An Elitist's View on Crashing
Life. lol true that! unfortunately not everyone has the time to dedicate their time to lvling, ppl have lifes ppl to meet/work/school/social gathers etc. alot more important things out there then on rs and thats life mate. it took me long time to get maxed combat too and i work i got my gf to care for, rents to pay/food to pay etc time isnt alot tbh lol Actually, its more efficiency then life. Most RS players either are damn lazy, or damn inefficient.

2nd worst, after 1 small favor. Maybe worst, IDK. QP cape back, although I doubt I'll wear it again.

Is a Fury really worth the money?
That is a horrible quote. I don't wear a fury, and I don't consider myself a "noob". And I know a number of people who'd agree with me. OT: Don't buy it unless you'll have some cushion of money. If you'll be literally broke after buying it, don't buy it. YOU may not consider yourself a noob, but that doens't mean I don't consider you a noob. (Which I didn't call you, but your untrimmed cooking cape kinda says I'm barking up the right tree...) I agree, if you can afford the best gear, might as well get it, unless there is other gear you need which would give you more benefit. Buy a fury eventually, and buy it know if you have the rest you need, otherwise get that first. Simple as that.

Increasing a Budget...
FARM FARM FARM FARM. I do 5 herb runs a day (because I don't play for a solid block of time) DKS. Even solo maging, its quite consistent. (Personally, if I DKS hard core for a week, I can be sure of taking in at least 50m.) If you have varrock diary done, buy bstaffs. Its at least 90k a day, if you get all 64. MTK is amazing. Try it. Last time I broke my bank, (buying ely) I did a combination of DKS in welfare gear, and consistent, but low yield/hr things such as dragons, until I could afford all the essential gear.

Multiple Mouse Pointers
There are ways to switch between which input device you are using, but not both at the same time, on a normal computer at least.

Tip.It Times - 8th August 2010
One the 2nd article, the author didn't seem to consider that fun is relative, and making cash is what is fun to some, while just goofing off is what is fun for others. Also, max trade/hour is 960k, not 240k. I'm with blade, I don't think I'd still be playing if I didn't enjoy what I do in RS. As to Storm's article, I disagree with this statement "In the long run, this creates a very unhealthy game playing environment. As has been mentioned in previous articles, one of the true differentiators for Runescape is the huge amount of alternatives to combat." Effigies are more a bonus to those who use combat, more then the solo way of training all noncombat skills.

[DevBlog] Hit Marks: Damage Control
Was that a posh way of saying that this update seems to be aimed at those who do not play the game? Well, I would find that statement purely wrong. All of the changes were given reasons which have been highlighted by actual players, and over the years have been noted by most people. I see this much like the rest and agility updates. It will take a while go get used to, but even though it will actually change very little, it will improve the game a lot. Also, what spell is being used in picture 1? I'd have to especially agree with the first part, I don't see this update as being aimed at non-players. Although I'd prefer less clutter then what it seems is coming, there are a few main points I look forward to, the brighter color hits for your own damage, and knowing what kind of damage you are taking. The later seems especially useful at DKS, in case you accidentally pull one of the kings, as well as at TDs, and oh so many other places, even PvP.I do hope those bright purple healing splashes don't come in, wouldn't like those for PvP especially, and they are just ugly. What I'll like is always being able to see how much damage divine soaked up, but for those using elysian, this update will be far more informative. I also don't really see the "problem" with 0s.

How come?
How do the platebodies made from 25 steel bars weigh more then the bars made from?

Always go to "last read" post
From the TIF main page, you can go to the last read post of the topic with the newest post. It would be very nice to ALWAYS go to last read post, is there a way to do this?

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
Actually, of weapons in the same tier, the faster weapon is always better. Weapons in the same tier? You mean like rune tier, or what? Since dagger is fast, but its not better. Dagger isn't faster than scimmy. No, but it is faster then bax.

An Elitist's View on Crashing
If I try and fail to crash someone, (Which is incredibly rare) or if they don't hop, and as a result slow me down by messing up lures/spawns etc, I'll hop. Its not a matter of who has more balls, its about getting more kills, personally.

10-Aug-10 A Void Dance
Mind= Blown haha Looks like another fairly pointless mid-level quest to me, any good rewards? Having fun. Gosh Danz, way to troll. Some people do quests for story, others for the rewards, yet others for the cape, whilst still others do them only for fun. THE WHOLE DAMN POINT OF RS IS FUN. Just some have fun getting rewards off quests so they don't have to train that particular skill. Not everyone has fun doing quests designed for noobs. After being told this numerous times in numerous topics, I'd have thought this would have sunk through even your skull. If I wanted fun, I'd be solo graador, or TDS, or doing something with SoDB, not be stuck doing a quest designed for the average level 90. That being said, I expect to do this quest, not because I expect it to be the "most fun" thing I could be doing in RS, but because I normally do quests on release day, to keep cape current. Yeah! I only enjoy hard quests made for hardcore players like myself! Way to read, (and comprehend) what I said, or rather, fail to.

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
L bug abuse is okay with you? They are not untradeable only crumble to dust if you try to trade them (you can however stake them...) and bug abuse... Its bug abuse in the same way as getting the grain bag out from that quest, i fail to see how owning a special iron square shield is going to let me single handedly destroy your game while at the same time bringing in huge profit for myself( if someone smuggled these shields out and alched them they might make at least 10k and hour!) I have no problem with it, it's just that sw0rd is a self-proclaimed bot hunter with fanaticism rivaling that of the spanish inquisition. Thought it was ironic that he's so fervently against botting but actually WANTS to abuse a bug. There are still ways to trade them, but I do find it ironic that sw0rd wants one.

I'm still confused why people who don't need the 500m shields, etc etc, need to make better GP? Sure, you make half the gp/hr I do, but You also don't have a 700m gear tab, 100+ hours in just untradeable gear (imbued rings, PC, BA, etc) and over a BILLION in training stats, etc. Heck, f2p'ers make bad GP/hr, but outside of rares, what do they have that costs more then like 4m for sara armor?

We aren't talking about LS teams in general crashing soloers, thats just common sense, rather solo players crashing other solo players, or teams crashing teams.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
Erm, no. Its the speed to strength ratio. It just happens to be that most fast weapons have faster DPS then weapons with higher strength but low speed.
