  1. How can Blizzard tell that you've been hacked? I mean obviously you tell them but do they then check back on your account and see that all your money's gone and put it back while banning/punishing the person who took the stuff? Otherwise it would be easy to just abuse that system... Oh do not get me wrong, it is not an easy process but it does happen. Most of the time in less than a day. It is what happens when you have a real customer support. A friend of mine had farmed Primals (a material used for different things in game) for about a month trying to max his professions. He went to an internet cafe and when he left, logged back in at his house. When he logged in he was standing at the auction house, with no gear (Season 4 PvP lost btw), no items, and a list of sales on the auction house a mile long. He told a GM and had his stuff back, down to the copper in less than 15 minutes. Jagex could never do that as they devote so much time to f2p. Not that I fault them but I am not expecting much. it was my fault after all.
  2. Oh no, no bank pin. When I said I was screwed I meant it.
  3. Well this reminds me of one thing that I actually like more about World of Warcraft. When this type of thing happens, they can and WILL restore your account to where it was prior to the mistake that you made. In Runescape, I plan on getting my account back and having nothing... perfect timing for Lich King I guess ;P
  4. True but a 40m gold mistake is going to hurt. Ah well I guess it will add incentive to skill some money making skills again.
  5. Follow my instructions above Kietaro1, and as fast as you can. It may already be too late but it's better than just typing "I'm screwed" in forums. My statement of "I'm screwed" was because the moment i thought about the different text I knew what had happened. My password has been changed and I have a pending request. That was done all in a matter of less than a minute after the initial mistake on my part. I am not an idiot though I feel about this small ::uses index and thumb to show very small:: at the moment. I guess that is what I get for goofing off on my lunch...
  6. Well I entered my Password not even thinking about... and no bank pin either... Im screwed.
  7. if you join the clan side you are more likely to get a game going as you will know who left last time and not get them on your team. I played a round and it was alright. Very unbalanced very quickly. Just get level 3 armors at the start and then get mage gear. GG other team. I think that you get points equal to points in the mini game so depending how good you are in game is how many points you get. Though if the other team gets weapons and armor first... yeah gg.
  8. The skiller rewards are the tools with boosted exp.
  9. anyone getting in the game?
  10. Rewards seem useless. Increased exp when using the tools but only 10 uses per tool. I am in line to play the first round but it is taking forever to start so I will post points I get. Combat armor level 40 ftl.
  11. I dont know how the hell you did that
  12. Talk to the witch at the Sorceress in Ah Kharid and she teaches you how to ride it back to her.
  13. I went overkill when I did it so that I would not have to do it again. Diamond bolts(e) the whole way, super restores, and Sara Brews. Only the best for me. In the end I failed twice before finally succeeding. Point is: prayer pots would probably work with no trouble.
  14. Nevermind http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Movario Mocarios is at the Dorgesh-Kaan agility arena. Edit: repost, sorry
  15. Movario.... Is that the guy to the west of the hidden dungeon used during the Desert Treasure Quest? (Northwest of Ardy?)
  16. I am an avid gamer and spend quite a bit of time between three games. Two of which are MMORPGs. Between the two, I prefer Runescape because of the frequent updates that this game received. As that has shifted slightly I am waning in the amount of time that I spend on runescape, unfortunately. Even if the smaller, more frequent updates were not always as 'useful'. I enjoyed having something new every week. A for instance would be the introduction of the Darkness of Hallowvale quest and the Vyrewatch burning minigame. Killing the 1000 vyrewatch for the upgraded flail kept me entertained for about a week. Later Fire it Up! came out and I spent the better part of 3 weeks getting 92 firemaking to get that amazing adze (though I will probably never firemake again :P). In other words, it was those small things every week that broke up the monotony of grinding levels. Now that the updates are less frequent, offering less than a week of interest per update, I find myself faced with the problem of continuous grinding on a larger scale. If I wanted pure grinding to be the focal point of my gaming experience I would have stayed f2p. In Jagex's defense, they have chosen to update Runescape as is because of the trends seen in game and by Offical forum users (or so says the BTS). I cannot fault them for trying to appease the large majority of gamers not to mention Jagex being known for not really caring about the average 'scaper (automated messages anyone?) For me however, those little expeditions into new aspects of gameplay broke up the boring majority of Runescape. I hate to say it but if the quality of future updates is not accompanied by longer usefulness I cannot see myself continuing to play Runescape. Even with '24' different stats to level, repeativeness grows old. It seems I was able to stomach 1 day a week of breaking the grind but now that the time between each update is larger, I am begginning to loathe playing daily. Now I know that I am one player and that jagex will never miss me but I guess I am saddened by losing interest.

If money is not an issue, then crafting the highest level dragonhide bodies would be the way to go. In other words, craft green dhide bodies until you can craft blue dhide bodies. Then red, then black. Buying leathers makes things a bit faster but a good bit more expensive as well. I would also point out that using the lunar spell 'superglass make' with seaweed and buckets of sand to make glass orbs is a very quick way of netting some crafting experience.
  18. According to this guide viewtopic.php?t=591439 you can. Not to sure to be honest. Sorry.
  19. My pleasure good sir. Good luck
  20. You need 60 strength to even get in. But you need to make your way to trollheim and then north once you get to the thrower trolls. I hope you have protection from ranged as well. Those things hurt. Then you will need a rope to be able to go down the hole. Good luck friend.
  21. If you make it to the area where you normally would go into the GWD (the hole) you veer to the northeast. There is an agility place on the map I believe. Go up the agility cliff and it will be a little more northeast. If you are just 92 fm I reccommend taking a restore potion just in case. I needed one :/
  22. Eh I used maples and willows. Not that difficult at all really. As for this thread. Help and Advice is named slighty misleadingly. This is not a place for the topic starter to give advice but for the topic started to ask a question and us give advice. For istance if someone had asked about the beacons then you could have repsonded with your advice. If you want to give advice like this, it is far better to make a complete guide and post it in the guide section fo the forums. Otherwise good luck friend. But in truth you have more of a small discussion possible here though in truth this would be impractical I think.
  23. What do you mean? I experience no squashing...
