Actually, Pokemon is a surprisingly complicated game. I can guarantee your Shoddy Battle rank will be pretty low with a pure deathblow setup. Pokemon battling makes RS battling look like outsmarting a kid with downs syndrome.

(I didn't read the 7 pages, only the OP) I feel that as long as you're eating you're entitled to as much as you want refill-wise. However, sitting around watching their TV and taking 4 or 5 refills is rude. Just like it would be if you were visiting someone. If someone tells you "Help yourself to the fridge if you get hungry" that doesn't mean you should do your best to clean it out or be a pig because its free food. Same applies to free refills. There are no laws enforcing politeness however so the store owners can't really do much unless its an extreme situation

What ever happened to those little key-chain cans of Mace? Those are pretty efficient for self defense. /me waits for the obscure sniper style situation example in which mace isn't viable.

There aren't different "Levels" of Runescape. Its all on one big map. When you go up a ladder it moves your characters location on the overall map. Like when you teleport. Runescape overall looks something like this: [hide=Image][/hide] Lets say point "A" is the mole layer entrance. When you go into the hole it just teleports you to the far edge of the overall map meant for dungeons.
