Well I am rather upset by how they have restricted PVP. It's bad enough we can only do it in a confined area known as bounty hunter, but do we have to be segregated... This is really going to hurt allot of clans out their. Corr and DF must be very angry right now. I mean now they are going to have to settle for 100 vs. 100 or multi world matches, no more super massive alliances dukeing it out at the gate near the greater demons. I am also upset by the trade caps, and the drop capsÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ no more private drop parties, now if a rich host or group wants to do something really nice they have to put up with every one in a bank knowing about it in advance because of that other update. Not to mention friends wonÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t be able to help each other out any more like loaning some one a rune pick to get off their feat after they where hacked. I am pleased however that F2Pers have finally gotten some more bank space, access to the duel arena, and team capes.

Well I do not like the change in regards to PVP- itÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s the wilderness, now its PVM Player VS Monster and mini games. I think Jagex has made a big mistake here, a mistake I suspect they will correct in one fashion or another eventually. For now however most of the fun of the wilderness, and the excitement has been dumbed down. I havenÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t gone to bounty hunter yet, but I can tell you the Clan Wars mini game is F2P, I went their with one of my lords to scout it out and we had a nice little battle with some team. If Jagex had read His LordshipÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s article on the wilderness regarding the food chain they might not of done this. They already got this cap on how much we can give people. And they are going to make private drop parties practically impossible unless you use the party room where every one will know theirs allot of stuff being given away because of a previous update. I for one would rather have the wild be all level 126 multi combat than have the PVP area restricted like this. I donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t even understand how this helps prevent real world trading, what a level 3 bot was going to get killed by a buyer so he could get the goods in a drop? Seriously the trade cap should have been enough, the cap on dropping items should have been enough, but this is just killing the PVP aspect of the game. The Food Chain: Resource Gatherers> Pkers > Teams> Clans > Other Clans. Pkers kill resource Gatherers for their stuff, teams kill Pkers, teams get killed by clans; clans get killed by other clans. Now its Pkers> Teams> Clans> Bigger/ better clans. Without the resource gatherer aspect I donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t expect Pking to remain as a viable means of making money. Also I expect resources like rune ore to drop dramatically in price due to the sudden lack of danger. My order shall attempt to adapt to this sudden change, for better or for worse.

Well done corruption. I noticed you had the advantage in slightly higher levels, almost all 126 from what I gatherd from the pictures. For those of us who don't know would you mind telling us who RDC is?

I would have to agree here, Time is one of the most limiting factors a leader will have to deal with. This was the main reason I felt I had to retire as a Clan Moderator; it came down to choosing between leading my order with the time allowed or moderating TIF. I chose the former.

I do not belive that this is the place to discuss the creation of a second practice war event. We learned alot from this encounter, hopefully it will be sufficent to help grant TipIt victory in the real war.

Thanks for coming every one; it was a rather fun event. Is it just me or was I the first named target by both GES and Tal Shiar... was their some sort of secret anti Militos Deci Pack? Because our forces seemed to be mostly out of the game before PKM who only fielded 3 troops including their leader.

I have to agree with TS Stormrage and company, we shouldent sign on to this agreement as it will reduce our victory if we have it and shame us if we loose.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesent it say that for a site to be officialy a member of this treaty an admin must give written concent or some such?

Well it looks like we got a good start at least. Me thinks this is going to turn into a returning war as I dident see any rules against it... Corr and DF are to my knowledge RSC based so we may wee them their, if we do this could last 8 hours or more. Also the servers going to be so back logged we will likely see hundreds of people logging in and comeing to the field of battle well after the intitial battle is over. Their realy needs to be some sort of time limit on this thing followed by an imediate opt count by a unbiased pannle of judges... but then you got all those people loging in. I say lets just view this as a fun event, whoever wins.

Militos Deci might be open to some sort of a joint training event, provided the time is right. Feel free to send your ambassadors over to our community forum to discuss this in private.

Well they do have the realy big clans like corr and DF, and they are the main site that most of the clan world uses. We used to have alot of clan support as I understand but over time it has deminished... now we have a few loyal clans like MD, PKM, Tal Shiar and a few others who we know will be wearing green. Realy though this is an unnoficial event of sorts, so I doubt an admin will sign us up for any such pack. If an admin realy wanted to give tipit a fighting chance then this may become some sort of official event mentioned on the main site- who knows, maby the announcement about this on your other topic will become a hot topic.

I too nomonate Dbzruller72 to be the leader of Tipit forces, I know him in game as a competent clan leader, and as my aprentice back when I was a Clan Moderator here at TipIt. Naturly he won't be leading us in a cordenated mannor during the acual battle as that would be next to impossible, leave that to the clans of TipIt with their own members, same as the other fan sites. EDIT: I just relised something. as this event is going to involve all the major fan sites and be hosted on one world won't that world get maxed out pretty quickly? Me thinks we had best all log in a good half an hour early.

Well personally I would like some extra bank space over a new skill- new skill = less bank space. However having access to fletching may be a nice skill for a f2per to have, but only for making the arrows up to adamant, which would involve unlocking their heads as a smithable item. Then you solve the problem of arrows being the only main accessory to a f2p combat skill that we can't make on our own while at the same time you don't really upset allot of members who high alch bows. Naturally it would take a very long time for any f2per to get 99 in the skill but at the same time seeing all the stuff he could make and realizing all the money that is to be had may give him another incentive to become a member.

A good read, untill now I was largely ignorent of the pure clan world. Oh and opts have changed now with the introduction of the assist system, so you might want to take that into consideration.

Well theirs one thing no one has mentioned yet- ops. Now clans will have to take into consideration the additional op per person when deciding how many ops they can have in a war, this may be a little thing but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Also if prices get too low people won't bother gathering the stuff in very large quantities with the intention of selling it. the result of this will be a lower supply and the same demand- which will bring the prices back up. I Think after the intial lowering of prices things will become rather stable, inflation won't be so bad and the market might make a turn for the better.

The problem I see here is one of proving innocence in the face of such evidence of guilt. Really the only evidence you have to give jagex that you didnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t do this is your word, something that has a different value from every person. Seeing as your anonymous they can't very well substantiate that you do attend that university and are a person of such strong character. What they probably have is your IP accessing a stolen account, and you trading between your account and it. That said you still are not getting a fair trail if they don't even hear your side of the argument. 400 characters... I see no way making an appeal that short unless you use newspeak from 1984.
