1. the majority of new rs1 players will, and this is just being realistic, never get their stats in the 80s or 90s, making them eligible for worthwhile p2p pking (dragon weapons, 85 magic spellcasting etc etc) 2. after stating the above, the same majority have already limited themselves to pk with r2hs and rune armor at best. 3. i've asked dozens and dozens of new players, and they all have goals that will never lead them to make any use of p2p, seeing as they only stats they want are for low level pking, and the only skills they need for this are fishing, cooking and/or magic. yes its might be limiting some things. but the majority of the game have already limited themselves based on the goals they have set. so it only makes sense to cram all these people with the same ideas in the same place, so we for once can get some action. no one is forcing you personally to agree with this idea or use the option, if there ever will be one. so if u want to farm p2p stuff be my guest. just remember that the biggest majority of the current rs1 player database have returned solely for pking. (ask most people on rs1) and remember that like 80% of pking in rs1 happened on f2p servers, which isnt coincidental, since most of the pkers had members accounts as well. i suppose it makes sense, but you can still do all that stuff on the members world, so it still seems kinda pointless to me. whatever floats the majority's boat though ya its pretty stupid lol but WE STILL WANT IT

You forgot about the level 60-80's who just go PK in Ammy and Dragon Long then talk about how much they own even though they are built to three hit, and can't. Oh yea, they never travel deeper than level 10. It's sooo much fun Pk'ing now a days. ya it is, cuz seeing as they dont go above level 20 you just bring tele runes to piss them off and get the last laugh, har harhar. and weakens so they can waste pots

My guess is that one of his keyloggers found its way to the "wrong persons" computer and its them that reported it as malicious computer access or something. The Runescape element, while small, helped the police follow the "paper trail" and find out who it was. yes, either that, or he also wiped someones IRL bank as well, since he most likely had access to that as well by help of a simple keylog. so maybe the kid downloaded something stupid, and he ended up losing his RS bank, while in the meantime his daddy ended up losing REAL money hehe

Except they'll get their accounts, have a massive drop party, and ride them out on a rail! :thumbup: or the fact that merchanting clans in a game is not a real offence in real life. kind of like clan pking. it sucks to be on the recieving end, but u cant go to the local police station and report a crime, because "20 dudes just kicked my [wagon] on the internet".

If I was the offender, I'd keep a low profile in jail. guy 1"So what are you in here for"? guy 2"I tricked some kids out of their game account over a computer, on a game called Runescape, you?" guy 1"Oh, I just killed someone in real life". guy 3 "lets have some fun with the fresh meat". :ohnoes:

magic and range level your combat level up for every 7 levels. for example you can be level 13 with 70 magic, and whoever said magic sucks for pking is wrong. in both low level and high level context it is extremely powerful. get 40 defence with 1 attack and 1 str so you are hard to hit one with full rune and kite, and you will be hitting constant high numbers on the pures that are the same level as you, furthermore you can weaken the pures, and also teleport out of danger. these character builds are named "mage tanks" and they are to be taken very seriously. also in high level you use magic to give you a MUCH BIGGER CHANCE at 3 hitting your opponent. so if u wanna level up ur magic level without getting other melee skills. go to the magic shop and camp there, (remember to hop servers as well). Its how I got to 70 magic back in the day before nature, chaos, death, cosmic and all the other new runes were introduced. but like quiksilver rightly put it.. pure in RS1 means you are "pure stats", meaning that magic dirty's your skills up. Something kind of new to most rs2 players I think. Prayer is to some extent considered impure, but it is widely accepted among the pking community anyway. So if you don't want to make yourself a target in the wilderness you have 2 choices. 1. Be a mage tank, high defence (no attack or str levels) with high magic ability. 2. Be a high level with high magic level. Never be a mid level with magic. You will get owned by both the low level pures, and the high levels with magic. If you are planning on being a high level with magic, this is the way to go about: Fight monsters until you have collected runes for minimum level 70 magic. Than powerlevel magic from 1 to level X.

I didn't take the pic Meili. But I kept it for obvious sentimental reasons :) hehe.. I can't remember the picture takers name, but I found the pic on the old clan B.o.S website a long time ago. Also I was very elusive while training in bk maze, so if you killed me there you had my respect hehe.. It kind of bothers me now that I can't remember who got the final blow tho.. :( But yeah I kept the pic to have some fun and claim that this was how many people it took to kill me lol..
