Coins AUTOPICKUP

Alright, i noticed something. Coins, they are very good. Infact most of Runescape would be pretty rich, if we picked up coins. So i wondering if what you think of a "AUTO PICKUP" of the coins:

Where the coins goes automatically into your inventory once you killed a monster.

Now this ain't a suggestion, but i just wanna hear your thoughts about this kind of thing. Do you think Jagex will ever consider this? Do you find this good? Will this affect the game?

My oppionion is that it can be considered, but right now i don't know how this can affect the game so i don't dare to say it can work.

id probably have 5m if i had picked up all those coins :x but yeah it would be very nice :thumbsup: maybe a chain of 3 quests that gives you a magic coin purse that goes in the shield slot? (inventory? like that holy wrench or bolt pouch?)

i would love that idea :) but to be honest if your that much of a tightwad just pick the coins up yourself.

i think it woudlnt affect the game too much, maybe even make prices on things that have dropped to rediculous prices go back up (if youve noticed, smithers used to be the ones with phats way back when, now it costs the amount of a phat to get smithing xp #-o ) so maybe having that extra money being circulated it could cause prices for skilling products to go back?

i doubt jagexwill make this though, theyd be encouraging lazyness and they already made all those Skill-X clicking

I pick up every coins drop from monsters and even coins drops that other players leave on the ground. The way I see it, it'll at least pay for my Torag's repairs.

I pick up every coin i see near me, but anything that lessens clickery is good for me.

A chain of 3 quests? What is this, WOW?

Jagex releases quest sequels 7-8 months, if not longer, after the original. So by your measure, the coin purse would be out about 14 months from now if Jagex were to implement in next month, over a year.

a good idea that should really be added, in my opinion having an item as such should be a 400 slayer point item instead of a quest chain seeing as how it involves monster drops.

what you lazy punks just want a coinpouch that auto picks up your coins and not work for it? :roll: yeah jagex is likely to do that. at least my idea was logical. i mean come on, if your that lazy why not auto :wall: and no im not suggesting that.

want something that will make your life easier you have to work for it. case closed

Monsters drop gold :shock: Jk, tbh it is the players responsibility to pick them up. Otherwise people would AFK kill a monster that drops 100-200 gold a kill and get millions a day.

Great idea in theory but never gonna happen in reality.

Jagex want rid of all the money coming in to rs not add millions...

it is a good idea but it is very superfluious, it is a players choice to pick up coins or not.

Instead of the coins going to the player, all coins that are not picked up and disapeer should be sent to the party room chest. I bet that at least 100k of coins could go to the chest on an average day every hour.

Prehaps a special, ring say, or glove that picks up all coins during slayer assignments only? Slayer are already complaining about regular monster killers at Steels/Greaters/etc., so it would kill them more unless it was assignment only.

In addition, make the requirements 60 Slayer and 70 Defense, and lastly make it BUYABLE only from a Slayer Master after 500 points.

You'd only have to do 3 quest, and then you can slash away at low level monsters, and you'll train + pick up money.. :thumbdown:

1) RWT is dead

2) They can simply program macros to pick up drops.

Make a purse? Not like the ones you see nowadays, but a bag with a string around it. Then it could have multiple sizes (like rc pouches). Now, you can store all your gpz in this purse, saving you 0 spaces in the inventory!

I really don't understand why everyone is not for this idea, WOW has it and it's very helpful and if we had this on RS I don't understand how people wouldn't like it.

dont like the idea, if you really care about the coins you can jsut pick them up and if someoen is to lazy to do that they can get over it.

It'd be extremely nice, but I doubt that Jagex would ever do this. It's almost like built-in autoing. :|
