  2. They are discontinued because there is no way in the game to get new ones other than opening a cracker which are also discontinued. Of course there are two sides of looking at it and yes, you can make a new party hat from a cracker while party hats are discontinued. But they are discontinued because their source are discontinued.

  6. I think the polls are a nice idea and were intended well but I would rather the suprise. It makes it more exciting.
  7. None, there's a dedicated team that does Events. and what do you think this team is doing in between events? Making the next event, it takes months to do this.

  9. I do think it is an interesting idea but I don't agree it should be trimmed with another 99 cape. I suggest that it becomes trimmed if you have completed the achievement diary tasks. Perhaps this would mean it becomes untrimmed once a new task comes out. Anyway, that's just my idea.
