  1. When i hear marketplace, i think of the new price caps jagex put on items like eyes of newt and vials of water perhaps Jagex is changing it so that non-stackable shop items will be easier to buy?
  2. u can always burst nechs supposedly abyssal demons are weak to magic attacks too yeah all metal dragons save maybe miths are fair game too
  3. honestly i'd just buy it but if you must: crafting guild -> hobgoblin peninsula waterbirth island those are the two best spots if you can tele directly to waterbirth, that would probably be the better spot to pick it
  4. at 90 prayer and holy wrench, the prosy top only saves 7 doses of prayer potion per hour in comparison to a BCP that's what, 20k gp? it's really not worth it for the sacrificed defense and strength bonus. Tassets vs verac skirt is harder to say. verac skirt has +3 prayer and more defense tassets are +2 strength and alot more expensive i personally go for verac skirt zamorakian spear + sgs + abyssal whip + rune defender are very necessary with extreme antifire potions, dragonfire shield is only really useful against skeletal wyverns
  5. Because I'm sure that you can do really well at armadyl with those stats and welfare armour, plus GWD isn't what I would call consistent cash. Green drags, aviansese, rcing, MTK, and herb runs will all give you guarenteed cash it is a good suggestion, said player will have to get his stats up eventually. it looks like u have max quest points so i have to say tormented demons TD's and Armadyl GWD are the two single best non-merchanting money makers out there TD's make ~ 2.5 mil gp/hour these days the drop rate of claws is one in 200-300 so essentially you would need to go 1000 kills before your first d-claw to get an average income lower than green dragons/aviansie and let me tell you that does NOT happen often the idea of "guaranteed cash" is kind of trivial when the "risky" money maker is on the order of 3-5x faster average money/hour oh and in response to the welfare gear. With black d'hide. whip, rune crossbow, broad bolts, etc the value risked for a TD outfit is around 400k gp well within the acceptable ranges of a welfare monster hunter
  6. never do lobsters. monkfish are always better than lobsters at any level fishing isnt exactly a good money maker just so you know.
  7. guys buy fast all magic&yew logs - high lvl fletching is coming! -able to flech finished bows/c bows/javelins/arrows/bolts again and make them sharper (with 90+ flech) to make them stronger? -players now will be able to use with 90 flech "the knife bug" of RSC and increasing their str bonus :P P.S. weird that it doesn't exist on the other languages... :-? the brazilian twitter poster posts "quotes of the day" or "thoughts of the day" according to this translator they rarely have anything to do with future updates
  8. nothing beats fly fishing and/or barbarian fly fishing for raw xp i might recommend holding off on barbarian fly fishing until lvl 70 but that isnt necessary, it's still good at lvl 58+ but barbarian fly fishing requires alot of dropping. whereas normal fly fishing tends to be closer to banks
  9. TD gear is much less risk @ loss. That and it's actually feasible to go back and loot it. But you sound like a pro and that won't be a big deal to you. Drop rate of claws are roughly equal to the drop rate of hilts dragon platebody shards are rarer than claws kill for kill armadyl is much more profitable at maxed combat, and good luring techniques you should be able to kill 20 tormented demons per hour compare that to how many Kree'arra you can kill per hour including killcount, and the splitting of drops with teammates
  10. I'm not certain but I hear in excess of 80k exp/hr with Ivy, whereas low 70s is where Teaks max out. a few of the powercutting guides for teaks claim 80k-90k xp/hour that's why That and i heard ivy's were slower than lumberyard, which i timed to max out at 100k xp/hour assuming you fail none of the actions (which almost never happens even at 99) either way the xp rate of both is really close. It boils down to if you're willing to drop the logs oh btw, the varrock ivy east of the castle near the farming patch is useful if you're chopping with a fruit bat at current prices, using the fruitfall scrolls every time your bat's spec bar recharges adds 300k gp/hour to your income, but cuts into your wcing time. maybe that can help you decide?
  11. i was under the impression that teaks were faster, u would just need to deal with the pain of dropping logs
  12. Magic defense is calculated from 65% of your magic level, 30% of your defense level, and 5% of your ranged level Flames of zamorak may lower the targets defenses over twice as much as claws of guthix, but claws does lower the target's defences. that and add the fact that with a void mace, claws have a higher max hit. question for flames of zamorak and claws of guthix, do they lower it a set amount then stop lowering it? or does one or both keep on lowering the levels forever.
  13. What was your previous RuneScape name that you are listed under on the highscores?: Morionic Guy What is your current RuneScape display name?: Grimy Bunyip What Tip.it highscore list(s) are you currently added to?: P2P
  14. How did you get hit by that? was I the only player who didnt take ANY damage throught the crystal spikes part? I got hit once on purpose because I wanted to see what they did. I'll admit i didnt see them at first and and ended up standing in place, losing 50 damage before i realized anything
  15. awesome, I almost thought you deleted your KBD section though, It got merged into the Gear section because you misplaced is "
  16. can you give me a rough idea on how many kills per hour are possible for each GWD boss? for any given sized team of your choice, assuming 90+ all stats
  17. snapdragno farming is huge profit according to ge, but if you take a closer look, it was just merched and crashing farming is definitely a good option though, i would check out ranarrs and kwuarms, and perhaps a few other herbs Dragon slaying is always a solid money maker as are aviansies Honestly though if i were you, i would get a quest cape. The skilling needed for it and the quests themselves will give you a good idea of what's a good money maker and what's not
  18. a. start training your non combat skills more b. get a trimmed skill cape You might like thieving, it's minigame related That and think about what skills are pending an update. Jagex is releasing a lot of high level content updates. You might want to catch up with some of the skills that are probably going to get said updates. You don't want to get pwned like non-herbalists recently.
  19. just FYI, jagex mentioned updating the bank to have F2P and P2P sections so that p2pers would not need to drop items or bother getting duplicates. I have no idea when this update is coming out but it might be worth the wait
  20. a list of every farming seed and how much gp/xp it will earn or cost you on average Farming Spreadsheet
  21. I am currently AFKing abyssal walkers for abyssal charms. when AFK the rate is ~ 50 abyssal charms/hour and some other charms. Green charms are just way too freaking expensive to use to train summoning otherwise that and erm, I AFK Ivy's, and black demon slayer tasks since i pray, and concentrated gold ores
  22. people use lunar magicks to string them for fast mage xp, then they sell them to the rogue
  23. abyss -> death altar OR underground pass -> tunnel behind dwarven encampment
  24. If you're thinking purely in terms of fastest xp, the following all have xp rates that cap out at ~ 600k xp/hour Dragon Darts Broad Arrows Dragon Arrows Runite Bolt Feathering
  25. Aside from fixing PVP related inflation, I say we ban the leaders of all the merchanting clans, and "lootshare" their entire banks to GE. A. nobody likes pyramid schemes B. drains GP from the economy C. prevents whatever they were merchanting from actually encountering an item deficit
