Barbarian assault
with level 5 all, you shouldn't have a problem finding teams. Wearing full pennance really helps with getting pro teams because it acts as a symbol that you actually played this game far beyond what you actually had to. It also puts you in like the top 10k for every role, which is nice to have for rankings. I don't know any other clans, but you can find pro teams in world 6 and generally average like 28-30 min games.

OMG YOUR TOO OLD FOR RUNESCAPE
That's actually also one of the reasons I learned to type so fast. ;D It's really handy outside of rs as well. I just wish the general Runescape population would follow suit... Runescape is where I learned to type period. Lol. Been playing for 7 years, and I'm 20 now. I think that while the majority of the total population of RS is younger then me, after you get into the higher total levels, say 1900+, the age goes up. This is simply because anyone with 1900+ total has been playing the game for some time.

200M in all Skills
I know there are a few BA clans out there. BAA is the one I can think of off the top of my head. I know they regularly have races to see who can do what the fastest. Like, full 10 waves the fastest (17 minutes and change), fastest queen round(like 3.5 mins), and other things. They probably have horn filling races as well. Those people can be counted on to finish everything with you.

One Small Favour was a troll-fest. wow, one small favor. Ugh, Worst quest ever in my opinion. I hated it.

Steel dragon meleeing
The sword is better.

A new players first day (not all bad)
While you are in the GE, you may want to stop by the people lighting fires in there. One inventory of ashes would almost double your total gold supply, and it takes like 30 seconds to pick up that many.

please don't start this argument here again.

1st October, 2010: Behind the Scenes - October
I find level requirements to be rather fun to have. The fact that I got 88 sum miles in front of my friends was very fun. I mean, using a Uni when they are using a bunyip is just awesome :D Without the level requirements, it wouldn't be at all fun to have a uni. There is something to be said for bragging rights. If level requirements just make the game a grind, then people should have high levels for everything anyway. I mean, saying level requirements are not hard basically says that levels are easy to get. If levels are easy to get, then why doesn't everyone have them? 97 fishing for example. I see quite a lot of posters saying that they don't like fishing on here. But fishing is easy to get, it's just a grind. But these people hate fishing, so I would assume that they can not make themselves fish for very long, they just leave and do something else. If it is difficult for them to keep fishing, then fishing would be hard for them. There is tons of content for everyone. All these quests require relatively low levels that are rather easily reached. It is also good for business to keep people around longer by giving them something to work for. Enabling them to finish all quests at level 3 would lose plenty of players because they would have nothing to work for. Randomized puzzles don't make the game hard. Celtic knots and puzzle boxes from clues are pitiful. They are incredibly easy to do, just a few clicks and you finish up. The puzzles in dungeoneering are the same way. Puzzles are easy, and mostly annoying, not fun.

Korasi's Sword vs. Dragon Scimitar
He was simulating a AZ's setup with void. Comparing Sara Sword to Korasi's Sword. The whip and Sara Sword both have the same strength and slash attacks, so he used the whip instead of Spending 8m on a sword just for a picture. It shows that if you are using void, the KS is better then the Sara Sword, because the KS allows you to use barrows gloves and a Deflector.

200 hours of fishing.
Well, I wouldn't say that doing homework makes fishing an enjoyable experience for me, but the homework is more to blame for that. lol I will probably end up doing lots of afk fishing in the coming month or so, just cause I won't be able to do much else while working on my obscene amounts of math homework. Only one more semester after this till I finally finish off my generic Math classes and move on to the more specialized stuff for Engineers.

200M in all Skills
0.0 Do 200m prayer and 200m herblore in the same month? I wish you the best of luck. Not sure what drama you are speaking about, but don't let it get to you. Using the effigies on RC I would guess. Sounds like a good plan to me. Although insanely expensive.

200M in all Skills
Not really sure if anyone has seen this, but the screenshots of the hiscores really show how far the top players in RS have come from where they used to be. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CaIUTQ7IrbU The xp difference is incredible. Also shows how the best ways to do something have really changed over time. EDIT: also, wow, reading the old tip.it interviews with the top players was incredible. Zezima, N0valyfe, and YoGoSuN all gave interviews.

Combat Training
Slayer is OK. You really need the black mask though, or it just makes it feel slow. As far as decent training spots, maybe chaos druids under edgeville. They drop worthwhile herbs down there, and are lvl 13 or something, so pretty easy to kill. Minotaurs or flesh crawlers in the stronghold of security are not bad either. And they have far superior drops in members, compared to non members.

07-Oct-2010 - Postbag from the Heim + Chaos Elemental Riddles
Hmm those dates sound pretty plausible. And in another clue thingy, herblore was mentioned. Maybe they will add extremes and ovls back in to pvp *crosses fingers*

Korasi's Sword vs. Dragon Scimitar
Nope, KS is better. Also, you can gain the void bonuses with a KS by using barrows gloves and the deflector instead. This gives void melee bonuses, identical stats to a saradomin sword, and more defense bonuses then regular void + sara sword. KS also seems to have a better spec, I think.

Flaming
@jettrider Idk if you included manipulation clans the "merchanting (solo or clans)" but i think people hate them and their ge spammers for good reason. I distinctly recall the leader of smokin mils getting laughed out of a thread in Discontinued Items on the RSOF.

Item FLipping
Good luck getting information. Logically, the more people that know how to flip, the lower profits on flipping become. That's why the "master flippers" don't share their secrets. You really have to learn yourself, which is risky.
-
Flaming
Yeah, I haven't threads like that in a while. Though they is still pretty common on the RSOF :P

Devious Minds
Idk how much money you have, but it costs 1mil or so doing gold with gauntlets, I think.

Who is your favorite Runescape character?
Hmm..... Bob the Jagex Cat. Talking to him with a catspeak amulet is rather amusing.

200 hours of fishing.
Wait a minute, people come in here and say they enjoy fishing and would find 200 hours of fishing in RS fun, and you say it is "borderline relevant"? Isn't that a direct answer to your question? So.......Sephy answered your question, Obt said "oh look, someone said they liked fishing." (paraphrased heavily) And you then said, "that's only borderline relevant [that someone said they liked fishing], let me ask the question again." (paraphrased heavily) When only 2 posts above, Sephy rather clearly states that it would be fun. How do you justify this discussion logically if you claim that direct answers to your questions are borderline relevant at best? Also, Remember when dungeoneering came out? 80 dungeoneering to use chaotic, 87 to buy one of them. Or how about the current bonecrusher. 5k xp required to use a bonecrusher, 340k xp required to buy one. That's 17 times more experience required to actually obtain one then it technically takes to use it. Also, the Adze isn't a reward from All Fired Up [quest]. The reward from that quest is 5.5k fm experience, 20k cash, and a new minigame. There are several rewards from the minigame, and these rewards take higher and higher levels to obtain. Ok, I don't see a problem. You can't wear void at 10 defense either, but the new void quest only requires 10.

Mousekeys
You are awesome. I must have bumped that button by accident. I did not know it did that. Thank you very much :D
-
Mousekeys
I have mousekeys enabled on my computer, but recently, something strange has happened. Instead of the 5 being the usual click key, it has switched to the Right click key. The same goes for the "+" key. There is no option in the mouse key settings to change this, and I did not change it. Any reason why it would be changed? And how do I change it back? Note - This is not just RS that has the problem, but everywhere on my computer, if I click using the number pad, it acts like a right click. If i change my external mouse to Left handed, then the number pad works as it should.
