  1. Mind if I ask what SSD? I was looking at the Intel X25M but it's still too pricy for my taste. I have the OCZ Vertex 120gb. I was torn between that and the Intel, but the OCZ was in stock(and much cheaper!) on the day so it won out. It's amazing. It's making me consider upgrading some/all of my desktop drives in time for summer (hopefully keep my office cooler!)
  2. haha, I have that desk :) I got it for $550 AUD, and I'm seeing now it's selling for $250 USD, pretty cheap! It's pretty sweet. Then my roomate wanted one, so we built a similar one for about $200AUD. Took as about 10 hours works, obviously not including the time coats take to dry.
  3. I was very annoyed with how many problems I had with Snow Leopard. As somebody who still wasn't fully converted, it just about turned me away when it couldn't even get through an installation without stuffing up on me. Then I had (mainstream programs, not just little open source things) all sorts of problms with things crashing, wireless networking failing, garageband not working. Then I put in a new SSD and ram and reinstalled and it works sweet
  4. How perfect, I can't actually connect to any low-lag servers. God forbid they'd make an update without [bleep]ing something up.
  5. Strangley I'm throttled during off-peak periods. It's rather frustrating, when I have 160gb remaining in my off peak quota but I struggle to get 500k a second using IDM or uTorrent.
  6. If you haven't completed rehab, don't do it, especially after back surgery. You are very likely to cause yourself a permanent injury if you are telling the truth.
  7. It doesn't matter if he was breath tested or not. Having an open container of alcohol in a public place unless otherwised licenced is against the law. Living in Sydney, I'd figured you'd have been pinged for it

I'd use it on Runecrafting. You can gain 400k exp in most (Farming might be the exception) skills faster than you can in Runecrafting.
  9. sack tapping was hilarious! as was dacking, talcing (filling somebodies locker with talc or a similar powder), splatting (essentially hurling food or liquid containers over the top of the guys lockers into the girls locker bay) and contact adhesive month.
  10. I speak my mind which most people see as a flaw. Oh, I'm very arrogant, condescending and I enjoy bullying people.
  11. I loll'd. Nearly as funny as the time an asian lady caught a possum and thought it was somebodies pet cat. I'll see if i can find the video
  12. and then be returned to australia within a month on a prisoner exchange program, only to be released on my arrival due to over crowded prisons and medical needs  worth it?
  13. mm, aussie internet. On a windless day I could kick a footy to the exchange building, but I have friends using wireless internet that get better speeds.
  14. TBH I was too tired to process the wall of intelligent text, especially when you more or less clarify the thoughts i had in my head. Anything I posted would've simply been a plus one
  15. 1 am till 5am 6 days a week, 1 am till 3 hours before on game days
  16. Attractive females in NSW? Yeah, I bet you have intelligent rugby players too  And Bazza is a fairy princesses over there?

I was just given the complete works of Brian Keene. It's going to be a good week  I've also been reading Laurell K Hamilton (net is capped) lately. While not my cup of tea, they are very well written.
  18. I drag them off my property by the collar. Same with anybody I haven't given permission to enter my property. Police officers, solicitors, water inspectors, you name it. Feel free to think I'm talking out my [wagon], but I once got a $550 fine for wearing shorts in my backyard when a religious representative decided to hop my fence to see if anybody was home. Since I lost that court case, anybody I don't know personally gets dragged out on to the road for knocking on my door or stepping foot in my driveway.
  19. I had about 15 subway cookies and a box of tic tacs. I wanted to see if it was worth the time in the pool to burn off the tic tacs. It wasn't :(
  20. Back when I was in high school, it was all about making fun of fiddy and the one guy in the whole school who listened to rap.
  21. Most people could not imagine the things I would do outside that building in your country \
  22. He are Aussie, I are teh luv him as a brother! Hex, on the other hand, is someone I'd love to. *pulls out Molotov Cocktail* *NEW* By request! ah lubs chew two main!
  23. If you account for inflation, a slave in the early 1800s would've cost about $40,000. No ones exactly "giving" you slaves. I think they'd cost far more. I mean, I can easily make 60k a year as a labourer. I could buy a fleet of slaves and have them pay themselves off in less than a year:D
  24. People are scared of skydiving because it looks extremely intense (I haven't tried it, I can't vouch). It's not as fun as you would think. I thought it was kinda boring. The first 5 seconds you are like yeah sweet as, after that you just wanted a beer and a warm place to crap.
  25. You don't have anger issues Mage_Man, you are just a sober Australian.
