Same here. Only thing that stops me from downloading everything from a band is finding it all. Generally the bands I listen to don't really have any 'one hit wonders' anyways. The most I might get of them is from a certain time period when the band was good. Also I'm with the others about why I got an iPod. Honestly it didn't cost that much (cost the 20g normal one about 3 years ago) and I've used it ever since just fine, without a problem. I love the wheel on it and its just a nice thing to have.

Just thinking ahead but I'd wait and get a 360 and then get GH2 for it. Reason being is you wouldn't have to buy a controller again for when GH3 comes out. But IDK.

However, there are places to get them.. But if you manage to find one of those places, be sure to get a low powered one. It takes me 30 seconds tops to find the exact song I want to listen to on my iPod.... I'm no apple fanboy (quite the opposite really) but my iPod is great. I've had it for something like 3 years now and have never had to worry about the battery and sound quality is excelent.

You obviously don't live in america mate. I can't even find bands such as mayhem or venom in local stores. A lot of bands that are worth listening to I can't find anywhere. :roll: With that comment I mean internet stores. If you can't order it from the internet, it most likely isn't worth even downloading. Few exceptions of course are. Amazon for example has a lot of stuff from Mayhem and at least I trust Amazon more than Microsoft. Eh I could order it online, it wasn't what you sugested however (local stores). I guess what it really comes down to me is that they make most of their money from concerts and not from selling CD's. However like I said I don't think I've actually downloaded any music in a long time.

Like merc said get a cooling pad. They're really cheap and work wonders. (at least, our familys laptop hasn't overheated yet and its on almost constantly).

For me a lot of times buying a CD is just a pain. I like to listen to a lot of bands that I can't find in local shops. I don't find my self really downloading as much lately though, really can't during school. Most of the money the actual bands make at any rate is through concerts and other sales, not CD sales.

Can I share with Nadril? I figure that if he's in the game room most of the time, I'll practically have my own room, right? And I will need a large cupboard in which to keep Rick, Matt and Bubsa for entertainment purposes. :D :lol: I'm liking the idea of lions house better now. :P

Yup that would work if you're running windows. I think you would need a wireless router however, plug it into your dsl modem.
