Dfs = 36m = 36 hours of playing if I was managing 1m per hour = not worth it for an overpriced shield just to solo bandos. I tried using a whip+defender and I can't tell if it's just because I fail at soloing because it's my first time or if it's the gear but I'm only managing 2-3 kills a trip most of the time 2. 2 - 3 is very good... Oh I guess my friend is just being mean then lol he keeps telling me 2 is terrible <_<

Unicorns are useful anywhere that you find yourself taking damage. It helps a lot at waterfiends (unless you use chaos tunnels for faster tasks) and other harder monsters that can hit high and/or often. I use unicorn to tank steel and iron dragons wearing only verac skirt/brassy, neitiznot, and normal antifire shield. I never need any food other then the scrolls on irons but on steels I need enhanced excaliber and sometimes end up using soul split to heal. If you're wondering why I use verac instead of torag it's because I use turmoil for fast kills so the prayer bonus helps.

What has this game come to when you ask someone nicely to hop and this is the response? Btw it was at bandos, I was about to go in, and he was a higher level.

Balmung absolutely rips supreme to shreds, maxed a 75 on him with pots and turmoil. High hits are very common with it too.

Are you saying the dfs for the defence bonus or the strength bonus? Actually no, obby shield is not weaker then rune in the defense that matters - range. Why would you care for melee defense when you are praying melee? I was wondering the same thing. compare- obby vs bss Don't see how bss is better then obby for soloing bandos. Money might not be hard to get but the ridiculous cost of a dfs takes time to get.

I haven't maged them in a long time but I do know that if you have antifire shield and antifire pots they can't hit you unless you accidentally get meleed so you can almost just fill your inventory with antifire pots.

I can't afford a dfs atm (kinda burned most of my money on 95 prayer lol) so would you suggest obsidian shield or just stick with rune defender?

I would advise taking an obsidian shield as opposed to a rune defender though, you get ravaged without a shield. Thanks I'm going to try whip+defender. You can get it locked. I guess you can contact Jagex that you want it locked, OR if you really want to you could have some (like yourself) or your cousin purposely get the password wrong numerous amounts of times and it will be locked I don't think that locks the account permanently, I think it just locks it for a few hours or a day so it can't be hacked. It might just lock you from entering more passwords actually.

I'd put it in my house. Unless you reeeaaaalllllyyyy like soul wars I'd go with putting it in your house.

I would just go get some basic gear and go kill green dragons for a couple hours. Don't keep doing this forever though, just get enough money for some decent gear and slay. You're right prices have sky rocketed <_< kinda sucks. FARM herbs while you do this it's almost no work to add ~100k more money every 75-80 minutes.

I notice it in most of the places I go. In fact it's the reason I stopped pking years ago, I can't stand the attitude of most pkers (not all of them but most). Normally when you win a fight it ends with the other guy dieing and saying something like "gf nerd nice safing" or "nice prayer noob"(even though they pray also). Then there's the case of you losing: It usually involves something along the lines of "gf sad noob" or just simply "gf kid". Btw can someone explain to me how kid is an insult now lol

I say take the time to do defender of varrock (and any other quests you need as a requirement to do it) and train at armoured zombies. They're much faster and still really easy to sit and do nothing.

Just like a lot of people on this topic I suggest getting 70 range. Whatever skill you decide to train you should always take a couple minutes of your time to farm herbs for extra profit at minimal work. It's also decent xp (for doing basically nothing) at higher level herbs.

I'd have to agree on this, they're not worth selling other basic items for (like whip/fury amulet) but if you do have the spare cash lying around why not buy them? You'll have some of the best combat gear in game, while looking awesome at the same time! And as said before, they will probably keep on rising for a while. And even if they do crash, the demand for them will be high enough to sell them for the GE minimum price, so that you won't lose that much money. Pretty much this If you have the money after buying basic stuff for combat then get bandos, if not then don't get it. Personally I'm not going to spend money on bandos until I have extreme pots which seems like a much better use of the money.

Before soul wars- slayer by far. After soul wars- can't think of anything I'm that impressed with anymore unless the person didn't sw untrimmed slayer but there's no way to prove it. I do like untrimmed hp on really high levels though, I've seen a 137 with 99 hp untrimmed now that's impressive even though there's a high possibility that she soul warred some of something.

I usually see them going for 50-80k each glass on forums. If someone is desperate enough you can get a lot more.

The most successful for the leaders would probably be smokin mils, I don't think any are successful for the non ranked people though. Sadly I'm pretty sure all public merch clan items have never hit the dump price and ended up like the berserker necklace. Smokin mils seems to get there items very high in price very fast if that's what you meant by successful.

That certainly sounds directed at once person lol OT: I'd say the worst looking item is granite platebody. Worst combination of items: D med, granite platebody, d platelegs/skirt(both equally as bad), d long and last but not least untrimmed/trimmed str cape.
