Runescape has gone to the dogs
Call of Duty is competitive. It isn't particularly deep, but it is competitive.

Runescape has gone to the dogs
You don't play Runescape for competition, so don't be surprised when you can't compete against other boss hunters.

Dragons
If you don't have the levels to defeat the dragons needed for rag'n'fur, you don't have the tenure nor the experience to be making any statements on the game's balance.

Doubling Money.. and Other Weird phenomena..
Trust trades aren't reportable. I've asked a very strict pmod in my CC about this and he said there's nothing you can do apart from ignoring it. They are bannable. Your mod friends needs to be de-modded if he doesn't know basic rules.

15-Mar-2011 - Ring of Wealth, Shanties, Trolls and Dungeoneering
Well we've established you have no idea what an MMO is. Also, I've never seen Runescape as a direct competitor to World of Warcraft. Rather than try to copy and paste features, they take them and reshape them into something that works with the concept and frame of the game.

Should rename the uber cape to the Cape of Winning.

Oh look, another spiteful child.

Scammed 10m
I'm more amazed that you posted this on a public forum. It takes a very special person to broadcast your stupid decisions.

End of an Era... probably...
No it won't. Woox16 is a nobody, at the end of the day. His departure is closer to the end of a fart than the end of an era.

[dev blog] Capes of Distinction
No they don't.

Veteran cape = kickass. My account isn't 10 years old, but I'll get the 5 year old cape.

Jagex to develop Transformers MMO for 2012.
I wonder if Jagex will be bold enough to kill off characters in quest lines. Killing off characters like Hazelemere is easy when it's your IP, but when you're playing with another company's IP, it can get risky.

2nd Runescape Novel Return to Canifis, coming out in March!
I guess this means I need to complete Betrayal at Falador. I got the hard cover version, I just haven't gotten around to fully reading it yet.

He should be happy that he worked 30 times as hard as you, yet still got nothing? 30 times 0 is still 0.

15-Feb-2011- Skill Bonanza
I was crossing my fingers for a crafting urn, because I wanted to fill my crafting urns while I crafted crafting urns to fill with other crafting urns.

Jagex needs to upgrade their GE servers
10:17am on a non-holiday Wednesday: Number of players online = 184,082. Dear Roz, Stop trying to pull things out of me. It is rather painful and the conclusion you're coming to has no basis in reality. With love, Roz's ass.

15-Feb-2011- Skill Bonanza
Jagex doesn't want all skills trained at the same pace, so having slower skills award less xp is completely within the line of logic.

Scamming!
They aren't, I had to look this up myself. The cakes that were dropped by guards and other NPCs are not tradeable. Diango, however, now sells identical celebration cakes that simply have a different color icing, that can be bought with candles, light with a tinderbox, and eaten to restore 5hp. These are the cakes the OP is referring to, they are tradeable.

Scamming!
5,000 steel bars: 3.94 mil on the grand exchange. 20,000 cannonballs: 6.4 mil on the grand exchange, plus 128,000 smithing exp. The look on that [wagon]es face when the bronze bars are still in his inventory: Priceless. There are some things GP can't buy, for everything else there's

Frogster Impersonating Jagex On Facebook
I promised I would try to get my Runescape related articles posted here, here is my latest The Blokes At ROM I was going about my daily Facebook activities (posting creepy Woody pictures), and lo and behold, I came across the following ad: You'll notice that this ad links to "secure.jagex.com," and I quite honestly expected that this was either A.) a scam ad that managed to get through, or B.) Jagex was advertising on Facebook, which I don't believe that they do (with my activities, I've seen almost every MMO developer that advertises on Facebook). So naturally I clicked on the ad, and was taken here Really? Runes of Magic? Take one more look at the URL in the Facebook ad. "secure.jagex.com." The screenshot in the ad appears to be from Runes of Magic, but someone who has never played either game wouldn't know that. The ad does do a good job of tip-toeing around, but outright claims to be Jagex by inserting a false link to Jagex.com. This isn't parody like Global Agenda's ads or Rift's "We're not in Azeroth anymore." This ad is explicitly misleading people into believing they are viewing an ad for a Jagex product, when really they are being directed to Runes of Magic. Facebook is already aware of the fraudulent ad, and information has been forwarded to Jagex's legal department. If this is a third party ad agency, Frogster needs to drop them before they wind up on the receiving end of a false advertising (and likely fraud) lawsuit. If this is Frogster's doing, someone in the advertising office should be getting his pink slip, yesterday.

Real life firelighters?
Reported for bug abuse. It's pretty clear that treasure trail items aren't supposed to be sold by NPCs and that this is a bug you're exploiting, even worse by using real money trading. Enjoy your ban, nub.

Items kept on Death
Losing items to your grave is a lot more difficult, but disconnection is the cause of a lot of deaths, and graves cannot be repaired or blessed while the owner is logged off. However the market changes, however, it's going to need more time to reflect the new gravestone system than simply twelve days. If does indeed become less dangerous to the point of being trivial, than you will see prices set solely based on rarity. Otherwise, it will remain this way. The amount of untradeables that get lost upon death is negligible, considering how few of them still exist. Also, rares still aren't traded on the Grand Exchange enough (to my knowledge) to have an effect on prices.

I'll tell you what they're doing. Racially profiling those two trees. [bleep] da po-lease! Fight da powah!
