Lower levels have to put up with higher levels at their spots, and higher levels have to do the same for lower levels. Just because you want to be as efficient as possible doesn't suddenly mean you have a right to the spot. You can ask and be happy if someone complies, but that's about it really.

I honestly have no clue what you're talking about here. Times articles surely are not perfect, but I cannot think of even one example where an author deliberately used wrong information. As for the bit about it being gambling/persuading the reader that it is: The article was not focused on the question whether SoF could legally be considered gambling, and unless you're a lawyer familiar with the particular jurisdisction, I don't think anyone can make more than educated guesses.

It's common practice for update threads to get unstickied when the next update arrives, the only exception I know are seasonal event as those usually remain stickied until the event is over. You can blame Jagex for a lot of things, but that's not really one of them.

While I am not a big fan of Obama (My biggest issue with him is that he's not serious enough about reducing debt, but then again, with such low tax levels and all tax raises for the rich being blocked by republicans...), I would most certainly vote for him if I was a US citizen, simply because the republican candidates are just a lot worse. While Romney is still bearable(I am glad that he's become the republican candidate, considering what most of the others were like), I believe America would really be in need of some social reforms, and Obama is just so much more likely to deliver those. Obviously no system is perfect, but I can just say that personally I by far prefer the system here in germany over that in america, even if we pay way higher taxes.

Well, it might be enough if you buy the newest (or newer) version of the OS, without having to switch to PC altogether. No idea how much those upgrades cost though.

If it's the 64-bit version, you can only play with the downloadable client. If it's the 32-bit version, you cannot play at all. That is due to this. Apple has stopped the support for any version below 10.6, which probably means that you should invest in getting the new OS. I expect you might have issues with other Java applications as well.

Well, I am not familiar with macs so probably won't be a big help here, but have you tried to check on the Java site which version of Java you have installed? It's a link right below the download button. Also, what version of the OS do you have?

I'm not sure if stakes or polearm has the better dps, but I think it does make dodging some of the specials easier. Since you said you're not that fast of a clicker, this will probably be your biggest problem with vanstrom. I would definitely recommend getting 500 vyres burned, it's relatively quick with blisterwood weapons now and while you can beat him without that, it just makes it a lot more relaxed and will probably save you time in the long run if you're having issues with vanstrom. In terms of specials, he has these 4, that he announces through voice acting too, so you should have your sound on -"Come fiends, and aid your master": Summoning two baby bloodvelds, you just have to kill these before they reach vanstrom - -"Let the blood consume you": He will teleport you into the middle and spawn a pool of blood under you. Just run away from this as quickly as possible -He might also be doing a blood bombardemant, similar to the icefiends attack in daemonheim. Run around the room in circles to avoid this. If you're quick, you can get a few attacks on him in between, he's also a bit more vulnerable at this point, but it's no necessity and you should first and foremost focus on not getting hit. -"Stare into the darkness": You have to do the exact opposite of what he says. Run away from him and also make sure that your camera is turned away. This can be a very high hitting attack and you have rather few time to react, so you may want to try always turning the camera on his back. Moving it with the mouse wheel usually works far quicker than with arrow keys. When he's almost dead, he'll transform into a cloud of mist that will damage you if it reaches you. Stay away from it and use your vial of holy water. Your character will create a puddle on the floor and you have to lure vanstrom on that. Do that a few times and he'll be defeated.

What we consider to have a value and what courts consider to have a value are two different things though. And it might not be enough to just be able to say "these prizes have a value, therefore it's gambling" but it might be necessary to have specific values for each item so you can decide whether it would be a win or a loss. Someone on the RSOF contacted the UK gambling comission about this and they said it was a game of chance, but the items do not count as money or money's worth as you can't sell them. I'm fairly certain the same is the case for german laws (Though I am still waiting on an answer for this one) The netherlands might indeed be the best bet here, seeing as that court already once put a value on virtual items, though I believe it was not specified.

It's indeed sara brews, but you shouldn't need these for the boss fight, definitely not. Sharks should be sufficient, rocktails at most. What armour do you wear during the fight? Ganodermic's would probably be the best bet I think Do you know how to dodge his special attacks? How many vyres have you burnt? The more you have, the higher you will hit and more accurate as well - this can be a huge boost. Do you use a blisterwood polearm or blisterwood stakes? Stakes would probabyl be preferrable to you, as they should make it a bit easier to dodge some of his specials.

Well for tab organizing, that's what I do: First of all, general rules for each tab: 1.Stackable items/Items in bigger volume first. Generally try to get a few of every item if it's not too expensive. The less the items change place when banking, the quicker you will find them. 2.After that come items that you use rather rarely 3.And then those items you use on a regular basis Giving advice on what to put in your individual tabs isn't that easy, it depends on what you do often. Generally, those tabs that you access often should have less items, those that you need less often can have more. E.g. while I have only one tab for armour, if most of what you do is monster hunting/pvp/other kinds of combat, maybe you want to expand this. Here's what I personally have: 1st tab: Just general stuff, often of that skill I'm currently training or just stuff I'm too lazy to sort right now :P Tab 2: Armour Tab 3: Weapons Tab 4: Magic,Runecrafting&Teleportation Tab 5: Herblore&Summoning Tab 6: All other skills Tab 7: Stuff to sell Tab 8: Quest items and other stuff Tab 9: Outfits, items for penguin hunting, some other stuff. That's my personalised bank - I don't usually have problems with bank space. For most people, you will probably want to forget about those tabs 7-9 and use it to empty those other tabs a bit more.

Well, when I was rushing Pyramid Plunder(So, to floor 8 as quickly as possibile, and just open the chest and engraved sarcophague there) to get the Sceptre of the gods(I didn't :(), I got trinkets worth about 100k/h. I imagine it might be a bit more if you open chests and sarcophags on higher floors(maybe 5-8 or 6-8). Plus, I find pyramid plunder to be a lot more fun than pickpocketing :)

You are sure they had orange bands? If you're not familiar with them, they might have been sköll boots (Those are white with a bit of black and some spikes)

Well, if you want a practical house, you're going to want your portal rooms and your glory right next to the entry portal, so teleportation to other places is quick. Also you should probably have your menagerie and chapel nearby, for prayer and summoning points restoration. Apart from that, the only other potentially useful rooms are the workshop(for armour repairs), the study(for shooting stars), the costume room (to store outfits and such) and maybe the dining room(to call your butler, if you're training fm in your poh, but that's very specialised already)

Oh and btw don't be sure too believe that IVP is "only focusing on liquidation and dismantling businesses". I've read differently on summaries on this company, and just think about it for a moment - if IVP was known for only doing that, wouldn't an investment by them be equal to put out a big red flashing sign with "We're probably going to close our company next year"? This would chase away other investors for sure and generally is not something any company would do unless it's their last option...

Well I don't have any songs from American artists on my mp3 player. As for why I don't like it, well IDK I just don't :/ I actually like a few old songs like from Sinatra and such, but that's pretty much it. Do you actually know where most of the artists on your mp3 player are from? :unsure: I'd know it for like...1 out of 10 at most?
