Theres no need to wait and see, i know 200k an hour is nothing for me, and i also know rapier is better than whip. Relative to the rate of inflation... As far as i can tell, bloods and deaths are still around the 700-800k mark. Which is pretty pitiful when its been that way for years and even things like thieving can get the same amount of money. With stores which provide a good supply of runes into this game, i don't see runecraftings profits increasing much unless Pess drops, or store's are further limited in stock.

Id say hogging a spot and claiming ownership is being a [bleep] as well.

Good luck getting fights... pures will run half the time. I keep feeling like i have to be in a clan to get any kills Clans/teams are fun, but you won't get very much loot.

F2P Melee is overpowered
F2p mage is pretty underpowered regardless. Ranged, if anything, is more powerful WITH armor, because of high accuracy involved with 99 ranged, as opposed to say 50 attack and 99 strength. So one of the main perks with ranged goes out the window when armor is removed.

F2P Melee is overpowered
I consider defence an all class skill because it applies pretty equally to all combat styles. Otherwise you may as well include prayer in the mix, as well as summoning, and that just complicates things.

200M in all Skills
Anyone can cook 1 fish per tick, its only 0.6 seconds. Sure, after an hour it might give them suicidal urges but the real hard thing is not the cooking of 1 fish per tick, its the cooking of 1 fish per tick for 500 hours.

F2P Melee is overpowered
Actually its 2 stats, people need to get there head out of there ass and realize that defence applies to all combat styles. And in f2p, melee is both trained faster, trained cheaper, and more easily AFK trained than ranged and mage.

200M in all Skills
The only thing truely difficult in this game is patience/tolerance to boredom, SOME bossfights, and PVP (weather it be minigame or otherwise).

the flaw in the triangle
I'm not reading that. What i will say is that i think that currently, in p2p, every combat style has its niche, and doesn't need a major overhaul IMO.

can dark bow offer a decent ko?
Well, if your a range/mage pure its the only real KO you have outside D'bolts (not very on demand), and morrigans. Though, if you have access to it, melee offers the best KO's.

Jagex's new bot punishment: Level resetting
Pah, not naming names should be against our rules. The people must know!

My shield is not a tin can!
Everything with jagex seems to need a consolidation phase. Heres an update, yes, yes it is crap, of course we've gametested it, what do you mean we are on crack? Don't worry, we will improve it in the coming months, until then, have fun with your broken content.

Shadow Silk Hood
Did you see what the forum is called? C'mon.. Tif gotta be more intelligent then that. Anyway, why would you want a blood necklace, it sucks, and has no correlation with what else was spoken about. The point isn't whether Blood necklaces suck or not, the point is drops from Slayer monsters in Daemonheim are SUPPOSED to be rare. It's like complaining about not getting a whip when killing abyssal demons, they're called rare drops for a reason. A number of differences. 1. Abby whip is not an essential in order to efficiently do an activity, there are a variety of alternatives or you could just range/mage. 2. Abby whip is tradable, so if your luck sucks, you can always buy the whip off someone, you can't really "buy" a shadow silk hood.

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
i disagree with this part. while it may apply to the person you were addressing (who purchased his/her phat for 70m on the GE if i recall correctly), some partyhat owners, myself included, didn't get it for cheap and had to pay full street price for it. some people will work for it, and they will get it. i don't consider any partyhat owner lucky to have one unless a friend sold one to them for trade price in the last two years. Actually, I think his point still stands. Even if you are paying full "street price" for a party-hat, you are still lucky to get someone to sell you one for the current street. Most people have learned by now that unless Jagex changes something, the price will only continue to rise. So having someone sell you an item for its current street price, when it will never drop, is still very lucky since there will ALWAYS be someone who is willing to pay more for your item tomorrow. In that sense anyone who buys a party-hat though any means now is lucky enough for the person selling to dismiss their future profits they would of made holding onto the item. It has been said many times on this thread, once you sell a party-hat, it will be almost impossible to get it back. But theres always those people who managed to get a party hat, realized they really don't care that much. And would rather sell it for full street and do other stuff with there huge pile of cash like PK or something.

That attitude is exactly what's wrong with the RS community in general these days. Everyone is so busy looking out for themselves that any sense of teamwork or camaraderie is lost, and that's why DG teams generally suck. Thats kinda a problem with life. Humans in general are pretty self centred, good luck to you though.

That's too logical. GOP robes should be worth 1k ess each, or 20 water talisman each, but they're not (125 gp I believe). In G2h's part, i think its a balancing factor, like the crush switch thing that needs to be done, its so its not overpowered in PVP and can actually be lost.

Maxed Pure
Plus with your stats it actually wont effect your CB. Win-Win.

F2P Melee is overpowered
Nothing, but it would be nice to have a half balanced CB triangle.

An Elitist's View on Crashing
In some cases "manners" won't get you anywhere. Some spots are crowded for a reason, because they are such good spots, if you just hopped everytime someone came youd spend 90% of your time hopping.

For a high level maxed player, the wiggle room is in a single combat area.
