    It's about time the combat triangle actually worked. Most people melee in pvp, and magic beats melee. Nothing overpowered there.

    Partyhats are starting to get locked up with people not willing to trade for any amount of GP (like me), so supply is falling sharply. It's pretty interesting to watch, actually. I can see all partyhats being like crackers soon, where nobody will sell at all.

    They are not agaisnt the rules directly, they are however against the law and the copyright and it is mentioned in the terms and conditions you agree to when making an account. The Terms and Conditions that nobody reads. Ignorance is no excuse. You sign up for a service - you agree to the terms and conditions and the consequences if you do not. Whether you read them or not, they apply. If they can enforce them. Jagex shut down the previously most popular private server. So yes.

    There are some maxed non-dungeoneering skills, 90+ dungeoneering clans that are around... at least one that I know of.

    Staking is still possible, but very few people stake, and if they do, it is with partyhats/other rares and dragon meds/squares.
