I wouldn't expect most people know what a split infinitive is, and so I won't shriek at them when they make the error. I've probably made at least 10 grammatical slip-ups in this thread alone, simply because I am not aware of them. However, if you are aware of what a split infinitive is, correct any instances that you have noticed. All I ask is that people correct their grammatical errors, instead of deliberately ignoring them. I'm sorry, but unless you're writing a complex thesis on the aesthetical attributes of Armadyl armour, it is not going to take 10 minutes to check your writing for errors. If you're so pressed for time, forget the subordinate clauses and comma splices. But please, use "it's" where it's needed, instead of "its". It's not that difficult.

If you honestly don't know where to put a comma (a position I often find myself in), fine. If you understand the grammatical rules, however, adhere to them.

My only cape is Defence, which is pale blue. I have no idea why. I guess with something like Construction, you'd want warm and opulent colours, whereas defence is more a conceptual thing. One of my friends went from 1-34 slayer while getting 99 hunter, and that was before penguin points. I think he's nearly level 60 slayer now, and he has about half the 99s King Tazo has. I'd say King is at an average slayer level for his 99s.

It's not just that. Making skill capes F2P will also allow members who earned a skill cape to use it in F2P. For example, say you're a member and you get 99 slayer, but then for some reason you have to cut off your membership. Now, since slayer is a difficult skill, you've of course spent many hours on this game and have subscribed for many months, but now your F2P, and just because you're no longer actively subscribing, you can't wear the skill cape that you worked so hard for? It's not just about F2P getting skill capes, it also benefits members who have earned a skill cape, and wish to use it if they go F2P for whatever reason. How is that any different to someone who was never a member in the first place? If you want to be able to wear the cape, either equip it before your membership runs out, or renew your membership. It's like saying "but if a member who has an Elysian spirit shield goes f2p, he won't be able to use his shield anymore, so f2p players should be able to use spirit shields!"

I don't think you even need the magic level to direct them in the first place. There's nothing in the KB about the portals needing the required level to cast the spell. Try without the potion, and get back to us.
