Its completely on topic. Im merely saying that "dung" is an insulting term, and that the reason for such is that this new "skill" is basically a minigame.

Believe me, i want skills to be profitable more than anyone. As a pure theres no way im hunting any boss monsters, but the reality is, its the best money maker, and a large factor contributing to this is risk. But yes, it would be cool if you could get decent stuff out of skilling.

I have to agree with this. My ancient mage is a pitiful level compared to many, but i can take out loads of people who are higher leveled just by ice bursting the fkers. That being said, the main reason its so powerful is because everyones in a team, thus they all get bursted. Plus no one seems to have a high range level to shoot you down. That being said, steal there runes... Its very effective. --------------------------------------------------------------- As for castle wars, well they deserve to kick ass, do you have any idea how much it costs to use Ancients in CW? Its fun as all hell, but i can tell you from experience it leaves a hole in your pocket. Ive spent over 3 million in CW ancients, and thats really only for a couple of hours of fun.

Some people have fun showing off there skillcapes. Of course, theres hours of mindnumbing crap before you can show off your skillcape, but for some its worth it :D

Not being aware of something makes me ignorant, how that makes me an idiot though is beyond me. Good, when they do release this "second batch" it might be able to call itself a skill while keeping a straight face. Until then, its a glorified minigame.

Crafting skills outside runecrafting have been dead ever since the grand exchange, and really only good for moneysinking for a skillcape, nothing new there. Gathering skills have always been a solid way of making money, but never really the BEST, or even close to the best way, except really early RS. And yes, recently combat is generally THE best way of making money. It all makes sense really, in combat you are at risk, you can die and lose your insane armor and crazy weaponry. While you skill your biggest fear is a random event...

Oh who cares. People playing private servers are playing an inferior version of the game with a very limited community. As far as im concerned, they can do that all they want.

Personally, i buy ~10-20k at mid, and then go train something else. Theres always more to do.

Its there world as much as it is your world. For all you know, they have been world hopping for a while and just cant be bothered anymore, so steal your spot because its the best thing he can do at this point. The spot is not yours because you were there first. I can use my equally flawed logic and say its my spot because you have had your turn.

Thats why i said its a more consistent DDS. They can both hit very, very high with a single special, but claws has a higher max hit and more consistent, while DDS is able to be used 4 times as opposed to 2.

This is runescape. Just as bad, if not worse than any competitive FPS community. (I'm guessing you played FPS games) Lolwut? A low level is FAR more likely to run from a higher level, because its his only chance of winning, its what i do in FOG and i win most of my games. Or do you want him to just kneel down and take it like a man?

That is the most useless idea i have EVER heard... Yea, mods are going to test you just so you can go to a "grown up" world. Waste of resouces, wouldn't do anything anyway, numbnuts would still slip through the net.

Yea, PVP is tarded, and easily abused. I used to get into big fights with randoms safing and dealing lots of damage, and then hang around GE alching, every now and then i would get the message that i killed someone and run out to get the loot. Also statuettes really need to only protect over things less than there amount in GE.

It may seem a bit much at 9 hours a day, but seriously, if you were bedridden for 4 years what would you do? Id play runescape, or another PC game...

Spend it on candy or something, then buy another one :P

The only thing i see wrong with this is f2p melee still getting the love. Mage, and to a certain extent ranged, are both kinda gimped in free to play. Why make it worse?
