Need advice.
Well, I'd suggest these stats for your main account to end between 110-112 combat in p2p mid crater: 92 attack 99 strength 70 defence 52 prayer 99 Range 94 Magic ~97 Hitpoints 4 Summoning 110.825 Combat If you wanted to make a new pure, here are some good low crater p2p stats. 60 Attack 75 Strength 70 Range 82 Mage 52 Prayer 1 Defence ~66 HP 67 Combat

Old Range Staker/Pure Needs Advice.
Well first of all, in p2p the low crater cuts off at 67, not 68. That extra level would be disastrous. I suggest you get 60 attack for the dragon dagger. That'll put you at 59 combat with hitpoints. You'll have to decide whether or not to do DT because it'll get you prayer. In p2p I think prayer is a good thing because you're using dragon weapons worth 30/100k. But, if you plan on being range/mage only, then go for this: 60 attack 63 strength 3 defence 13 prayer 85 range 82 magic ~80 hitpoints 63 combat If you wanted to use melee, you would go for this: 60 attack 77 strength 3 defence 31 prayer 82 range 82 magic ~82 hitpoints You would want to maximize strength while keeping 66 or low 67 combat.

RWT/Goldfarming in Mainsteream News
The end quote is a good one for RuneScape, but you've got to remember the Grand Exchange. It gives people a way to buy and sell on a margin. It doesn't completely deaden the blow, but it helps. What they're talking about the article is what would have happened if there was no GE and trading happened on the streets in a 30k margin...well, junk is already worth its value in gold, but it could be a lot worse.

f2p range/2h
I'll quote myself: "63 and 70 range are new max hits with addy arrows; 11 and 12, respectively." Nowhere in there did I say that you couldn't hit higher than 12. Obviously you unlock new maxes later..I gave those 2 goal levels because they're not in danger of hitting 56 combat. I'd do what bongo_man said and keep range and strength fairly even until you near 55 combat.

range 2h training.
Lesser demons are decent for your level, but may be crowded. I would stay away from Ankou, looting would take up all your food. As your max hit is 7 with iron arrows, I think guards would still be a viable option. I used to kill them upstairs in Port Sarim jail, plenty of spawns with many tables and stools to hide behind. The best part is that you'll never see another person there.

Zamorak Godsword Special Attack+ Saradomin's AI
ZGS spec in a 4man team should ensure that Zilyana drops before she unfreezes. The whole point is to switch off who ZGS's and who covers in case the spec misses...not for everyone to unload once every 4 bosses. You shouldn't need to hold her for 80 seconds just to kill her once.

PK Anywhere: A Skiller's Dream Come True
Too many rune items (scimitars, full helms, etc) have come in from slayer and clue scrolls. Smithing rune will never be profitable for every single armor piece.

f2p range/2h
63 and 70 range are new max hits with addy arrows; 11 and 12, respectively. Get your strength as high as possible while staying ~54 combat. Upper 60s is good.

Make 1 mil in 48 hours after "Learning the Ropes" - f2p
Couple things: -To save time you can skip the GE tutorial by talking to the GE tutor west of Brugsen. -While waiting for GE offers you can cut normal logs northwest of GE. They're the same price as oaks and sell better than willows. I spent the lamps from tutorial and strongholds on WC. -Buckets autosell max...don't drop yours! :D -Friends can give you 3k every now and then...it adds up! -The revenants to worry about are imp and goblin. -You can trap one of the warriors behind the northwest door. Lock the other one southwest until it becomes unaggressive, then you can collect the elemental runes too.

A Draconic Guide V1.4
This was priceless. I recommend bringing a Beast of Burden. Personally I used pack yak scrolls to bank all hides.

Grand Exchange: How to successfully invest/merchant
This is simply a guide to find out when an item is being hoarded and dumped. When it's being hoarded, you won't be able to buy for max; when it's being dumped after a week-long hoard, you won't be able to sell for min. This is a basic tip that will not work for hoarded items. It's investing, not merchanting.

Natures and Runecrafting.
I blame RWT and Jagex's actions. The amount of alchers has gone from thousands of pures plus a million main accounts to afew hundred thousand main accounts - much less demand because of the removal of PKing and the GE restrictions. I am at a loss why Jagex has not yet merged the types of essence; certain GE precautions would have to be taken, but it is doable. They originally split them to 1) reduce the amount of bots mining but really 2) make money off p2p bots. The price of essence went from around 40 gp each to 20/160. Merging the essences would end in a price of about 60 each and the addition of PKing will drive the nature prices up. Just be patient.

Jagex announces the most challenging quest to date.
Exactly my thoughts. MEP2 took me an afternoon and I didn't come close to dying once - and this is when I had 80s melee stats. I'd like a week-long quest with some serious requirements - 80+s and a few 90+ - no joke. Or maybe MEP 3 with a different puzzle for each player in a new dungeon with five floors. Or maybe Contact! with monsters that can actually kill you.

The Runecrafting Guild-The Great Orb Project + Tab RC times
My inventory setup is the same as yours but with fire, chaos, and nature rune stacks. I also have a pile of tokens. I fill up my pouces then let the essence stack in my inventory. When I'm winning, I usually have a full inventory of essence (with full pouches) at the start of the fire altar, so I use an inventory of essence there for 3x fires. I let the essence stack up at the end of the fire and body altars, and craft an inventory essence at the chaos altar (where I can craft 2x chaos). From then on, the chaos and nature altar essence, as well as the essence in my pouches, are made into nature runes. Further game experimenting may let me cut out the Fire altar entirely, but in most round I'd be wasting over 10 essence by doing this. The game is interesting because the essence you get per round is entirely unpredictable, and you need to make quick decisions. The formula for tokens earned per game is: 1000 minus the amount of rounds lost or tied. Your guide is a fantastic basic guide...amazing for one day. Future guides may include more information on essence per round as well as detailed observations of where orbs get stuck and where you need to be to move them. One thing you could add right now is a picture and description of each altar, as well as tips for playing it successfully.

99 Summoning - getting familiar with familiars
I agree...but I really wanted this 99 and I'll take ranks with slayer. The high level familiars were worth it to me...I'm slaying now. Before godwars became dead it would have taken me a couple months of on and off monsterhunting to get that kind of cash. Now, it'll slowly accumulate again. 99 Fletching; will probably do some Slayer too. 85 mining is a long-term goal. Progress is in my siggy

99 Summoning - getting familiar with familiars
The Countdown 50 thousand ice bursts or barrage used at rock lobsters 45 thousand blank pouches used 40 approximate bank spaces used for summoning-related items 35 hundred charms gained from slayer 30 movies watched at rock lobsters 25 thousand crimson charms used 20 hundred trips to summoning obelisks 15 thousand waterfiends killed 10 thousand gold charms used 9 ninety nine painful levels 8 months since release of summoning 7 million spirit shards used, not counting pouch refunds 6 different pouches made per charm, average 5 thousand green charms used 4 thousand rock lobster lures 3 pets level 90+ grown 2 thousand blue charms used 1 hot level and cape Did 1-83 at waterfiends, nearly breaking even. Then I burst to 92, using 25m of supplies, then used about 85m of barrage to get 99. I used 3 million spirit shards and about 30m in seconds for a total of about 225m. Fun fact: I used 4 ring of lifes at rock lobsters, killing 9 at the final rest spot area. My dragon egg: It took me exactly 23 kills even though I was expecting 400. The hides sold immediately for mid. For red dragons: I recommend bringing 2 super sets and 2 antifires, wearing bandos armor, and filling yak and inventory with monkfish. Pick up green charms as they are the majority. Bank just before the yak runs out. Use yak scrolls to bank hides. Here's the hatchling dragon: Monkey adult: Chameleon adult: Credits -Pack Yak Unit -Scarlet Empire, my clan -TSG -Heartskate for lobs method and Artemis for numbers -Deth2you69 and everyone else who let me into waterbirth...especially the ones that did it for free -GWI, #billy, and everyone else

The Effects of the Runecrafting Guild
Seems like a useful update for the tabs...The game is fun but about half as fast as conventional Runecrafting. Although don't forget, you get a little bit of experience plus runes in the actual minigame as well.

Make Some Servers/Worlds Adults Only?
Pull your [wagon] out of your head and see that he's trying to make a legitimate suggestion, albeit a weak one with no real purpose or evidence that it will be implemented. No need to be a [bleep] about it. I think he has a legitimate point. Several "weak suggestions with no real purpose or evidence" are alarming...from his opinion, that is. Although a world would be nice, I don't think it would make any difference. A world for players above a certain combat level might be better but is impractical. I think it much more likely that a clan chat would be the best solution to your problem. It would have to be carefully regulated somehow, and possibly set to friends and higher only for restricted access. A clan chat seems much more reasonable than a world.

The Runecrafting Guild - Could it be F2P!?
P2P for sure. Anything minigame that nerfs training is p2p, namely Pest Control and Vinesweeper. Not sure why everyone is excited about this one. No one trains seriously using Vinesweeper. This orb game sounds like another lame way of giving people a way to ignore the actual skill. In my opinion, the minigame will give around 3,000 experience an hour. If we're lucky we might get a few body runes to go along with it :) If it does end up being good, it'll be nerfed twice like pc. Although that was sarcasm...I do believe the minigame will be far slower than conventional Runecraft methods; probably about 10k exp per hour. However, it could give a wide range of rewards. Here are some things possible: -Runecraft Experience -New areas/features/shops/respawns of the guild -Soul Altar (doubtful) -A new essence-carrying familiar OR the ability to let certain Beasts of Burden carry some essence OR a way for abyssal familiars to recharge run energy. -Upping essence carried per pouch (likely by only 1 or 2) -Better runes at ZMI, or immunity to the Zamorak monsters there and in Chaos tunnels, or a lower banking price at ZMI entrance. -Ability to use normal essence for cosmics/astrals -Ability to craft multiple runes per essence at lower levels -An "x times-a-day" or rechargeable teleport to altars or the abyss -Free forinthry bracelets, abyssal charms, runes, talismans, tiaras, cash, and rune or pure essence -Runecrafting gloves for higher leveled runes -More lightweight armor or negative weight items (helment, ring, weapon, shield slots all good choices)

- meeting history: short overview (can be locked now)
The traveler as in the son (yes I did read his mind)? Y'know, after talking to all of em I never heard about the brooch - that's probably why. Also, I moved my camera angle and spotted an elf teleing outside of the magical barrier. It said, "So these are the humans [name] told us about!" or something like that and teled away. Sinister. Any info on treasure hunting after quest? Same as before?- meeting history: short overview (can be locked now)
It won't let me bury the brooch. Also, it would be helpful to tell us if we need to swap the trees/how to do that whole part. At the beginning maybe mention to bring a couple energy pots but nothing else. I clicked out of Jorral's speech and had to bank again.- My Guide To Blackjacking - Fastest xp to 91 thief. Update!!
Exactly...2 pickpockets per knockout is easy. The method just requires a little more coordination timing.- Make 1 mil in 48 hours after "Learning the Ropes" - f2p
I'm going to go ahead and give it a 10/10, I love guides like this. A new format would ruin the fun of it IMO. - meeting history: short overview (can be locked now)
