Well I agree that some threads should be left open to further encourage discussion and different opinions, some threads present questions that are straight forward The latter doesn't really need further answers if a single answer (or possibly a few) is sufficient in answering the question. These are usually the types of threads I see the most repetitive answers since it's usually a simple answer that many people know and agree on. Giving people the ability to lock their own threads may be a bad idea, but letting moderators decide when a thread is answered seems ok to me.

Hey look, I posted in that thread. I've been seeing this a lot too. I personally report my thread and request a lock when my question is answered to stop further postings on it. I suppose that's all we can do. If you see a thread with many of the same answer, you could just report it and put "answered" as your reason. I've done that a few times and some friendly neighborhood mods helped locked them :D.

I'd bet all the gold in my bank that the charges are tied to your account, similar to barrows degradation. Actually for this item, it's tied to the item. Or maybe it's to your account, but then you still can't trade it if you have any charges. I tried trading a DFS I had with 13 charges and it wouldn't let me. Same thing happens at any other number of charges (I just like 13). What do you mean by Barrows degradation? Like trading armor pieces that are half used?

(Adding onto what Yomyth105 said) Any particular skills you're training? If it's something like woodcut or fishing, you don't necessarily need to have a lightweight outfit. Otherwise it would be beneficial to incorporate weight-reducing items into your outfit (spottier cape, penance gloves, boots of lightness).

Well, the KB says the speed is equal to a normal crossbow now. I haven't personally used it recently but most people say it's been nerfed.

Well I've heard of people with 100-300 drystreaks, so you're not incredibly unlucky, but still unlucky.

Cost: 9/10 Looks: 3/10 (Dragon doesn't really match the cape at all) - I would recommend incorporating some teal into the outfit instead of all red. You can keep some red to match the Dragon Axe, but some teal. Creativity: 2/10 (Very common outfit, would be nice to see something new)
