Well I would say the community has declined somewhat in F2P. Being a f2per from the creation of my account to now I belive I have a fairly uniqe perspective on things. first off people where calling me noob alot 3 years ago- every 5-10 miniutes if I recall correctly. now that im level 83 its only every other day :) . their where still bots, not as bad as they have been in the last year- but then again I wasent realy paying attention way back then to bots, where any of you? their where alot of kids then, their are more now. I think its a corrupting attitude mostly thats to blaim, people see alot of scamming, macro's, swareing, name calling, and bad attitudes and it gets to them over time. if you have been playing as long as I have and havent turned into a cold nasty person who will only answer a hello from some one you don't know with "what do you want?" count yourself luckey. also theirs all this competition from other MMO's with better graphics, more frequent updates, and a generaly more mature community due to the 15$ a month price tag (Havent played lord of the rings online but I hear its pretty good). such MMO's I belive help to further draw away the more mature players. so does a general lack of atttention to older players needs such as more bank space; members and F2P alike.

I could see it driveing down prices, but at a certain point they will level off. I mean your not going to see rune platebodies for sale in large quantities below their alching cost for example. realy lower prices if thats what we are going to see may help the economy more than hurt it. true merchents may suffer a little, on the other hand they may just start buying up stuff at the exchange the same way they do in game and turn around to make a profit. and their may be some sort of exchange fee for all we know like 15% that would keep prices from dropping too low.

I see no reson why windows xp with service pack 2 should be an issue with 1 gig of ram. my computer which I have had for at least 6 years runs on 384 megs of ram, and I have service pack two installed.

Iv been playing for 3+ years and I say the game has been going down hill- at least the FTP part. as to a suggestion for the old timers to stick to classic I can say two things: First why should they have to do that? and second F2Pers cannot play clasic any more, I had an account but can't access it any more as I am free to play.

Never said you couldent be a mature person and go to sites like Miniclip, was just stateing a personal experionce about the sort that tend to go their as part of my argument.

Runescape used to get known about by word of mouth, or at least thatÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s how I found out about it. I believe the ads for runescape on miniclip was one of the worse idea's I have ever seen. All you have to do is be in a room with a bunch of teanagers playing miniclip to realize they generally are not the sort you want in your community. Immaturity for instance was rampant in the groups I saw goofing off at miniclip on their spare time, people who seek cheap thrills, not community gameing... but thatÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s just a personal experience from my perspective. Really though I think the community and the game would of been better off if runescape wasnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t so widely advertised. This game should appeal primarily to those sorts of people who like a good community, as its graphics and most every thing else are not up to the standards of your average gamer. Sure the new graphics updates are nice, but I would much rather see some things that would make the community better like more bank space (for members and Free To Play), and improvements on the bank in general. My case for this improving the community are two fold: First allot of people are getting sick of not having enough space in their banks and quitting- especially long time free to players who help the community. Second you have members who stop subscribing for one reason or another and they find themselves stuck with a over filled bank. Some sort of an update which would put those members only items into storage when you go f2p would be nice, or just let people keep it as a parting gift. Player Moderators too, particularly the free to play ones have trouble with the lack of bank space. And the last thing that will help the community is having them retire faster because of this.

Well first off I would like to state my opinion on mornings end part two's development time: Has any one considered the possibility that either A. it got put on a backburner repeatedly, or B. they reached an impasse and where unable to complete it until their game engine update? Now going back to the main question about runescapes decline and can it be saved? I have to agree that this game is going downhill community wise, when I started playing I am quite sure their where never so many bots, or foul mouthed players. The more of this I see the less I want to play. It used to be I loved playing this game, but as I have ever been a free to player it has gotten old. Even if I was a member I do believe the general decline in the games community would still have a negative effect on my enjoyment for it. And I believe this is largely responsible for the games decline. It used to be such a friendly place, no seriously I remember helpful people every whereas I turned. Now I am almost constantly bombarded with hearing name calling, an over dose of bots, bad attitudes, and allot of other things that I didnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t see allot of when I first started playing over three years ago. I think that the most important thing to get this game back on track is to fix the community. Also I too have noticed other things that don't sit right with me, fishing for one seems to take longer than it used too... I don't know if this is to inflate the price of fish and counter deflation from macro's or if itÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s just my imagination. Also mining I agree is too slow, at a certain point theirs no reason that I can see why you should have to swing your pick any more than ten seconds top on a piece of coal- I got 70+ mining, I have earned the right to that rock, not to swing at it for a miniute and have some one with the minimum mining requirement get it.

just one question: how are you getting to the site? is it by use of the address bar or a search engine? I have gone to the url provided their without any problems via the address bar. Also you can still get a antivirus program even if you do not have internet access. just download the installer program with anouther computer and copy it to cd (provided the licence allows it). then try updateing it once its installed and running a scan.

have you tried calling the manufactuer or who ever is on the toll free tech support you should have with a new computer? I would consider the possibility that their was some problem with the manufacturing. for instance the ram could be flawed or may of been exposed to electrostatic disscharge. if you have a warenty I would advise you to call them.

Well my only definition of a no honour clan is one that does not honour its agreements. For instance one that deliberately breaks the rules that it agreed to follow in a war. Praying, one iteming, telieing, these things if not agreed upon are not no honour but using what strategyÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s you may for success. Although I do not like it when my men and I are engaged by pkers who one item while we risk full rune we have a much easier time defeating them. As to your main question about what we think of a clan like df who claim to be an honour clan having members pk with no honour clans: I can only speak for myself here but I believe this is their memberÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s choice, and it is up to their clan to decide what to do about it. If it where against their rules then I should expect them to expel those members after proving their guilt. If they do not then I would think they are not all they make claim to be. Something similar happened that ended my orders alliance with a clan awhile back. We follow a strict code of ARPK during official events, and discourage our members from attacking skillers in any capacity. We held joint hunts with this other clan who apparently misunderstood the terms of our agreement and wanted to pk most any one they could find. We could not aid them in doing so and the alliance as a result had to be terminated less we become hypocrites.

Got to disagree with your there. If something like that happened its only right to take some time to grieve. Put some one else in charge if you will, but real life crisis of that sort should certainly come first.

not wanting to sound like the bad guy here but whats wrong with looting? in a returning war some clan members go through 40 or more sets of full rune per person. thats alot of armour that just goes to waste sitting on the ground untill it dissipears.

Alright then consider yourself contracted to make the series, lets see how they turn out. to every one else: Thank you for your interest in helping our order with these signatures.

are we talking armour and weapons here or uniforms? if its armour I keep one set and thats it, I don't have enough bank space as it is so keeping extra sets of armour would become a big hassle. also my order does not do run ins or wars so returning is not a big issue. as for uniforms I try to have at least 15 full sets avalable for sale at any given time.

All right if that is your term then I shall accept it. Well we are still discussing which style to use, and we may end up wanting both depending on membersÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ preferences. Could I convince you to make both styles for the series? Oh and do you want your runescape or forum name used for the credit?

I shall try, at the very least your name would be credited in our order for the signature and any more you make us. however some of us have aproached the maximun signature size limit and may not be able to leave a special thanks to you for your efforts.

hmm it does look a little sloppy aculy. if you can't use that font then please try with a diffrent one, I belive the one you used before will be acceptable.

well you got the text right, but could you please make that a plain black background and change it to 30 pixles in hight?

that is the banner we have been useing, as you can see the quality of the text is quite good aculy. I would prefer the font used in our banner, and I would like a plain black background, nothing fancy please. and I have decided I would like dimensions of 350X25-30 please. thanks every one for your interest and attempts so far.

that would be the right colors save the blue hue background but it reely looks grimy when compaired with guthixes.

if they attempted to make the party room for clans then they could of done a better job. at first I thought it was for clans, but then reliseing that you couldent have a private drop party their- that every one could come it proved to be the exact opisit. if they want to make it apealing for clans then heres what they should do: make a basement level reserved for clans, have a roster or a guest list, and aculy have multiple basements that are either of diffrent quality's for diffrent fee's, or are all duplicates but each clan can be in one at a time. that way you could have say ten clans useing the private basement at once but they are aculy in diffrent area's depending on what clan they are from. my point is it should of had a private room or basement for clans, not individuals. that was the one thing that reely dissapointed me about the party room to be honest- no private rooms or guest lists.
