some kids... learn from online ga- what?????????? :shock: do you really think that??? what made you think that!??? -sidenote: seen any r rated movies recently?- i think that i learned most from society about how to act and how to greet people etc. i didn't need any games for that. :-s seriously what made you think that??? i don't get it :? ... society is probbably the best teacher of all things. well get past all the rapists murderers and the perverts in the world and you'll get all the ummm... never mind. you CAN learn about how to be polite within a crowded room and how to tell some one off without cursing at them and not making yourself look like a led zeppelin fan in a Marylin mansion concert. I'm not saying its all that good to give the finger to age requirements but don't be the fool who says don't smoke cigarettes as they puff a smoke ring in the air. it makes no sense when people say that because of people defying the age requirements of things things as we know it may come to a halt. it is not hard at all to do anything that requires you to be a certain age and you happen to be younger than the requirement. now as for the swearing. what the [bleep] does that mean??? ha ha nah I'm just kidding. yeah cursing isn't the most pleasant thing to say most of can agree but people do it. (is there an age requirement on that too? no. so don't say only 8 year olds do it. plenty of adults have been banned because of such.) now if you think that you don't swear your either a bible lover or you were raised very strictly because i can't say everyone but nearly every one swears. rather it be on an online community or it just be to yourself when you just stepped in something brown.. what I'm trying to convey is that don't practice what you preach because chances are you've done some of the things i have mentioned.

i wish that people would see what i said the page before and see how much of a ruin this is for rs. you gotta put into perspective you can get 30k every day not only on the assistance thing but also on training. it just makes it a lot easier and people can now do nearly whatever they want in rs instead of just leveling up. correct me if im wrong but 9 in 10 things that you do in rs require a level in something. now that's been eliminated -.-

dear rdbdragon: this is the long version of the monologue ANY ONE ELSE REALIZE THAT THE OWNER OF THE THREAD LEFT???? although I've only been a player since early august i want to put my 2 cents in. now you say that the make x option has made it too easy to train a skill. let me give you a real life situation. i have a party and i have to go get bottles of soda. i have to go get 28 bottles. i go to the store in my car buy all of them and i park in my driveway after the deed is done. now i think to myself. is it more logical to bring it in one at a time or would it just be more logical if i got a little hand cart and got all of them in the house at once. nahhh then i wouldn't get applauded for my effort so i should do it ONE by ONE. so i tediously do it over and over again meanwhile the clock is ticking and my friends are coming over soon. so meanwhile i just waisted all this time taking in all the soda one by one when i could have cooked the steak. cleaned the house. walk the dogs. and groom myself a little more. #-o you also said that construction was a terrible addition to rs. well they try to make this game as realistic as possible (minus the whole magic thing) so whats more realistic? having a house that you can "come home to" when you log off or just not having one? no one wants to do the "fatigue" thing that was in rsc. now if you want to talk about things that really have ruined runescape in some way shape or form ill tell you what i THINK since i cant say it's factual cause every one will tear my [wagon] apart if i say this is what happend lol.... pest control in the begging was ruining runescape. and it was doing it for about a year and a half. jagex did fix this however. they made it segregated *for lack of a better word, bear with me* with high low and medium leveled players and they made it really hard to finish a game without that void knight guy dieing. now I'm not saying that post update ruined rs its pre. PRE lol.... now although you said construction was a terrible idea and i contradicted that point I'm going to take the devils advocate (go on his side for a moment for people who don't know what that means) construction is not for every one. of course you can still get most of the basics but if you aren't LOADED you can have a fun looking house. this is some-what encouraging us to get more money and explore more ways to get it and such but 6m for a decent greater dungeon? come on. and it's not like its giving us a massive unfair advantage like the telleport tabs *although i love the idea it was kind of a small downfall, (come on telleporting to one place in one click without mage? sheesh even pures can just be having butterflies once they found out about this)* and that portal room thingy where you can just telleport to canifs within moments when other people have to walk there because they don't have the money nor runes. this gave every one the idea of buying rs gold because they couldn't afford any of the rooms. then jagex is running around like a chicken without it's head thinking why is every one buying rs gold? well it's already too late to change the skill so it'd be cheaper but you know such is life. the skill is already committed to the rich and privileged. and rule breakers. the wilderness. i didn't argue this with you because the wilderness as ive said to many people before is just going downhill on a 90% slope hill. f2p pking is probably the safest thing to do now a days. if you go into 20+ wildy you can have a decent fight with some one in a single combat area. now in members theres telleport block, snare ancients D D S, and theres people with 40 combat that have 99 strength :-s . now how is any one supposed to go against some one who has a team of like 5 or more with their super strengths and super attacks sipped with 90+ strength and attack now when its supposed to be in the 70's now having a dds in their hand and that team goes up to the poor little level 80 or so and every one does the dds special before he can even say "wtf?". or how about the guy honestly killing green dragons so his crafting level will go up from dhides and then a barely visible spell comes and he cant attack the dragon for some reason. "your already being attacked" it says. by who he wonders? then theres a big ice block above his head and now he cant move, cant telleport to safety nor can he even fight back.... quickly running out of sharks he just thinks to himself, "what am i going to do?...." the the last shark is eaten and then "POOF" his whip that he's saved up for months is now gone. the wilderness isn't for the weak minded nor is it for the people who in my opinion honestly play. i have a pure in my friends list and he wont get members just for that soul reason...... the wilderness just destroys accounts because people get tired of being pkd over and over again by the same type of people...... :? . . . . . . . . . .. .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . see although i disagree with you on a lot of things just think jagex is doing their best and although i'm going to be called a jagex puppet which is almost as bad as being called a noob , just know that every update is either the best or the worst to two different people.... don't go off on the young ones. i was "of age" to play this game when i did eventually join *i had just turned 13 then and now I'm 15i did know what people do in games because you know rs isn't all that violent considering god of war is possibly the best violent one out there. * young people play violent games just like me with god of war and other games as such. just dont think that the age requirement is meant there for the people without curiosity to just forget about runescape. edit/addition: rs has been ruined now because of the assist system but i don't care because it doesn't directly affect me ok i put my two cents in now :

can some one please explain to me why adding a sun and sky in runescape would make it a massive update? seriously other than like making farming a little more realistic i have no clue -.- seriously if you want to think up of a massive idea for rs think big since i've looked at the big additions they made and they didnt call them big. which was weird >_> . how about,,,,adding the fatigue thingy that was in rsc? might be an idea a bad one in the least but an idea. how about legalising something like i dont know buying money? that would affect rs in a massive way. how about adding smileyes : that would be kool but still to small. how about new metal? one thats like super dooper better than rune. since dragon armor every one agrees is about as good as rune just a little more expensive. it would be like barrows just like.... metal....not like a little brasard that covers your chest with a little strand of leather that is some how better than some plates which clearly cover more -.- . or how about improving the private chat system. i always have a problem with it and improving it would be awsome but seems too far a goal. cookings become the fad along with fletching and questing (deserves to be called a skill cape you get the emote for crying out loud) hunter is profitable but you'll want to drive a bullet in your head with the amount of repetiveness it has.....

do some quests that give herblore exp of course. but that needs herblore levels. what i do: chaos druids that are in tavelry (place east of catherby it's referred to as members dungeon) FLESH CRAWLERS i LOVE this place. it gives awsome drops. herbs especially. lots of guams and marrentals ( ) and harrlanders. your lucky since the buy unlimited amounts of stuff update came out you can buy unlimited water filled vials. second ingrediants: do tower of life. that's going to help tremendously, you can get easy red spider eggs and unicorn horns. good luck :
