  4. Hi, I've talked with a few of you techies, but still need help. I'm upgrading an older Dell desktop. The tech specs on the RAM I would need, as listed on the Dell store are: Package Type: 168-pin DIMM Logical Type: 64x64 Speed: 133MHz Description: Non-Parity, Unbuffered Units Required: 1 System Type: Desktop/P I've browsed PriceWatch and a lot of the results say "High density - low compatibility, newer systems only". And give me an option to click for the "industry standard - 99% compatible." But the industry standard one is 32x8 (whatever that meants) instead of the 64x64 I need. It's also more expensive. And Dell wants to charge me $150 for a 512mb stick so that's out of the question.
  5. I can think of a few artists who have had as much or close to the influence/popularity/recognition he has: Radiohead Nine Inch Nails Marilyn Manson Korn Placebo Audioslave Deftones Evanescence Faith No More System of a Down Tool I'm going to have to disagree on Evanescence. They aren't even around anymore? They had like 5 (?) year spurt, but it was nothing new/revolutionary it just helped mainstream listeners be sad and know about tourniquets (sp?).
  6. Games: Need for Speed: Most Wanted Call of Duty 2 Perfect Dark Zero Gamertag: Exhumator
  7. Cape looks awesome, the body needs a little more texture and shading and a little less black imo.
  8. I had forgotten that...crazy
  9. Yeah, it looks very good but needs a lot more contrast. I'm not saying make the dark spots black, but without really focusing it's difficult to tell there's even different shades on there.
  10. No, he didn't make millions of dollars. What gave you that stupid idea?

    Russian Climbing

I'm not sure if I've seen the video, but it sounds like "Parkour." There have been some topics on here about it so search if you're interesed.
  12. Yeah, there's a variation of it for tennis called "Around the world," so my friends and I just translated it to ping pong. The only difference from you, is that when 2 people are left we play where after you hit the ball, you drop your paddle and spin around once. You then pick up your paddle, return the ball, and repeat. People get dizzy, start to stumble. Makes it very fun :D.
  13. 1. Read the stickies. 2. Search, this has been asked a million times. 3. If you're using FF, repeat step one. But sound doesn't work in FF currently.
  14. That was THE stupidest thing I have ever seen in my life. It wasn't even remotely funny.

    Samorost 2

http://www.samorost2.net/ I didn't recognize the name, but I knew the game as soon as it loaded. This is the new version of a flash game that came out a while and was very unique. I'm playing it now :).
  16. Nice to see the graphics aren't even up to par with RSC
  17. Looks good :), but the bg is a little to vibrant and the lines are too thin.
  18. If you had more college players making it big, then the competition would even out. It would "water down" the amount of skill essentially. With most sports, imo, college players are a lot more enjoyable to watch. I'd rather pay money to see them then see the professionals.

    Hooray!

Using your measurements of a 28 inches waist and weight of 158 pounds your body fat percentage is estimated to be 9.30 % using the U.S. Navy body fat formula, or 8.31 % using the formula developed by the YMCA.
  20. I dont' even understand the problem? Is it freezing while you're trying to load RS? You've kind of left us in the dark here.
  21. What seems to be the problem? please stop bumping when you dont provide any more information for us to go on. the folder might be hidden. go to folder options to show hidden files and folders. I did Bump up WITH infromation so dont tell me I didnt One of your posts on this page says just "bump up."
  22. You are right, to an extent. Yes, athletes do need some type of job security, but paying them millions isn't the way to solve that. As for your comment on athletes requiring a certain breed that so limited, I disagree. Look at how many athletes participate in college sports? Not all of them are cut out for the pros, but there's a lot of people who could survive in the professional leagues. My big problem with overpaid athletes? What's their contribution to society? Exactly. They are entertainers who are overpaid along with actors. Teachers, doctors, etc. actually contribute something to society. Paying athletes less would not rid the world of sports. We might lose some players, but those are the egotistical ones no one wants anyways.
