Nice guide! I got the hang of it after I died once.. I use broad bolts instead of diamond and also flash piety/eagle eye whenever I can. 10/10 dragon claws here I come ;)
I think people are actually buying the pvp items (with a slight extra price drop from jagex to make it 10% or something). I sold my zuriel's staff in the ge for around 3m the other day. I didn't even put it in when the price changed, something like 6 or 7 hours later.
I'd rather die and have an exciting fight than safe it up to full hp every time I can wasting food. If both you can your opponent take risks during the fight it makes it far more exciting and satisfying if you win. Though these days if you're a high level you pretty much have to safe if they're using a godsword or dharoks... But in f2p if you safe you're just wasting money  Same goes for protection prayers
eh 6/10...add more things like xp rates, battlestaves, efficiency rates based on several incomes (200k/hr, 400k/hr etc.) Though that is asking for a lot you're guide doesn't really have anything that's not already common knowledge.
I don't farm anymore simply because I can make better money with double nature runes. Not everyone that doesn't farm is stupid...might just be an efficiency thing :D
General information, lots of pictures, mostly known things. If you could test pawyas and grenwalls compared to red chins (since the spots are so crowded -.- ) I'd give it 10/10.
Omg you actually got things solo at gwd? Over 90 sara kills and no shard.. I realize it's all luck but there should be some system in place to reward you after so much time spent.
Generally when I was hunting chins in pvp worlds a pker would come every 50-100 chins (with 4 box traps) which still beats the heck out of finding an empty world, especially during peak times. edit-also if the pker is alone (generally they come in 2s but if they do...) it's pretty easy to fight back since they generally wear ahrims or mystic with barely any defense :)
I've owned every one of those things you mentioned at one point or another, besides spirit shields. And the only two that weren't overrated/overpriced were godswords (I've owned bandos and zamorak) and the saradomin sword. Godswords are quite useful in pvp and bosses. Saradomin sword is the best strength trainer out there (maybe besides dharoks but with slayer you can't use dh helm with the slayer helm).
It's really not that bad, you just have to know where to look for good threads and post quality. Though there are a lot more people using the RSOF than here there's bound to be more whiners/spammers. Also they don't have a good reporting system. (imo) Posting a picture of one thread or idiot's post just to laugh at them brings you down to their maturity level. And I see a whole lot of spam on TIF too.
Wear that cape with pride \ nothing wrong with getting a 99 for the cape. If you really enjoy the skill or like the cape looks I mean, why not? Even if another skill is more useful..
Sure mage is quite useful in tactical games like castle wars where having some decent mages will turn the tide of the game. But in pvp by itself there is no way you will win a 1 vs. 1 fight with any ranger and most meleers.
