February 27, 200719 yr Wait... doesn't the image show if the item is stackable anyways, as long as the person looking up the item puts more than 2.6 seconds into finding what they are looking for?
February 27, 200719 yr i think it may be nessisary due to the fact that some of them are tricky (holy water, ect)
February 27, 200719 yr Perhaps then the images of stackable items should be adjusted so that the quantity number shows like 100 (if possible) so that it is more noticable. Either that, or I'm sure this feature would be easy to add as a checkbox kind of thing in the update system, kinda like Poisoness or Quest is in the Bestiary. Only hard part would be updating the check boxes, and we could make a point of it where if people notice that we made a mistake, we simply run in and change it real quick. don't worry, you are going to "hell" anyway. wanna race to see who gets there first?Officially reached 100 Combat at 1:33PM EST, June 14, 2007First Dragon Drop: Dragon Chain (Dust Devils) @ 10:48PM EST, July 14, 2008, lv113 combat
February 27, 200719 yr gee, you guys should also try and add item weights... It may come in handy some day. This is where they want I should sign?
February 27, 200719 yr Author gee, you guys should also try and add item weights... It may come in handy some day. One thing at a time. Stackable would be easiest to do right now with our resources, so we are seeing if it is worth the work. Item weight would take an amazing amount of time to implement and we really don't have the resources for it. ~M
February 27, 200719 yr yeah, but maybe just for food, because that may matter when deciding what food to take for agility training, or any time you need to run... [hide=side point]Hope I'm not hi-jacking this thread..[/hide] This is where they want I should sign?
February 27, 200719 yr Maybe you can just make a list where it lists the items that are stackable, since there are much less stackable items than non-stackables. That way you won't have to do as much job, or were you already planning like this? :P http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=525348 - My Pking Gallery I'M BACK FOR SUMMER BABY
February 27, 200719 yr I wouldn't mind seeing a stackable option, it could be helpful. ^Sir Jem 05-The Bunny Drinking Blog?^ Click it!

Item weight would take an amazing amount of time to implement and we really don't have the resources for it. I'd rather have the weight, then wether it's stackeble or not. It's mostly quite obvious what's stackeble and what isn't anyway. When everything's been said and done, more has been said than done. All skills 80+
February 27, 200719 yr If you do this, make sure to add three options: Stackable, Unstackable, and Unstackable in Bank. So far, only the Satchels and Flasks are unstackable in bank, but Mod Ash was hinting there would be more. Jack of all trades, master of thieving. 259th to 99 thieving. All stats 75+

So far, only the Satchels and Flasks are unstackable in bank, but Mod Ash was hinting there would be more. That last one (unstackable in bank) would probably just go in notes for now, since (as you said) only Satchels and Flasks currently fit that topic. Either way, at the time of this post, we're looking at about 60 - 20, which I think would probably be sufficient to say there's some interest in this. don't worry, you are going to "hell" anyway. wanna race to see who gets there first?Officially reached 100 Combat at 1:33PM EST, June 14, 2007First Dragon Drop: Dragon Chain (Dust Devils) @ 10:48PM EST, July 14, 2008, lv113 combat
February 27, 200719 yr Well jagex did state that this is just the start of non-stackable items in banks (Jagex you better be lying like about half your updates). But for now maybe just add it under notes until 10+ items come out like this. Your name is "bet you fail", and you're starting a business with your mom? I'm not even going to touch that.....
February 27, 200719 yr I think it would help it be even better!!! 99 Pics - Range, Defence, HP, Attack, Magic, Strength, Cooking
February 28, 200719 yr well, adding if things are stackable would be nice would weights of items, also image of the items in the data base should perhaps include, what its like to view a worn item in the equiptment screen and what its like to see on a player but before all that happens, correcting the current info on the website would be nice.
February 28, 200719 yr it's a good idea but if u do let every image show if it's stackable or not, then u don't need to :) There's no such thing as "wireless." Just really long extension cords.
February 28, 200719 yr As people has mentioned earlier, i dont think it is necessary to show if an item is stackable or not, as the image itself shows it. And what comes to item weight, it would be kinda lot of work to do :| [/url]">[4Th in Finland to achieve 99 mining. 3Rd of June 2007]Pixels make me horny.
