  1. [hide=] [/hide] My dream car, the Aptera.
  2. Jagex does that a lot, so maybe. Personally though, I think it would be more effective to all pets in F2P worlds, while maintaining members only qualities.
  3. There was/is, and it was way more detailed than this thread. Perhaps if you explained the significance an d what happened on that date along side it/because of it... :| EDIT: Wasn't it by MarioSunny?

While I'd love to see it, it's still a male dominant society. I don't think it's going to change rapidly now, although it is much better now than years past. It's just been male dominant in most cultures for thousands of years.
  5. Depressing, but yes. I've come to accept the fact that life is pointless, and there is not "next level."I just live day for day, in the present, and do the best of my abilities. Sometime you just have to have fun, that's what keeps me going. What motivates you?
  6. Please explain so this doesn't seem so disgusting. Are you joking? Why am I joking? While I'm sure all of us here would love to save millions of people with a cure, it has effects other than so. Most of the virus is in third world countries, who have enough trouble feeding, housing, and supporting its own people. "Saving" 20 million people will only worsen this, causing even more suffering, loss of jobs, housing space, and competition for resources and food. And even then, they would continue to have unprotected sex, as there is a less of a consequence, increasing population. Why would you want them to suffer even more? It's called a carrying capacity, and many countries are con their way to reaching it. Deaths from AIDs in Africa has very little effect on population control. There was around 2 million deaths from AIDs in Africa in 2005, which is piss in the ocean, frankly. "Many people believe that the AIDS pandemic will end the population explosion, especially in Africa, where population growth is very high and poverty reigns. Africans make up 10 million of all 15 million HIV- infected persons worldwide. Yet, the proposition that AIDS will sole population explosion does not stand up to reason. About 200 million people in Africa will be HIV infected by 2010, but the loss of 200 million people would not slow population growth. The 14th century's Black Death killed more than 50% of the European population, but by 1750 Europe had reached the population size it would have reached without the Black Death. The 200 million people who died violent deaths between the start and end of the two World Wars did not stop world population growth from peaking in 1970 at about 2%." Trying to control AIDs in Africa diverts resources that could be far better used. Call me an idealist, but I won't accept slow and painful death as a means to limit population. How do we control AIDS in Africa, I might ask? And those 15 million people would still be there if not for AIDS, for a few years anyways. That's 15 million people that need food, water, and shelter, resources that many places cannot handle. If so, how can they expect to support another 15 million? World being the key word. Not all countries were involved in the World Wars.

Protip #2: type the name of punctuation, then its symbol in brackets if required, when using it in a sentance in a manner other than it was intended for. Edit: And it's only one space after, which means you should've written your sentance as: Protip: a space after every comma or period. Oo, Rick got a upgrade. Now every time I see your signature I'll think you're a girl with big boobs and a thong. :twss: [just cause you hate that smiley]
  8. talking about "light" food  That was horrible. :P

Th3 is so cool. I usually wear my Hollister jackets. :?
  12. They've actually come close now. This isn't the first time bone marrows has done something to the AIDS virus, perhaps we're getting on to something. Although personally, I don't want a cure to be invented.
  13. Agreed, it's only good on lower leveled monster, or when using prayer. The added attack bonus is the only reason I'd recommend it though.
  14. I can't wait to see that fixed.
  15. I'm not complaining. I'm just saying that thread turned into the general legalization of marijuana. Well, that and I spent hours arguing my side and don't feel compelled to restate everything. :P
  16. Perhaps if you found some copper...and don't forget "battery trees" to see if your creation works!

They're overstated on the internet. The only thing you're certain to get it dried skin/lips. When I was prescribed, I was only told of possible depression risk, and liver failure. But this is why monthly checkup and blood test are here. Then there's the iPledge program. But I suppose it is a bit of a hassle, and there is an antibiotic equivalent. Really, I was just told it was used as a last measure, but with my studies in medicine since, it's progressed beyond that. Sorry, I don't agree with that. You should use soap twice a day, preferably with triclocarbon or salicylic acid. Triclocarbon is a common antibacterial agent used in soaps, such as from Dial. Salicylic acid, which you've probably used before, causes the skin cells to shed more rapidly than normal. Which, if your acne is caused by blockage of pores from dead skin cells, may aid in reducing acne.
  18. Shrooms are always cool. :P
  19. As much as I'd like to discuss my views on this again, you can find most of them here: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=747092&hilit=medical+marijuana Indeed.
  20. Skillers are thought to be level 3's, yes. However, I'd say it's anyone who enjoys skills enough to have decent levels equivalent or higher than their combat levels. Combat just isn't thought to be a skill. It's just...combat.
  21. It is useless. Like you said, this is Jagex attempting to give F2P a taste of what P2P has to offer, but their plan seems to have failed. Nobody buys the corrupt dragon, because it is essentially, pointless. I mean, sure you can go off and have increased accuracy and damage, but unless you get it as a drop, it really isn't worth the outrageous price tag associated with it. They were rising the other day....Doesn't that mean there is a demand?

Have you ever had nodular acne? :? I didn't think nodular acne could kill? My brother had something like that, and he just said they hurt like a [bleep], and took a lot longer to go down than normal acne. Well, I'm not saying it can kill, but it certainly hurts, even more than regular acne. After that, it leaves an impression/scar on your face forever.
