It will be decades if even more before they can "peacefully" coexist considering the circumstances and the history involved. Compare it to Northern Ireland, land seized from it's inhabitants and formed into a new country. The land was seized over 400 years ago, it's been an official country for 86 years yet there is still so much hate there. The inter-paramilitary trouble might have stopped but there is still so much hate there among all social classes, predominately the impoverished working class. If Israel stopped doing the exact same, firing rockets and air-striking Gaza they would be closer to a somewhat peaceful co-exsistance but that will never happen in the foreseeable future. The only thing Israel is doing is giving Hamas a huge propaganda boost when the Gaza citizens seeing their homes destroyed and friends / associates killed through Israeli attacks. Find me a figure showing how many rockets Hamas has fired and how many citizen deaths have occurred as a result, then I might change my opinion on Israel for now. Sly, give me one valid reason why Israel should be recognized as an official country (even though it already is) considering they went in and took the land from the Palestinian citizens through force and then created their own country. They stole that land from it's rightful owners, why should it be recognized as a country?

Then it should be the choice of the wealthy citizen if they wish to "share" the wealth and if they don't, there's a difference between family using your money and the state using your money without your general consent. As far as I'm concerned Capitalism is one of the fairest forms, those who work hard and are determined will succeed in life, those who take the backseat and coast along will not. It's not fair for the hardworking to be penalised for those who haven't. Your argument of lesser intelligence is pretty false to a certain extent, there's many situations where the unintelligent have vastly succeeded in life while not being "book smart". Ireland's wealthiest citizen left school at 14 and his first business consisted of a gravel pit, a digger and a truck. Now today he's in the top 50 of the wealthiest men, his only form of intelligence was his business sense.

I can understand Israel acting in Self-Defense, but the way they're going about it is sickening. If they were actually taking care of where they're bombing and how they're going about there wouldn't be a civilian casualty rate of 300 people so far. They might kill a couple of insignificant Hamas militants, but Israel has just given Hamas the greatest victory they could wish for, propaganda to recruit further militants on mass. I find it amazing though how Condaleeza Rice can approve of Israels actions, right now I'd consider Israel to be terrorists in this situation.

Well I'm 16 now but I'd choose to freeze it at 18/19. Do mostly the same things a 16 year old does (parties, clubs, drinking etc) but there's no parents to control it :D End of college though does seem interesting, I don't think though there'd be as much parties involved :| .

This is the error in your reasoning. Nobody does need a doctor. There is 3 needs in life to survive, Food, Water and Shelter. Electricity, clothes, transports aren't necessities, they are luxuries. Nobody needs a doctor to survive, they want to a doctor to prolong life.

Although it occurred mostly 30 years ago, I still feel he never received the recognition he deserves. In a way he's the Northern Irish equivalent to Martin Luther King.

In theory it sounds amazing and leads to an almost perfect society of equality but to be true it isn't, why should someone who works hard and spends years in education receive the same pay as someone with no qualifications who stacks shelves for a living? Although it comes about democratically there's been no instance to date where it continued democratically without corruption occurring. Keep capitalism as it is, those who work hard reap the rewards, those who sit back throughout life don't, that's the highest form of equality as I'm concerned.

I love christmas food, we've the traditional Turky, Ham and stuffing but also some more random food such as Sausages wrapped in bacon, Thai prawns (huge as prawns go) in chilli sauce, Dublin bay scallops in white win sauce etc. We eat so much starters that they'res always some Turkey left over.

I'd be a dad which has respectful kids, I'd make sure of that. I'd allow them to live a pretty independent life but I'd help lead it subtly. I'd let them discover the negative side effects of things like Alcohol or Marijuana through their own trial and error as saying "alcohol is bad" will never make them aware of how much they can handle when the time comes to them finally breaking away from their parents. I'd make sure I'm nothing like my dad, a hypocritical workaholic who has extremely unrealistic goals for all his children and compares them to any kid he knows who's good at something one of his children isn't.

Cows are killed for leather so I see problem ins using the meat that's left over, other wise it would go to waste. Taste good to. Chickens are tasty, no problem there. Lamb, tasty and always good in a curry Fish, healthy and tasty. Vegetarians, missing out. I really couldn't care for how the animals are treated as long as they're killed humanly (quick and painlessly to most extent) and don't live their life being beaten. Most animals are bread in captivity as that's what's most useful and economical for humans. Remember not everyone is in the financial position to eat organic vegetables and free range meats. I can't really imagine myself being a vegetarian, there's to many great meat dishes out there I wouldn't be able to eat.

Although it will prevent 3 lives from occuring do Jeff's parents want another 3 kids? If they only wanted Jeff then those embryos aren't used at all. It's the parent's call and only theirs, if they want Jeff to live and not have other children then Yes, if they want more children then it'll make for a very tough choice for them. Who are we to say who can live and who can't when they're not even our children.

So someone who worked hard to go to uni may miss out as he takes their place? Well, if colleges are short for places then also the government is to blame partially. In Ireland we're not short of college places so I didn't think of that situation. With what seems his personality jail time will be one of the worst choices for him. Do people not realise that prison is where most criminals improve their skills / learn new methods? If he's given jail time that's his chance at Uni gone and also most good careers. Giving this guy jail time would be basically pointing him down the road of further criminal activity.
