Thank you for your suggestions Gkitti. now I would like to comment on some of your suggestions if I may. Please keep in Mind that I do not have the same powers as the Admins and can't make changes without their support. First off: TipIt does allow the use of Signatures, they may be abit Limited by your Standards however other Clans have been able to use them. Secondly you can see who is veiwing the Forums and the Forum Index. I belive you ment topics in place of fourms. as for Mods: We have a very strict policy about being Biased. for Instance if some one did something that offended my Order (Clan as people call us) I would have to ask anouther mod to deal with it and not do anything myself save in the interest of protecting the general Public from a Vulger Post. Although I can understand where your comeing from. Thank you for your Recomendations, Although to some extent we do follow them already.

Please don't refer to my people as Noob's. their is one Final Explanation for his actions that I do belive was mentiond awhile back. perhaps you did not see it and perhaps he told us on our Private Forums and not here but here it is: I gave the order for every one to add me, my two Knights who came, Dbzruller72, and Killerd005. then I orderd every one to switch private chat to friends so they wouldent miss our commands in battle. I do belive he must have forgotten to turn it back on and there for did not here this.

well I at least can say we had a break down of the command structure following our deaths and seperation. in the chaos that ensued after the Pkers attacked and we called off the war I went through individual Commands Informing squires and Knights of the situation. however I do belive that His Leige was not on at the time and due to circumstances his Liege was a Knight. I do belive as a result Hotchick got left out of the loop untill much later. at least thats as good an explanation as I can come up with. and if this proves to be true then I do apologise for the problems that occured as he became my responcibility at that point, Had I relised things as I should I would know that Hotchick was then under my command. however at this time we where doing our best to regroup to fend of the Pkers who's streangth and possistion was still unknown to us. you did after all take out most of the command structure during the battle and this did not help matters. and Dbz Ruller who then took command did not Know most of our people, the war was ment to stay in one spot where sending Pm's wouldent be an issue.

Hello their I am King Bufo Leader of Militos Deci. we have had a rather difficult time finding allies to attend our Wilderness Events as a result of a Conflict In Interst that has arrisen. most of the clan's we have tried to ally with want to PK just about any one. we on the Other hand only attack the skulled and those who challenge us by word or by deed. this is not so much a looking for allies topic as it is a Finding out if we are alone topic. We do not belive in attacking people who are out in the wild for non Player Vs Player activity's. even if they wear full rune we will not attack them unless they are skulled or challenge us as they could be training. are their any Clan's with simmiler Wilderness Values to ours out their who use TipIt? If so please post here and tell us a little about yourselves. Thank You.

Moved to Clan Videos and screenshots of Clan Events Sub-forum. I regret the battle was crashed, I looked forwards to proveing who had the superior Tactics. admitedly we had quite the edge by bringing a 126 into the Field. Thank you Queen Valorie. and thank you to our friends in PK Masters without who's help this would of been a short battle indeed. Militos Deci fielded at least 7 people includeing myself, the rest where from PK Masters and our good friend QueenValerie.

I do not care for this idea. for one thing I get bad enough lag as it is when a new banner loads. and if you put them on the sides it would ruin the feel of the game. do you know how irratateing some of those adds are? as to 50% of the free to play population being bots and chinese work accounts: this is not quite true, I belive its more like thirty percent. being a Life long Free To Player I would reely hate to see this implemented in exchange for updates. as much as I want more bank space and such this is not the way I want to get it. infact it may drive me so crazy I quit the game.

I was killed twice by that so called anti Crash clan... I wasent armed and wore a Prince Tunic the first time. if that wasent enought I shouted that I am a Spectator. it dident matter, I was killed both times. I was rather dissapointed with all the anger and threatening tones I saw in lumbridge, the talk about Spamming PKM's Forums especialy upset me as I was practicaly yelling that it was Crashed.

it is unfortunate that we could not come to an agreement on these joint hunts. however I will not bend our Wilderness Code to suit the needs of other Clans. I would like for the trade part of our agreement to remain but that is up to you. I would also like for us to come togeather for the ocasional Fun Event. as for unwillingness to Adapt Tactics: This is not true, I was willing to do such. however their must have been a missunderstanding.

I Lead our order becouse of the community. it is not power that I seek as Leader of our order but a friendly and mature community that I can be a part of. naturly being the Leader is not the easiest of ways to be in a Clan. I looked and I looked for a good free to play clan on the official Forums before I made The Knights Of Honour but I found nothing. they where all members and I dident Know about tipIt at the time. my memory is abit foggy, maby it was house bufo... but that would be well over two years ago. at long last I have suceeded in creating what I set out to do so long ago. numbers are not everything for me, quality is. Id rather have one or two good friends than hundreds of people who call themesves such. I hope this answerd your questions.

Their is no official web site for makeing clans. however their is a rather nice guide on makeing a clan in the Clan Archives sub-forum of this board. its stickey'd so you cant miss it.

Please forgive my not reading all of this, if my arguement's for More bank space for Free To players has already been quoted and you managed to defeat them then I apologise for wasteing your time. Argument one Giveing free to players more bank space will help the economy. as it stands we have not enough bank space to do as many things as we would like. if we want full god armour or some other armour that only members can bring to us and costs a fair ammount (reely members your not going to sell a Rune (g) helm to other members if Free to Players dident buy the stuff) we need the bank space to store it. and alot of us don't want it to take into the wild, we want it becouse it looks good. just as we would like a costume. If we had more space we could store more Items such as tresure trails, wait to get better prices on our items, have more gold as a result, and with some of that extra gold buy more stuff from members. its not just tresure trail items, its also arrows that we buy from members. and we sell you alot of base items. if we had more space to store our items we would be more inclined to stockpile them giveing you a better chanch to buy in bulk. 2: More Bank Space helps players play longer. I know many of you may reguard the life long free to players as freeloaders but has it ever occured to you where most of your high leveld base items come from? they come from free to players: Logs and ores are the main examples I will use. and older players meens higher skills. this meens more goods aquired in less time. this results in a greater quantity of goods and that might result in a more reliable and cheeper supply. not to mention alot of life long free to players like me do much to improve the community as a whole. for one we found clans, clans make people want to play longer, circumstances change, they get members. and do you have any idea how many bots, scammers, and other rule breakers I report? which brings me to my third point. 3: alot of Player mods are Free to Play. I have spoken to a good deal of Free to play mods and they have complianed about a Lack of Bank Space. Aperently they suffer from the same lack of bank space as the rest of Free to players. surely keeping the free to play mods happy is something that would benifit Runescape as a whole, more mods on Free to play meens a higher quality. a higher quality meens people play longer and become more inclined to become members. and as I said before some of the people who never get members still contribute quite abit to the community. and finaly: Every year Free to players get more and more stuff to store. the pressure builds and we are forced to do one of 3 things: get members, keep playing, or quit. getting members is all well and good but should bank space reely be used as a pressure tactic? how would you like it if the quality of members became abbismyl and the only reson you still pay is becouse you won't know what to do with all that stuff? forceing you to either pay up or get out does little to hold jagex accountable for enticeing you to become a member, and even less to provide good quality content for your money. the main reson I never payed for members was becouse of the old bank problem: if I unsubscribe ill be worse off than I was before in terms of space. I might just subscribe and see if I like getting members had the bank space been a parting gift to unsubscibers. but as it stands id rather complain to all who will listen to the abbysmal lack of bank space for Free to Players than dare risk subscribing to find the bank delima. and you know some people take vecations, breaks from runescape. and the last thing they want to see when they get back is a bank with hundreds of valuble member items and no way to deal with them except to drop them. they might just quit the game all togeather and jagex would miss their future subscriptions.

I for one offerd our members a Mature and freindly Community, one that does not use them for its own self serving interests. Either you enjoy being with us and indeed profit from the experionce, or you may leave. one thing fairly unique about us is that you are free to leave whenever you like, even on the eave of battle. if you dont like our order then we are simply not for you. anouther thing about us: We are not mad for power, we could care less what top list we get on. its all about fun and community. of course we have our own proticalls to follow as most clans do but we consider ourselves an order due to the many diffrences we have from clans. for one we have 9 (public) ranks and sevrall things required to gain rank. Good attendance, and prestiege are the base of this. Honour is anouther and its hard to get. but thats for anouther topic. we have two branches too, the Royal Paladin Guard and The Lords. we have individual command structures known as Lances led by Lords when they are avalable. even if we had hundreds of members each lance would remain a Tight Knit community onto itself. this too we consider fairly uniuqe to ourselves. so to sum it up: We offer our members a mature and Tight Knit community no matter how large our order gets with fun events almost every day of the week. we also sport Fine officers both intelegent and of good moral charicter. and they are brought up to respect all our members. new recrutes do not get the short end of the stick just becouse they are new. Commanders deal with problems and put the time and effort into resolving them in a mature and honourble mannor.

aye, it was a fine event. after an hour and twentie or so Miniutes Militos Deci returned to our home world for that costume party. Thank you PKM and Tal Shiar for comeing. and thank any TipIters who came as well. we then made a congo line with at least 30 opts and headed around the world ending in the alkarad palace. Twas indeed a fine event. Happy Birthday Militos Deci!

I don't want to start anything here but do you have to Call Free to Players Noobs? Their is one other thing I think is over due: and that is Support for Clans. Like a new chat for Clan members perhaps. as it stands I have to keep removeing people.

More bank space for both P2P and F2p. One great idea as far as Iv been concerned is letting you keep the bank space as a parting gift if you unsubscribe. its the main Reson I have never become a member: Im afraid I will be worse off with member items takeing up space if I Unsubscibe. well that and I don't want to "rent" an Account. I look at things for the long run and I see this game dissipearing in ten years time. and how many hundreds of dollars could I have lost? no thank you, Im staying Free To play for a good long while yet. but we reely need more Bank Space, visit the link in my Sig for more info. well maby saying Need is the wrong word, we certainly want more bank space. its not like its one of the Life Dependent things such as Food, water, and sanatation.

Good evening or what ever time you may read this. My order Militos Deci is about to officialy turn one year of age since the Time we where reactivated as the New Knights of Honour. on the twentieth of June we will be hosting a party for all members of the TipIt Clan Community. this party shall begin at 4:40 PM eastren Standard time. to give you a refrence it is 10:35 PM at the time I am wrighting this. we shall return from a Perade across world 55 with any Pre Invited Clans to our base the white knights courtyard. once there we will invite you up to our tower for a good old fashion costume party. Their will be no prizes handed out, this is strictly a celebration of our Official Birthday. however you will be able to have a good time with us and we do throw some of the best costume party's. So please feel free to discuss this, it is not a mear Inventation to our party, its also a place for you to ask questions about our order, our history and much much more. I would of used the TipIter events board however I wish to Spacificaly invite the clan community to this party. it is as much for us as it is to bring the Clan Community togeather for one day. Its True Ill admit that I do not have much experionce in Dealings with the Larger Clans save Moding their Recrutement topics and a few posts here and their. However I am a (Clan) Leader. I prefer to call us an order but thats not reely important right now. as a Staff Member I do not apreaceate you calling my Fellow Staffies a Joke. we do alot of work on our respective forums and when you see them Locking topics here its becouse they get reported and Im not currently avalable to deal with them. the vast majority of things that get locked here should be locked as they generaly are either in the wrong place, or break Forum Rules. as I am the only Clan Moderator however, so you won't see them make alot of posts here. and I certainly hope you where not refering to me being wrong for the Job. Its been nearly 6 months Since I started my job as a Clan Mod and I have that experionce plus the Experionce Clan wise of Leading my order for a year and many clans prior to that. However I do lack certain powers- If I had my way things would be quite diffrent here, we would have a new board for all war and alliance topics, Certain Sub-forums would be merged, the CTET Would take a strong Tournoment style for its events, and the Clan Section over all would be abit less strict in some reguards- More so in others. That said I will let others comment, But I do not Apreaceate you calling my Fellow Staff Members Stupid.

Sounds like the old Welch Virus, it did that to me a few years ago... Was A real pain getting the Fix and running the Scan. speeking of potential Fixes try Microsofts Aproach, its the Malicious Software Removal Tool which can be found Here: http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwa ... fault.mspx and make sure you got all the Microsoft Updates.

Just a Suggestion probaly won't do much more than Clean up some Disk Space: Run Disck Cleanup to get rid of your browser Files and cookies. you may have too much stuff there and it won't load any more... its probaly not the case but Iv gotten some wierd things happening to me simmaler to your problem becouse of too much browser cach being stored.
