I played 1.6 for about 15 minutes, got ROFLSTOMPED and told my freind hes a douchebag and that i want my copy of civ 2 back.

Edit:I have a question to Sensei MMO Nadril, if WAR bombs whats next on the horizon in terms of a pvp MMO on pc?The only MMO i can think of is Copernicus because of the Jace Hall show and personally i think its jsut being designed as a wow clone and will enter the market years to late with a monthly subscription model that will be outdated with a korean model where everything will be free and microtransactions dictate the content.Guild wars 2 perhaps?

Its irrevelant in multiplayer really.You usually get the peopel at 1% who are dominating ebcause there playing on differant saves or whatever.I personally avoided teh multiplayer because of the [wagon] density that is contained in the multiplayer game.

No dont listen im at about 79% last time i checked and im at 51 or so hours played.I doubt it will be san andreas length because collecting all those camera pictures you had to take and how hard it is to find could take you a whole day but it is a substantial amount.Oh and i dont know anyone whos maxed it out. Edit:And it must be said that i am becoming more and more in favour of shorter games but i am willing for spectacular games like GTA to put the hours in.Wasnt as worthwhile as vice city though, best ending to a GTA ever.

Yeah Kongregate is probably now the best flash game website and has an awesome community.They also have out of game achievements for most of there games so im interested in whether they do have them for RS

I liked the first one but i didnt like how easily you could just switch mentalitys and how one dimensional the combat is. I wont be playing it because i dont have a 360 but eh it could be another overpromised underdelivered like what happened with fable.Molyneux telling us that this will redefine the genre with fable 1 and fable 2 makes me remain reserved.

Valve "works through EA" as well and has been for a couple of years now (since orange box). EA is nothing but a publisher. They take care of giving studios more financing and selling the game boxes. They have NOTHING AT ALL to do with the game design. Valve, Mythic, Bioware.. all these companies are a part of EA. EA now isn't like the EA it used to be, it's instead just a much more distant publisher instead of a game design company. Its called the EA partner program and they do nothing to impact the studio devlopment wise, they provide distribution and a pricing structure.WAR the game wont be affected.

I dont own a 360 but a ps3 and i instnatly get branded a fanboy for not having one and all i can say with is that i had a 360 to play bioshock, halo and dead rising.My 360 died on me during halo 3 leaving me to salvage a freinds to finish it because im a huge halo fan, combat evolved is in my top 2 shooters and i think bioshock is phenomenal. But seriosuley i had trepedation even putting a disk in the drive that it might RROD on me and i would have to go through the rigmorall to get it fixed. Other than that the only bad thing imo is that it sounds like a pacyfied hotrod with that drive spinning around, comparable to a jet engine. And it doesnt suck,it has the second best game library ever for a console, if youre a serious console gamer your likely to own one and its the best platform to play madden and gta on which is the most important thing when johnny gamer is buyingone. LONG LIVE PC!!!!

Ok i was being sarcastic about not being able to level makes you weak, heck the teadium of doing the first 30 levels is getting to me and it sucking [bleep]s.I didnt think you would take the sport thing to heart, it was a stupid analogy. I dont get how you could say that it was better before patch 2.3 to level because you were literally grinidng mobs wheras now you can quest to level cap.You dont have to grind unless its for a ridiculous quest drop and yeah grinding sucks so why do it. The WAR comparison i brought in because i know your really excited about WAR, i think that to twiddle your thumbs on an MMO just waiting for something else isnt wright.Do what sensei Nadril did and just completely fold on the MMO and try new things, maybe even start your own corporation of one and take a board by storm :P The AoC comment was just something i threw in to show the sheer amount of self righteousness and elitism that occurs in the inception of MMo's.People flexing there might and slicing there uncommen dagger of 63 levels above you in your face when you log in. I agree with gamecritics calling ivy as the most desperate and shambolic character in terms of desigin of any modern fighting game.Even worse than rumble roses... Still it looks good, i havent got a fighting stick compatible with the ps3 and thats what ill be playing on it because of darth vader and almost every decent fighting game is guaranteed on ps3, no im not a fan of dead or alive.

Kinda busy and dont really hav ethe time to dedicate to wow but when i do im getting back on the druid.

So you want to merge that image into the background?I would say that the easiest, quickest way and possibly not the best way would be just changing the layer modes(thats what they call it in gimp) Obviousley its ebtter to use the paths tool to render the focal point if its a character or just cut out the white background to make it clearer but i supose i would need to know what you meant by melt?

Hmmm from impressions of what people have seen in the beta people arent too impressed.Age of conan got a lot of good impressions from the beta but people are getting bad vives from WAR, hopefully its just the typical work in progress that all MMO's go through and closer we get to release it picks up in peoples oppinions but its beta is certainly not being received aswell from the gaming press as AoC was.By that i dont mean the warhammer nuts who have been writing there character lore for the past 3 years declaring every game [cabbage] till it comes out but regular gaming media. Oh and wasnt there a 360 AoC in the works?Because microsoft's policy is that it must take no more than 4gb of space on teh HD and that if it doenst you have to change the game by implementing low res models and textures, rip content out and downsize the game :wall: Thats a reason why wow has been courted by the console makers but the deal has quickly deteriorated once they realise the assets it would take so AoC? :?

Kongregate:Some great addictive flash games on that site and if theres only one reason to go there its desktop tower defence 2.0.

The new ui changes coming in wrath are fantastic, i hope ui's eventually become an aesthetic thing rather than a necessary thing like threatmeters, proximo, decursive, dps meters... heres the changes: - Pet Mount Tabs - A currency user interface - All-in-one inventory - Threat warning system - Coordinates so i can get rid of my bag mod, threat meter if its clear and easy to read and my co-ords map mod.

My other post was intended to be posted earlier but my internet router stopped working anyway about this: This is a problem that a lot of wow players dont realise.Hackers are now hacking accounts and creating characters on other servers to spam in trade,so they not only get your gold and details, but they no longer have a need to create all these accounts just to spam.And they have a wider audience for there advertisements because youre lvl 70 or so character most likely wont be affected by chat filters which a lot of players have to block out yells from like lvl 1-3 characters. So dude check youre antivirus, security etc because you could have had a hack...Its become more prevelant with the lawsuits on farmers and 3rd party gold services.

yeah they forgot to mention the post which stated that these will be activated when the olympics have started for each region timezone etc. I got the tabard and the pet on my warrior and druid.Love it especially on my druid. Oh and playing horde again i really wish i chose tauren for my warrior and on the same server as my druid sometimes because i have about 4k gold on him now and because i leveling things on differant servers i have no motivation to play him...especially being that i need 40 AB marks and alliance suck at it, im halfway though.Same with my priest, 3.5k gold and no motivation to play because its an entirely differant server, the guild im in is dead because of summer and the server is one of the worst servers in terms of progression...The deathknight situation has changed completely now.I was going to make a gnome deathknight and leveling it to 80 but now im thinking of a horde deathknight to go along with my druid which ill use for raiding.Im still going to make a gnome deathknight to run through the starting area again but it makes more sense to attach it to the druid and do some symbiotic stuff with proffesions so im not missing anything.In that case i intend to pick up inscription to go along with herbalism on my druid and on my deathknight ill pick up alchemy and enchanting so i can jsut send DE mateial to him or herbs and send those back to my raiding dude.In that case i think im going to make a belf deathknight. And my gome wrarior is what ill arena with and just gear him out in a way that i dont have to waste time changing other characters over to a pvp setup. So yeah...im ready for wrath and have everything pretty much mapped out in my head while leveling my druid.On that note i did WSG on my druid to get that tabard and at level 34 in the twink heavy battleground i became #1 in kill to death ratio, damage and captures...its broke in pvp. -And ill be getting a new rig in a month or so, so it will just chew through wrath, not that my computer wont but i will be able to max out everything without a big hit.

Pc gta's are infinitly more fun that console GTA's.If you havent played San andreas multiplayer mod then its like GTA mmo with dedicated servers ran by people who are trying to create these eutopian citys and have a team of 5 dudes run law enforcement, you cant just jack vehicles without consequances on some servers and have to buy vehicles...theres even people who play as road sweepers.Its like half as crazy as second life :P Im stoked for the pc version though, i should have a new pc by then so i can enjoy the game with all the freedoms that arent on the console.

If so thats [developmentally delayed]ed.

I [bleep]ing hate EA, making us pay double for an MMO from the outset and no doubt that the monthly fee will also be more expensive for us.If you cant support the european region more by trying to make the price point more reasonable than costing double the price , then theres no reason i need to support your products EA.Oh and yeah [bleep] you again EA for making rockband cost double in the UK and limiting the distribution to only 360 for a while. Evil Avatar needs to sort out there distribution system beause shafting europeans with delayed release dates and higher prices may work for consoles but it does not work in MMO's, especially when your working on a subscription model, if it was micro transactions then there would be no need to complain but i [bleep]ing hate what EA do.Oh and activision can go [bleep] themselves for destroying the guitar hero brand...
