couldnt you have a basic xp/lvl table such has tip.it has then apply a formula to look up current xp/outcome xp in said table but always "round down" so it goes to the closest below the xp value then display the corresponding level. also Yeah stacked ifs work, jsut a nightmare to write if they get too long! lol You just make the true and/or false outcome of the first if another if. so like you say use if to determine if its red. true output is red false output is another if to determine if its white. true output is white. false is yellow.

Its hard to say as the xp scales with your level so no 2 levels have the same xp rates and even plots seem to differ (99 wc gets me 75xp on roots, while 94 mine nets 90xp on stone)

Annoyingly the scum are all of my generation, (eg 19 - 25 region) so once again my generation will get tarred with the same brush and be looked at as a "problem"

It is stupid. The small protest about the shotting in tottenham was fine. That broke into riot due to the usual [wagon]es who like any excuse to kick off (eg those who ruined the student fee protests) But this is jsut mental now, its all kicked off from that one (in the grand scheme of things) trivial event and its jsut pure thuggery taking opportunity to loot. I find 1 flaw with your final conclusions on members needed: Precious bars & Rations (i think it was rations might be a diff one) = 3 minions not 1 So you need 62,500 "actual resources" if I read your table right. 7090+2600+3920+(3*4690)+8060+(3*8920) Which would actually be 232 members on minions only.

Surely it is better to aim for sub 30s. Then once that is achieved work for sub 20s Then try and push to sub 15s After all it is easier to achieve if you feel you are meeting goals.

I feel obliged to point out there is no such thing as "double xp weekend" it is bonus xp weekend. Where the multiplier runs for 2.7x xp downwards not double.

Like others have said while it might be cool I can't see it fitting in too well. Martial arts are mostly bare-handed. Yes some use weapons, but weapon-based fighting is already well setup in rs and unlikely to merge into a new skill/ability. Then you look at everyone with weapons and armours and what not and they just don't see so feasible; unless they were introduced as some sort of stealth combat class. eg you can sneak up behind a monster and use martial arts to try and ko it before it can even attack you, but even then thts epically limited. I think a martial arts area that would be feasible would be to add an assassin type hybrid-class that combines magic, ranged and melee elements to be stealthy but deadly with poison etc. It'd have to be a class that is weak (in direct combat) to all 3 normal classes, but executed correctly could overpower them. But even then there is the issue of how far it could be applied beyond specific monsters etc.

just noticed next to agile legs "Wearing these reduces your weight by 10.0 kg. Barbarian Advanced course requires 85 Agility to unlock. Requires 35 Defence and 35 Constitution to wear." Someone obv copy and pasted from agile top and forgot to change Barbarian to Gnome.

From all I've read lately the best way to burn fat in the long term is weight training; cardio is just less intensive less focused muscle training that is more about endurance/stamina. Both use the muscle causing your metabolism to increase for ~24 hours to help fat burning, weights just do it faster. Plus weights increase muscle size to increase your resting metabolism in the long term. But anyway going slightly off point; I find cardio boxing stuff to be a nice little cardio workout that is fairly intensive on the muscles compared to running or w/e and does do a lot for your core as you have to tense a lot to balance yourself during lots of the moves like kicks and squats. Its also a bit more intensive on the chest and arms if you use some wrist weights or perhaps light dumbells. Rowing is pretty decent too.

The one question arises in me: If you're goal is to be a level 3 skiller, what use to you is a summoning obelisk? Summoning raises combat afterall.

I'm fairly sure (much like teams) best xp rates is small c1 rush most of the floors. Then do c6 meds for the last 10 or so (the floors where teams would be doing c6 large)

I should imagine the sub-quest thing is kind of a sticky issue. As the subquests are not actually quests themselves (no qp rewards), they are more like a series of mini-quests akin to the wizard burial or goblin high priests. The armour and food thing should certainly be there as a suggested item, but not a requirement.

Don't the resources get spoiled each building tick, or is it possible to save them somehow? Resources are allocated to downgrade jobs. Then upkeep jobs. Then upgrade jobs. It is only when ALL upgrade jobs are completed that you get surplus. Surplus is what spoils, any allocated to an incomplete upgrade is saved for the upgrade; all thats unclear is if this means say you have 1k timber for the upgrade if next week you'll start with 1k timber OR next week you'll start on 0 but that upgrade will have 1k less timber cost. Also to guy above: if you cancel any build job at any time all resources dedicated to it are lost regardless of build ticks. You can tell something to build earn 1k timber then cancel it within a few hours and the 1k timber is lost.

it was no typo it was backed up by the typical runescoop poorly collected data on samples of about 3 kills, if memory serves each rings data was drawn from a different number of kills on entirely different monsters with completely different setups aka it showed nothing at all about the rings themselves.

useless programs, defrag state - will have zero effect on graphics processing. Other programs will only have an effect if they are either graphically heavy; eg another game or if they dont have a separate graphics card and the programs running are ram heavy when inactive. Since this specifically a FPS issue and not general lag the root of the issue is gonna be graphics card related or internet connection related, other than general maintenance issues like dust etc.

runescoop is aweful; the research methods are flawed and sample sizes stupid. eg there's 1 guide where the sample was 4.5 dragons. tip.it may not list in-depth research data or specify which works out the most efficient, but it covers all the information you need to know to make an informed choice for yourself. And anything extra you wish to know is what this forum is here for.

Not necessarily. If they actually roll out the world instancing to most mini-games as they have on fight pits you could easily use portals no worries.

There are very few "coding" languages. Coding is named when people write assembly, and there aren't many different assembly languages. The typical name should be "programming languages", which include c++, java, pascal PHP etc etc. HTML is sometimes shared under these languages, however techincally HTML isn't a programming language, it lacks abilities as "structures" and "flow control" better name would be a "markup language". Of course the upcomming html5 features is a complete different case. just my €0.02 That's a bit pedantic. Its common terminology you code a website, therefore they are coding languages. And all programming languages, markup languages etc fall under "coding language" as an umbrella term. As they are all coded instructions to the computer to create the final program or applet or website. Is it perhaps incorrect if you follow strict technical terminology sure, but its a commonly used term that everyone knows and uses; and not everyone would know wtf it meant if you used the technically correct term.

It annoys me when people say kc like this for barrows. Because you don't get 3kc, you get 9kc 6 brothers + 3 others. Well saying 9 kc might confuse some people because I am sure newer players are not used to having the brothers counted as kc rather than having their names displayed for being killed. Wow they changed it? So didn't know that.

Clan Citadels were a huge update. Just because they aren't "useful" for anything EXP-wise, doesn't mean it wasn't a big update. What's the use of the citadel? You can't just go into my citadel and have tons of content to explore. You can go into it and chop roots. Creating and initiating battlefields is locked to certain ranks, so a lot of people won't be able to even use that part of the citadels unless others allow them to. So that effectively locks people out of most of the content that comes with the citadel. You can't even skill in the citadels. After tediously grinding your resource cap, the next best thing you can do without anyone else is sit in the meeting hall. The citadels lack any content to keep people inside of them for long. You totally ignored his point. Just because they are not useful, doesn't mean they aren't a big update. It has a lot of content and mechanics in the content as a whole so it is a MASSIVE update; it just lacks anything we as players find hugely useful.
