i agree rares are silly, and the owners and shallow and pedantic. Did you thesaurus that word (pedantic)? It isn't really used right. It's more related to learning, rather than wealth. Ostentatious would be better. And more generalizations? Rares have sentimental value for some people, rather than just showing off wealth. Others genuinely think they look cool, more so in masks and santas. You got owned by the English language :P But seriously, I have owned a Santa, a Blue and a Red Mask, yet you think just because some one who owns it is "shallow" that every single person who buys a rare is shallow. And when people generally have more money in RS than they know what to do with it, they will buy whatever catches their eye. Let me guess that you have never owned a rare, or never had enough money so you are simply saying all this because you don't have one.

Jagex already said they would waiver the 5% on new items until they stabilize, not to mention the players prices are based on the GE prices, so you can basically sell the new item for however much you want in GE. OF course, no one knows for real how the trading will take place, just that new items will not have a set price when they come out. GE prices are based on player prices, and the trading prices are based on the GE, so new item prices are going to jump around like crazy. Just goes to show Jagex wants all trades through the GE from now on. So no, the first item would not be sold for 30k as the 30k limit is only for 30k +/- the GE price, so i think it would be sell able for any amount.

Just got back from vacation, so I will try to change anything I can.

Well since i just got 70 construction, and now had a gilded alter in my house, i figured, "Hey, why not get 70 pray?" So i spent another chunk of money to get another skill up to 70... Here is the result: Got me to 105 combat, and now i can use piety as well as all combat skills now being above 70. Rate/Hate

Cost roughly 3.5m for oak planks and an extra 6m for Gilded Alter and many other expensive materials to max out most of my rooms. I have mixed feelings about it, but its one step closer to all 70+ as well as 1700 total. My dungeon also cost me quite a bit, but 17/22 rooms in my house have everything up to the highest build able at lv 70. Rate/Hate

That's what I thought too. I tried thinking of another skill or way you could get eggs and all I could think of was Hunter. Maybe a hunter monster was given a random egg drop in a hidden update? You have a good point, maybe its time to pull out the hunting gear. It never hurt to try did it? And hunter is supposed to play a big part in Summoning, so there is a good chance it could have something to do with it.

I was talking to a few of my RS friends about what their thoughts on the final egg drop were from, and one of them brought up a good point. Maybe the last egg isn't gotten from killing anything? If you really think about it, only the vulture egg you get from killing stuff, the Raven egg is gotten from wcing, and not a monster drop, so he thought the final egg could be gotten from something other than a monster drop, although none of us had any clue where it could be gotten from, although maybe the previous chaos elemental letter has some information about it? I wouldn't know.

It's still 30 seconds. They haven't changed it at all. Its definitely longer than 30 seconds. Probably near 1 1/2 minutes or so. To answer the question, its probably due to connection loss that lagged you off. Should be in Help & Advice also.

Well one main reason its being shown a lot is that it will be a whole new combat skill, and will raise the max combat over 126, which has been the set "max" combat for some time. Not to mention the amount of content that has been added into the skill, and the enormous time frame it has been in development (look at the 1st summoning diary to see a time chart for how long its been in development) and probably will be a very controversial update considering how much it will be changing. Of course there is always a risk of the skill not being widely used, so they are trying to get as many players they can to jump on the skill when it comes out.

Its a decent Bank for your level. Get up your non-combats though. I hate to see 70+ combat skills with low 20s in non combats 6/10

Yeah I understand how hard it will get, But I plan on taking breaks in between to switch it up, and keep me occupied and the goal enjoyable. 85 slayer will be my short term goal, then 90, then 92 etc. and after each small goal, I will take small breaks.

Wow that is a bit extreme, but yes, people need to stop complaining about all the Updates. They try their hardest to keep their game clean as well as making it fun for everyone to Play. But if Runescape ever went all green squarish i don't know If i could play it. Maybe for awhile just to see how it is, but if most of the content is just wiped, Its like making Runescape into a new game.

I'm only combat 104 currently, and some of my non-combats are not very good, although I only have one skill under 60 now, But this goal should come at a good time with the upcoming summoning as a new combat skill may throw together a few new additions into my goal, including an extra 12 combat levels I will need to get. I came up with a secondary goal to go along with my max combat goal, all 60+ then all 70+ etc. Which will help to keep the slowness off me. I generally do 2-3 good tasks and then train a bit of one of my lowest skills, but always have a few plants growing to train farming up while slaying. I also will throw in a few Barrows and once I get a bit higher combat, possibly a few GWD bosses. look at the price of d bones now. Incredibly high compared to the old 1.5k they were. Bots made them low, and now the price is going up fast. Just one example. Yew logs and other items also. but Bots were never good for Runescape, and made RS just a game you could buy to be good at. Not a good way to play a game.
