  1. I'm thinking about switching from pure watermelons to strawberries and sweetcorn. It's just that the watermelons are consuming 110% of my profit from herbs, or so it seems.
  2. Whip + rune defender is superior for almost all tasks. If you can't afford both, get the whip, and spend the rest on better food and pots, and pocket the difference.
  3. I like the rule concerning attacks on other people's sports: it's just not cool to do it, and yet some people still persist in trying.
  4. I used to love running when I was younger, but by the time I hit high-school, I absolutely hated it. I have patellofemoral syndrome, which is a knee problem, but after an excellent physiotherapist helped me fix it, I'd like to start again. I'm not really sure how to go about doing that? I'm fairly fit: I regularly play hockey and volleyball, and I ride an average of 100k a week during the summer, but I really can't run worth a damn. How should I start "practicing" for lack of a better word?
  5. Oh yea, I was just trying to compare them, and wondered what opinion other people had. So far, I'm going with nasturtiums. I always pay for watermelons. I grow fruit trees (also curry) so I have plenty of those, and since I find watermelon seeds too expensive to buy (low xp/gp) I only plant the ones my fruit bat forages. I mostly farm herbs only, alotment is not worth it (little xp/gp) so I always grow marigolds in my flower patch. Seeds are <100gp, they sell for 3k ea last time i did. But if all you grow are herbs, it still ends up being less xp/hour than growing herbs + allotments, doesn't it?
  6. I actually almost made that mistake: I did them until about lvl 92, my first (unsuccessful) attempt at 99. Then I just went back a did magic longs until 99. XD

Sounds cool, I'll look into it.
  8. Depends of the intensity of your workout: it's its very intense even every other day might be too much.
  9. I've never much liked the, but it is fascinating to hear people's responses.
  10. plank and situps are both ab exercises, not chest, but they wouldnt aggravate your wrist Planks are ok... never do situps, horrible for you, and not very useful. Russian twists are by far superior.
  11. OK, quite simple. Sucrose is death. The effects that artificial sweeteners have on humans is very poorly documented, as they are a relatively recent phenomenon. Artificial sweeteners will likely cause a insulogenic response, essentially having the same effect on your body as sugar. Vs. Hyperglucemic.... Anything that a 5 year old can't pronounce the ingredients of (unless it's foreign, obviously) shouldn't be consumed.

I'm not sure what you're inferring here. I have heard fat called "unhealthy," have heard noodles.... yes, noodles, being offered as a diet, and exercise being included in the evaluation of the health of a personal diet.

I just hung out, did quite a bit of schoolwork, and then went to volleyball practice, with a bit of RS and an episode of The Big Bang Theory before bed.
  14. Now that I think about it, that does seem like a good solution. I would say two changes, then pay - I've seen a lot of people make mistakes (myself included) and I think it would be best if everyone got a second shot, then had to pay through the nose.
  15. That's a good idea, I'll have to try it. :-k
  16. That is awesome. If I ever build a desktop, it's a tie between that and an Alienware one that I can't see to find a pic of.

I'm good with spicy: I won't be starting off with anything too radical; it's just that I don't want to go to a restraunt and just randomly point to something on the menu and hope asking for it won't make me sound stupid. xD
  18. I do sometimes, just to jot down thoughts or goals. Really, the reason I don't use it a ton is that there's no way to organize notes, and the length of the note is severely restricted. You can't send them to friends, read them out loud, or set an alarm on them.... they really need more functions and flexibility.

  20. Yea, there are times when I think that the only reason I like mining is that it's similar to woodcutting.
  21. I've never been much for T.V., but I enjoy The Big Bang Theory more than all other shows combined, if that is indeed possible.
  22. Great guide, very comprehensive.
  23. Sounds really cool, thanks for posting it. =)

You know what, it sounds funny until you think about it happening to you.

OK, thanks. I think I'll skip the tofu, but otherwise that sounds great, and like a good place to start.
