Summary: You had a rhetorical, and barely offensive, statement on Msn, and out comes this girl that starts questioning your statement, while insulting her own friends. Girl contacts the school. The school basically suspends your for saying stupid, without even calling anyone stupid, even though this incident didn't occur on school grounds, didn't refer to the school in any way, and didn't involve anything about the school. I was even more surprised after you posted the conversation. You'd think they would side with your argument, seeing as she didn't even have an argument other than "LoL u call mai frends stoopid@". How does the school even have the right to suspend you if this all happened on your own time, somewhere else? Yeah, I'd say get the parents to lay the smack down on the school.

I believe they're also mixed in with black dragons. Even though the dogs are annoying, Brimhaven dungeon is still the best place to kill them, since they'll become un-aggressive before you know it.

The reason is that only a certain graphical type of black demon drops charms. All black demons in the chaos tunnels are that type, but there's only 1-2 of those in Taverly. You're looking for long horns with red eyes. Chaos Tunnels is clearly the best place, you should get around 60 crimson charms per task there.

And a Runescape forum isn't exactly the correct place to ask how to break the rules. If you can't earn the money on your own, you don't deserve the money.

Don't play the game based on the judgment of other people you will never meet again. If you think a cooking cape looks better than a farming cape, wear a cooking cape.

You just need to start it, but I'd recommend completing it. The pools you get access to are incredible. Edit: I don't think you even need to start it, seeing as you start the quest in the city >.<

You need to complete 'As a First Resort...' before accessing the city. To start that quest, you need to finish Zogre Flesh Eaters and Big Chompy Bird Hunting. It's a very easy quest, don't worry.
