They can be found while you are tunneling, in a rare case. And, you have a very small chance (0.25%) that you find them while mining rune ore. They can be used to make good jewelry. They are better as onyx. To enchant the jewelry, you need to use Level-7 enchant (level 94 magic), which takes 30 water, 30 air and a cosmic rune. The spell is on the Lunar Spellbook, and you need to complete Dream Mentor. You can assist this spell. Lunar Crystal - Crafting level: 79. - Experience (to cut): 197.5 exp - Effect: Can be crafted into the following jewelry, with a silver bar. - Price: 7250K Amulet of Rage - Crafting level: 99 - Experience (to craft): 210 exp - Effect: +12 in all Attack Bonuses, +18 in all Defence Bonuses, +11 Strength Bonus, +4 Prayer Bonus. - Price: 9350k Ring of Resurrection - Crafting Level: 89 - Experience (to craft): 145 exp - Effect: Will teleport you to your gravestone. You will be invisible like a spirit for a minute, so your enemies won't attack you. You can use the ring once in 48 hours. - Price: 7600k Bracelet of Protection - Crafting level: 96 - Experience (to craft): 175 - Effect: Lowers your damage taken for up to 15%. - Price: 6000k Necklace of Attraction - Crafting level: 94 - Experience (to craft): 150 exp - Effect: Any monster (even Rams) will get aggressive. - Price: 5850k This is my idea, if you like it, please support! Maybe change the effect to "Speeds healing by 2X or such?" As for AFKing it wouldn't be that massive as the gem would be rare, and could POSSIBLY require a magic level to weild. One last idea - the gem would have a very rare chance of beinging mined from Runite rocks, and only rune rocks. Around a 0.5% chance of the gem being in the rock instead of ore when it charges. So when the rock charges with ore it has a small chance of being a crystal instead of a runite ore. It's great you know what you're talking about rustiod. Its a stupid idea that you could recharge your grave teleporter, it would take away some of the only danger left in the game, necklace of fear, same again, theres little challenge or danger left in the game. The 15% less damage combined with protects in pvp ( is it like 50% pvp? ) would be too overpowered, it would negate the need for prayers ( steel skin provides 15%) or it would overpower them 30% total). I have nothing against the amulet except for its owerpowered ness giving almost as much as some helmets ( also find a more unique name, i mean Anger? come on...). The market is already fluctuating due to pvp, dont muck it up more with ideas that have clearly not been thought out. Charge = unlimited now, and you can't assist the spell. 3. Changed the Necklace of Fear. 4. The bracelet gives UP TO 15% defence. This means, that every hit will protect you for 1 to 15% (random). Why would a crystal with such a serene color of light blue be used to make an amulet of ANGER? That just sounds so off. I mean, if you're going to make up names for things at least base them off of logic. Again, too overpowered. Oh, and for those who don't know, monsters stop being aggressive towards you when you are twice their level + 1 more level. Meaning the highest monster you can make unaggressive is currently 68. You're suggesting that we allow monsters up to level 276 become unaggressive. What were you on when you suggested that? I'm sorry, but I am irked when people suggest ideas that have no base of logic, nor creativity. Yours has neither, and I suggest if you want this to work you do some serious revamping. The only item I think would work would be the ring, but only if it has unlimited charges. And as a final note, crystal would break easily, and cannot be cut with a chisel. It would clearly break. Think about what would happen if you took a chisel to a crystaline vase. One blow from that chisel and that vase will shatter. If you died in a combat area, and you tele to your grave, you'd be in the same combat area you died in. How about you tele near it, while in a, state where you can't be attacked,or your invisible and the monsters can't attack you. Example if the ring teleports you to your grave: it will cost over 20m+ So in other words: it dosen't matter what price it is. Cause i am 100% sure that the price of the ring would go up by alot. Btw... Godswords has this kind of prices too... So getting the ring would cost: meaning many people wouldn't have it! 8-) As for amulet: it's great, it's a improved amulet. It has good stats. The necklace is great too. I let the flaw part to Jagex, but the ideas are magnificient to me! AGAIN; if a item is very useful (example ring of death), the price will go up by tons...meaning not many will be able to afford it so not many would have it and it would take long time before the price goes down to a stable price.
