  1. Me too  High five!
  2. Never ask tipiters for PK'ing advice lol neit helm phoenix necklace (w/ extras in bag) dhide top/chaps/vambs frogleather/rune boots recoil ring rune c'bow rune kite accumulator bolts: dragonstone (e) and diamond (e) *Never use ruby (e) bolts in PVP - the max they'll hit is 25 on someone w/ 99 hp in addition to damaging you (drains 25% of opponents hp and 10% of yours) inventory... range, super def, anti, 2 pray pots (3 if smiting) (restores if bring a brew), sharks, veng runes if you can
  3. O rly? If you plan on using them for training, which many people do, then you may want to bear in mind that each titan gives xp to a different combat skill. So don't go by time they last but rather skill they give xp to. ;) Seriously dont bump this thread. o
  4. tormented demons
  5. Very useful - I wish you'd have an extra section which includes only familiars since those are the monsters I look up the most
  6. If you want to avoid fighting for Aviansies, I suggest the Eeryie, but you will need both a Zamorak and an Armadyl item. Those aviansies have double the hp
  7. questionaires forum, and no - huge, unproductive waste of time
  8. It only lowers to a set level
  9. This is true. 3 Hit U can also confirm this if you need further proof.
  10. emeralds... cheaper too It's not. There's too many people to effectively do it any more (the spot always has 3+ people on every world), and even when it was, it was never as good as throwing rings. Throwing rings deal an average of 1.7-1.8x the damage per minute of emerald bolts, giving you far more XP and dramatically outhitting the small advantage poison provides with emerald bolts. Plus, your going to have some seriously short trips with protect from range and +10% prayer on. The unicorn pretty much invalidates any prayer based methods, it's simply far handier then BTP. all you need is range pray... range-boosting prays are overkill/unnecessary for me like I said - there's usually 3 people in the world but they all log off once they realize they can't compete. plus after you poison each bird, people competing w/ you usually finish them off for you and you get the loot
  11. emeralds... cheaper too
  12. Use emerald (e) bolts and go to the sara area and get like 5 of them on you so while you're killing one, 4 others are slowly dying... at 112 range w/ void I hit 30+ w/ the bolts very frequently and usually clear out the competition because they can't compete :P
  13. Or you could go with a dragon longsword and get a comparable weapon without doing a quest at all. Lost City? I'm pretty sure you only need to do the quest to access the shop that sells them. You can still buy on the GE and wield it. Nope gotta do Lost City to wield it... same for dagger
  14. Already semi-retired since most of my close friends have quit, I'm too busy w/ college/fraternity, and I accomplished most of my long-term goals
  15. Mystic... no point risking so much more money for such a minuscule boost :P I wore a magic ammy too since glory would protect over the hood haha Such effective welfare gear...
  16. I'd ignore the time efficiency factor when it comes to time spent in BA... just because most people don't mind losing that efficiency. As a rule of thumb, people prioritize fun over efficiency - or at least variety. The torso's a rune chain w/ str bonus - it really doesn't matter if you're using it for melee, but when I see people maging w/ a fighter torso and ahrim skirt I just shake my head in disappointment lol
  17. I wouldn't take anything the "queen of the squirrels" says too seriously.
  18. I'm sorry, I do not. Muggi might have some of old wilderness, but I'm not 100% sure, I only remember his clips, but I do recall him having some video's on his very very old blog. Wizard boots, being around 300k, are a decent option, but you might as well just earn yourself some infinity boots if you are to frugal to buy them. And if you were referring to the clip: Wizard boots were rather costly when that was shot, so they weren't such a viable option for risky situations. R U shur? i mean, having all kind of runes in your inventory and ahrims was pretty costly when that was shot, and wizard boots wouldnt make much of a difference if you are already risking that much I never needed to skull much when I PK'd with full ahrims - hot-shot melee'rs would just rush me w/ dds specs then I'd freeze them and wear them out after they'd wasted their spec bar and chances of winning also you're right - it doesn't lower str every time it hits, but the set effect occurs very frequently, and shadow barrage is a one-time effect (until they restore)
  19. just gotta range pray and wear as much magic boosting gear as possible, ignoring your def for a little while then you're set
  20. Why so much discussion about the dragon claws? Has everybody already forgotten about their 30k, equally-lethal counterpart - the dds?
  21. Why did you get 99 fm?
  22. string ammy has been dead since everyone found out about it meaning, good luck buying gold ammies at a cost-efficient price nowadays :\ i'd recommend smoke barraging rock lobs instead
  23. *takes 30 seconds* forgot you had a blog... you don't have any pics of me dying :( oh wait, that's cuz I NEVER DIE 8-)
