the people who have already maxed out would jump how ever many it became and i guess that you would need less levels per combat level in the stats that you arn't focused in and you would have a better idea of others levels.

no i have not noticed the increase of randoms maybe the reason you think that they have is because how often they come is based off your clicks and well you click alot when you are mining then this may be your reason.

people complain about things like this instead of doing what you are supose to do because in general people are stupid.
