No, it doesn't. End of discussion. Should it? Possibly, although I'm inclined to say no.

best range gear?
Best gear: Morrigan's Coif, Fury, Morrigan's body, Morrigan's chaps, Ranger boots, Morrigan's Javalin, Ava's Accumulator, Archer's Ring, Unholy Book. If that's too expensive for you, swap the javalin for rune c bow and armor for Armadyl. Use void for low defence monsters.

Longsword Versus Scimitar
Scimmy beats longsword by a mile in PVP. Obviously whip's better for both PVP and training.

Debating on irons/steels over aviansies
I disagree, you get charms doing metals. Here is my 2 cents: Get 127 combat and do red dragons. With super energy potions and your house in brimhaven you can bank at castle wars and be back killing dragons in under 90 seconds. It has the bonus of being steady profit (hides and bones) and you get clues and charms. also there is never anyone there. Its a win all around. The charms from metals is laughable. But if you want to, we can include them; take some time off avansies to collect charms from your favorite monster. Ok, now it looks like this: Metal dragons: Erm, risk and... well, not much else Avansies: 5x the XP, 3x the cash, 10x the prayer XP, 10x the blood runes, same # of charms. Himm. Anything else you want to argue for? Red dragons are barely 200k per hour, with much worse XP then avansies, which also drop clues. So if we include time for charms, we get: Red Dragons: Well, it's.. close to a bank? Avansies: 2x the XP, 3x the cash, 3x the clues (avansies die faster), same # of charms. Well... I guess if you really like the looks of red dragons or something...

jagex favors melee
Psst. Rune c bow = 61 range. Dragon bolts = 61 range. Dragon bolts = hitting 60. I could go all technical on you and say you can max 150 with 46 range, but that doesn't apply to all monsters. Just throwing that out there, though. And if you get +20% on a flagholder's summon, range's max could be considered to be 180 with 46 range. What was that about melee again? You want to try a corporal beast with melee alone?

The messed up combat... shape...?
What outfit is that? Please tell me...? Please? I'd be glad to. Fire Cape (I have to use 99, no fire cape yet) Verac's Helm Master Wand Ahrim Robetop Dragonfire Shield Ahrim Robeskirt Dark Gloves Dragon Boots Seer's Ring An Elysian shield would provide even more defence, but this +255 slash\+281 crush\+10 prayer\+74 magic outfit does the trick quite nicely. Here's a screenshot in case you still don't get it: [hide=][/hide] Then you pull out a dd++, and guess what? You have +70 more melee defence then him, so you've got a big advantage! The second he tries to put on melee armor, BAM, he's frozen! Oh, and don't forget that his attacks are going at HALF speed, so your going to be out hitting him almost 3 to 1. Bye bye, meleer... Any further questions?

Items you keep on death. And REVS
But im saying YOU should be able to choose. Like u can click that thing where it shows what u keep and an option to click 4 items to keep. Also I didn't know that really. And idk why they're doing that to the wildy since rlly not many ppl go.. :wall: To help defend clues and training spots in the wildy, replacing the dangers of the old time pkers. Picking what you save might not work that well. Every time you changed or acquired a single item you would have to re pick it.

The messed up combat... shape...?
Mage is very, very deadly. In my mage outfit I have +250 slash, higher then full rune; no meleer is going to 'suprise' me. And if your watching like you should be, they'll never get anywhere close to you. I can freeze my opponent for 20 seconds, HALVE his attack speed, reduce his attack by 30%, poison him, and THEN begin to heal off of him - all before he hits me once! When he is finally unfrozen, he gets 1 chance to hit me, then he's frozen for another 20 - all the while I'm healing off of him, averaging 25+ HP healed per hit he gets on me, and dealing him 100+ damage between each freeze. He doesn't stand a chance.

Noone doing Duel Tournaments?
Meh. See my post. I made a fast 500k in 25 minutes, then got stuck when my rank was too high to get into the running tourneys. I wish more people went here, it could be really fun.

Max xp/h at aviansies
Max? Ah yes, that would be speccing with MSB, rune arrows, maxed range bonus w\void, +15% range. Should net you around 110k XP\hour. The only disadvantage would be finding 500 friends or so willing to stand around and cast energy transfer\heal other\boost pot share on you every couple of seconds. Sacrifices must be made for top XP rates, though.

Are Runescape players fatties?
If anyone has bought a t-shirt, please say so. Funny how the XXXL sold out first though  So yes, the RS population is probably overweight as a whole. But so is the USA.

Nice. Too bad facebook beat him, but I guess that's understandable.

Are Runescape players fatties?
I've got a BMI of 19.5. I work out, hard, 2 hours 3 days a week. I eat a lot, but very healthy. I exercise like crazy. No, I'm not a fatty.

Items you keep on death. And REVS
Revs can open doors, just like you. They help keep the wildy semi-dangerous, although hiding behind a tree and hopping usually takes care of them. Items are decided by alch price, as pre-GE jagex had no way of tracking player price. That might be updated somewhere along the line, but it would be hard to figure out for untradables\quest items.

Debating on irons/steels over aviansies
All things considered, metals are BARELY 200k per hour, even if you get lucky with visage drop rates. Avansies can break 600k per hour, with at least 3x the XP. You could sell the addy bars from avansies, and buy bloods\bones to get 10x the prayer XP, 10x the bloods, easily double the profit, and FAR more range XP. There is 0 reason to do metals.

Player moderator abusing his powers.
Fine with me :P I'd still like clarification on how the player informed you you were muted - was he using quickchat and you were summarizing, or what?
-
Range
Avansies are good XP. Use full void, throwing rings, +10% range prayer. I can top out at close to 60k per hour, roughly what I get at yaks, while making 500k+ per hour.

[1st Rls Published] Should i develop this? Please Help Me..
That's a nifty little thing, although there are others out there. Does it really overlap the RS screen? That would be even better, but questionably legal (and impossible to detect by Jagex).
-
Player moderator abusing his powers.
No, you are immediately muted - but Jagex WILL review EACH and EVERY mute, and if it is unfair they will remove it and take action against the moderator, usually quickly. I had an unfair mutes lifted ~20 minutes after it began.

Great Orb Project 50-50!
Sounds interesting, I might want to do this.

Dragon Claws
[/hide] Will you change your avatar to a rush using these? :D Fixed large wall of text into more manageable paragraphs. If you think that's text walls, read my slayer thread in rants  Probably, once I get fire cape and buy back bandos for max strength bonus. Getting a max hit with these should be fairly easy, as everything hinges on the first hit - once that's a 43 or whatever the max is, you have a very good chance of maxing completely for 86-87. But my scrennie there is still 83 damage by itself, and I've hit into the 90s before (no screenshots though). More often then not, though, I get 0-0 on those drag dagger specs.

Player moderator abusing his powers.
[hide=] Amazing, isn't it? At least you edited your 'email' to 'in game mail'. Smells kinda funny to me - anyway, there's always a few bad apples. Plus you don't know the whole story; perhaps he had been hacked, or a family member got on his account. I've met tons of friendly, helpful mods. You don't need to post a rant every time you (allegedly) report someone. Do you know me? I don't think so... :shame: I've always referred to it as email, in game mail is pretty much email. Email is just obviously an electronic message in the format of a classical post letter or "mail" email-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E-mail "classic" mail-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mail and for you, I will recite my familiar and soon to be famous quote! "common sense, get some." And I don't post a rant every time I report someone, please grow up. Are you a player moderator? cause I cant help but get the feeling your talking out of your [wagon]. [/hide] OK, simple miscommunication about the email. I assumed the current definition of any mail sent through SMTP; you used it as 'any electronic communication'. I don't want to harass you, but perhaps you could shed some light on exactly how the muted person PMed you with "the idiot just muted me...do me a favor and report him with me, eh?". And it would appear that you are posting a rant about some player moderator that you believe unfairly temporarily muted someone, albeit with a slightly fishy smell, although it could still be valid. What does knowing you have to do with posting on your rant :? Email, outdated dictionary definition: "any method of creating, transmitting, or storing primarily text-based human communications with digital communications systems". That means this post is email, every update Jagex posts on Runescape.com is email, shopping online is 'email'. Email nowdays is considered to be SMTP, with a specific inbox, using the standard email routing ports and protocols like SMTP or IMAP. I can understand the confusion, but there's no reason to flame me for it if that is truly what you meant. Common sense? I went off the definition of email used in virtually all communication today, including by Jagex themselves. Quote from http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarticle.ws?article_id=2087: "We never send emails to players.". Jagex is obviously referring to SMTP mail using standard email procedures, and defining that as seperate from the in game inbox that they use for sending messages, not emails, to players. Therefore, going off of what virtually all of the world, including the company in question, uses is not displaying a lack of common sense; in fact, quite the opposite. I didn't directly state you did; obviously that wouldn't be true. My statement of 'not needing to post a rant every time you find someone you believe to be acting outside of the rules' is the extreme version of what I believe you were doing; writing a rant for insignificant, player specific issues, something that is (questionably) against tip.it rules, and really isn't worth ranting about given all the unknowns. And what's with the random 'grow up' tacked onto the end? Telling someone that their rant might not be worth posting, in a polite manor, isn't acting immaturely. Are you a player moderator? cause I cant help but get the feeling your talking out of your [wagon]. Flaming a person trying to help you doesn't really help, especially when your trying to take cheap shots. Are you a player moderator? Because if so, you would have read the player moderator section of the KB: If he's reporting people for nothing, you can bet he's going to lose that silver crown very quickly.

Dragon Claws
OK, the results are in! I only had 2 hours with these claws (so far), but I've had dozens of hours with AGS, and thousands of hours of PVP (I've gotten almost 7 furys from fight pits alone), so I know a thing or two about PVP. And this much I know: Dragon Claws Rock. My tests were like this: Claws, with fury and strength boosting helm\boots\ring\gloves, with no top or bottom armor. I super setted, threw on piety, and specced the first high leveled person I saw in safe clan wars, speccing twice then dying so that I could get many specs in a short amount of time. The special is simply unbelievable. Out of my dozens, if not hundreds of specs, I missed 2 in a row once, on a maxed player with torag's and DFS. I came back after the death and 2 hit that same player from 97 HP. Used on the average 100+, these claws have a 40%+ chance of 2 hitting the player before they can even react, due to the 'jump' glitches possible (veng then attack a player 8+ squares away - you'll have your second special off by the time you run over to him, leaving him with virtually no time to eat or pray for a virtually guaranteed KO at half health or lower. My specs were consistently high, netting north of 70 damage per spec very frequently, and absolutely blowing the AGS away (Side note: I versed a player in bandos with AGS, (me with no armor) many times, and I frequently killed him when we were both at full hp\spec\super setted, simply because I could KO him in 2 or 3 hits (d claws work fairly well as a non spec weapon, though obviously not as good as whip - I usually didn't bother switching to my whip+defender combo. The special was a joke against unarmored\low level players - unlike AGS, which frequently hits low, these specials were devastating, almost always hitting 40+ and sometimes 60+ damage. The most damage I did in a single spec was 82, although my equipment was not ideal - no bandos top\bottom or fire cape. In short, theses weapons are by FAR the best speccing weapon in the game, making the AGS look puny by comparison. The hits are obviously geared towards the upper end - with AGS I rarely hit in the 60s or 70s, but these were constantly speccing near their max, possible a combination of their unique hitting pattern and jagex's promise of 'dealing lots of damage'.
