Hmm tough one. I personally would have a quick response of rock crabs, but they can hit. Just so you know the pure won't stay lv 3 if you get too many range lvs. But a few places could be guards in falador, wolves on the mountain (there is a safe spot by gnome pilot) or maybe lessers in the volcano, although i think there is s safe spot, i don't know for sure

well i've teamed/solo'ed over 100 kq without any chain and i also team a few bandos bosses and nothing so far YET, people have gotten chains/hilts/bandos armor on their first or second kills. Drop rate is really random from person to person, and you just may have luck or not. But overall the drop rate of those items isn't very high.

So very true. Jagex does have a very great game, but instead of killing every part of their game, they should have found some other ways to fix the problem. And the censor is bad enough, i thought runescape was a age 13+ game yet tons of things it blocks are seen in plenty of pg-13 movies. Why not just say RS is a game for all ages if i cant say hardly offensive phrases. I will stay till summoning, I have told my friends that, but if the game doesn't get better than it is, I don't know what I will do. (play as a f2p probably)

I had a santa and a red mask (not at the same time) but once the dueling arena update came, i really doubted the value of rares. Why do people get them? they look good and all, but i'd rather have useful armor or better weapons, all of which only cost fractions of the rare. so i sold it. But, I do fear rares won't be very big sellers anymore, not if merchants who want big money made of of them quick, and are a big buyer of rares won't buy them if they can only make a max of 6k profit from them, (or 60k with max qp's) Rares are the least of my worries though. The forums are going to suffer the most after this update. no one will log into the forums to sell anything when they can sell for higher price range on th GE (5% over 3k min so a 200k item can be bought for a min of 190k... 7k less than the min of trades with players.

I actually asked my frineds what they thought about a f2p new skill, and they said the chances were very small, and they wouldn't want it for f2p anyways. The way i see it is that Jagex just gave F2P a huge update (BH, clan wars and dueling arena) so chances are they won't update f2p for some time now. The last big f2p update was the SOS witch was very helpful to f2p'ers and that was a bit over a year ago if im correct, so the pattern for the past 2 updates are just under a year between them.

[hide] Uhmmm.... [/hide] Well i noticed reverants are very common around the bone yard for green dragons, which gets annoying when i want to get some bones. (i have to now, price is too high for me to buy em anymore) Other than that, I actually saw a little decrease in the number of times they hit me, (81 def btw) and I usually only ever bring 5 lobsters with me, and i had to drop some just for loot. Could just be a bad day, or they found a hole in your defense :s

Overall its a 9/10 achievement in my book, and being only combat 62 would equal an easy 10/10. Keep up the awesome work.

Well im also fairly new to Tip.it, and have only been here for around a year, so I don't really notice much about the changing of the community, but i do agree some people need to lighten up and notice that this is just a game.

Well the whip's special was hardly used anyways in the old wild, as the dds would be better suited, and much better as a K0. Not to mention the Torag's special is almost never used, even with the old wild as well.

Decent guide, has every point of information you really need to know what to do. The underground mine is also a nice touch, but maybe add a bit more info on the underground mine, and a few tips on how to plan your path to each gem outcrop to maximize the time used mining gems. One other thing would be the preferred mining level to start using this method. Other than those few things, everything is pretty good. 8/10

Its not horribly bad considering there are alot of worse players in RS, doing who knows what, but I would agree things like that happening would get quite annoying after the first few times. Just pop em on teh old ignore list and tele away. Who ever gained anything from arguing anyways?

You're probably a bit slow with pray change. yeah, it is impossible for Jad to hit through pray, and if he did, firecape would be impossible to get. Sometimes if you click the pray to late, the effect doesn't come on right away, and you are unportected for just a split second or so.

A very amazing guide, helped me ton on getting back into slayer, knowing which creature should be burthroped helped a ton as well. i always would get horrible tasks that I would hate doing, and always would end up training Combat with bandits or else, but after reading through this guide it helped me get back into slayer, and I now have a new goal of all 99 combat stats, as well as 99 slayer. Thanks a ton for writing this guide.

5 sara brews are plenty, also bring lots more bolts if you don't wanna run out of ammo. Addy+, mith you won't be hitting too much.

I generally go and read a book, or play something I haven't in a long time, then I usually feel like playing again within a few days.

Hopefully I will be able to play as soon as it comes out, but I never know when I will be able to try it out. Looks to be a promising new skill anyways.

Heh, post that on the RSOF wonder how fast astrals go up. Ive seen many people who use the humidify spell for magic training, and it does in fact make a bit of money, but if lots of people start doing this, the profits will most likely turn into loss due to lessened demand for vials with the stock so high
