minning, f2p is brutal at wc and minning. but minning grainit 500kg is best bet

wiht your stats you shouldnt even say a word, its not quick....its a hard skill to get 99 becaus of its boringness, theres a reson only abotu 2-3k people have it. now, no its not slower than rc or anything, but 4 of my friends tried, and failed, 99 fm anyways, only do a 99 that you actualy want and are devoted to, its no good achivment if its something you dont care about

uhh..what toast...xp not reduced anywhays, best spend money/xp would be barrging rock lobs for the charm drops also...
