There are over 1 billion cows in the world and cars produce quite small amounts of carbon monoxide. I haven't noticed any articles in peer reviewed journals with high impact factors that would downright deny global warming. I've also talked to some people researching the climate cooling effects of aerosol nanoparticles at my university and they think there is consensus on global warming. I'd like to know what makes you think that there isn't a consensus, because I'm clearly missing it. http://www.examiner.com/x-7715-Portland-Civil-Rights-Examiner~y2009m8d18-Carbon-Dioxide-irrelevant-in-climate-debate-says-MIT-Scientist I stopped reading at "As the graph seen below shows, when charted for the years between 2002 and 2009". If you can disprove the effect of humans on climate change, then you should do it. The Nobel prize comes with a nice chunk of cash and you would have a place in history similar to James Clerk Maxwell for proving a popular scientific idea wrong. You would be surprised of how climate change seems to be effecting the Sahara desert. Here's a quick read (yeah, I know National Geographic isn't a good source of information, but mleh): http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2009/07/090731-green-sahara.html Also, there are factors effecting the size of the Sahara desert that are completely unrelated to climate change, such as the deforestation near the southern part of the desert. I'm fairly certain that trained climate scientists are aware of the fact that cities create their own microclimates because of asphalt and other heat absorbent surfaces considering that I've read about it in my high school ecology text book. Edit: Yep, I still come off like a condescending [bleep] whenever I'm responding to climate change/creationism/AIDS denialism/conspiracy theory threads on internet discussion forums.
  8. -The sandbox style character development system. No race selection, no permanent selections (Phoenix/Black Arm gang is an exception.), you can even change your gender and looks if you want to. -Skills range from mining to farming and all of them will take a while to get to a high level. Skills also come together in many ways, for example six skills come together to make Graahk runecrafting possible (mining, smithing, crafting and magic for teleport jewelry, summoning for the Spirit Graahk and runecrafting for the err... runecrafting). The coming together of skills combined with the long time it takes to get a high level in one results in an interesting market system when people trade for items they need for their own training. -You can try it for free in your internet browser and you can spend 5000+ hours getting max skills and a quest cape. That's a good combination of accessibility and depth. I think it would have looked more like this if he were:
  9. I'm almost certain the amount of people fishing has no effect on spots moving. I've fished monks from 87 and the spots move just as often with 20+ people as they do with just one fisher. I think it only seems that way since some people say so and a fishing spot usually needs to stay there for a while before many people gather to it. This thread belongs in Help & Advice.

Usually the best tab is bones to peaches with mud staff followed by house teletabs. As long as your lectern is close to both the portal and the mounted glory you're doing it right. I think everybody with large amounts of tabs is selling right now.

RS Wiki has pictures of pretty much all of the NPCs. http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/File:El ... ilehistory
  12. It gives 22.5 exp per cream churned. Your gp/hour doesn't sound right. I've tried this at cook's guild when I first got Varrock armor 3 and quit when I noticed you can't make more than maybe 200k per hour. It takes 6 seconds to churn a pat of cream into a pat of butter. That's 168 seconds plus banking per load. In the video you said it's 6-7k per load and 500k-600k per hour. 3600/168*7k=150k (Notice that with banking it's even less profit/hour.) Am I missing something?

Talk to Velorina in Port Phasmatys. Her house has a quest start icon.
  14. Superheating mithril and burning maples are great for raising smithing, magic and firemaking in both f2p and p2p. You could also train cooking with lobsters since 74 is the no burn level for those.
  15. If you can't find them using a map you can also use the operate option on a talisman and it will tell you in which direction to go. Edit: It's the locate option.
  16. I set my inventory up like this: M M M M M C C C C C M C C C C C C C C C C C C C C C N E Ending like this: B B B B B E E E E E M E E E E E E E E E E E E E E E N E M=Mithril C=Coal N=Nature runes E=Empty B=Mithril bar I had withdraw-x set to withdraw-20 for the coal. The mithril ore right under the superheat spell never gets banked or superheated. This way you just bank the mith bars, withdraw five mith ores and 20 lumps of coal. By placing the coal under your mith ores in bank you can withdraw them both quickly using mousekeys. I think this is a tiny bit quicker since you don't have to move between bank and inventory as much.

  18. According to rune wiki revs can go inside the volcano when following a player, but they don't patrol it. There is a bunch of obstacles to trap revs for hopping and the area around Maximillian Sacksville is not wildy either.
  19. You can't bring runes, staves, needles or threads. According to rune wiki you can bring the gnome amulet (might be useful to see if you can bring a glory/fury), combat bracelet and explorers ring. I defeated the fourth form with a combat level of 90 by praying melee most of the time and using a couple of recoils at the start. Wasted 15 prayer pots and was afraid that the fight would go on for over 20 mins because Koschei leaves at that point. I would recommend just dying to the last form as there is no reward for killing him other than a useless sword that you could get as a regular drop against easier opponents. 6-7 recoils and rest food if you do try though.
  20. Regen bracelet is pretty identical to addy gloves and together with rapid restore heals 4hp/minute. Ok then the Rune Gloves or higher are better then others. but the Regen braclet also cost 250k while the addy gloves only cost 50k? You can sell the bracelet to get your money back after you've completed RFD. I doubt you would lose money if the inflation stays like this unless a better non-quest related melee glove spot item was released. The extra healing is also useful for slayer when you don't have a bunyip or can't use guthans or b2p tabs.
  21. Regen bracelet is pretty identical to addy gloves and together with rapid restore heals 4hp/minute.
  22. WGS gives you access to the Tormented Demons that drop dragon claws. (I'm not quite sure what you're asking.)
  23. Items: -Spirit shields are some of the best shields in the game -Dragon claws has a good special attack for PVP -Dragon platebody looks good -Amulet of ranging was released earlier this week Bosses: -Corporeal Beast level 785 is unlocked by completing the quest Summer's End. You need a team to kill this. Hard Quests: -Summer's End is considered hard because of the high chance of dying -While Guthix Sleeps is the first Grandmaster quest. It requires 270 qp to start and takes several hours to complete.

  25. I've recently started farming again and haven't noticed any increase in death rate from before. I've got 347 kwuarms from 44 seeds (7.9 herbs/seed \ ) on the regular patches since saturday. Only one death in 44 seeds.
