I pay 4.60 or something, I'm not sure. It's whatever prices were back.. 2-3 years ago. Not the "new" prices. I've not cancelled my membership to start paying the new prices. Also, Player Moderators do not get free membership.

Depending on how long you've been playing, the name can be held for up to 6 months I believe. If you are to change your name from X to Y, you can change back in 28 days or whatever it is. And in 28 days, you may have 8 days at minimum to change back to your old username before X is free to others. But if you change from Y to Z, X becomes available immediately. The above applies only if you're not a Player Moderator or a Maxed RuneScape player.

The only items I've ever known, and alched were; Blue Dragonhide bodies, Green Dragonhide bodies, Yew Longbows and the different battlestaves. I'm sure a post above may be more help to you, though. Best of luck!

You abuse it you lose it. I too was expecting much higher numbers, not only that, but why issue temporary bans? That I don't quite understand. Especially if they've made quite a bit of money from it - that money will still be there when they return.
