Your first Tip.It post
On the search it says: Posted: Wed Jul 07, 2004 4:41 pm " I'm 14 years, 8 months, and 14 days old. I started RuneScape when I was 11.. 3 year anniversary tomorrow I think." I don't know what my first scapeboard post was... but I had over 1k posts on there, I think. ^_^ Today I'm 18, 6 months, and 4 days old. Nearing my 7 year anniversary. That's so funny. xD

How fast can you type? Play typeracer and find out
It's not working for me on this computer, I'll try again later on the other. In typing class I could reach 164 wpm, but that was a couple years ago. On the facebook app (a different program) I come in at 110. But I'll edit this post once I try this Typeracer thingy. ^^

SOTW #8 - Theme: Superheroes[Vote Now]
Someone really needs to do Batman! ;) (I'm not entering. Just browsing. But yeah. Batman is the best!)

I said 18.6 because it's been over 7 months since I turned 18. Durrr. ;)

Comics.
Garfield Minus Garfield (it's awesome), Zits, For Better or For Worse (the most unreal family in the world), Mary Worth (my sisters and I love laughing at this old lady), DILBERT (my favorite) and then a handful of others. Safe Havens, Bizzaro, Frazz (which looks so much like Calvin and Hobbes... seriously).

Old Ways To Make Money?
In my earliest RS days, I would kill goblins in Lumbridge then make the trek to the runes shop in Varrock to sell the runes to Aubury (I cleverly discovered he paid more than the general store!) Then after the Wildy was released, I'd run food out to Zonghui and Almedin3 while they trained in the lava maze, and they'd give me some cash and money (and a purple cape, when those were released and you had to stand in line for hours because Aggie could only talk to one person at a time to sell the dyes. That was the best payment EVER for me at the time). Once I got up in the levels a bit (probably 60ish), I had a system with my friend Shadow Geist where I'd be in the lava maze gathering steel plates and earth staffs (switching servers, because they respawned SLOW) while he'd run back and forth banking them for me and we'd split some of the profits selling them to Zaff's Staffs and the armour shop. Of course, once I discovered (and got my mage level high enough for) high alchemy, he was dropped from my clever money-making scheme. I remember sweating bullets as I walked (no run option, lol) back to the bank in varrock from the lava maze, carrying upwards of 800k. Sigh.

GE Buying Limits
As I just said I got 30k airs all at once just earlier this week. I find a hard time believing that. I've personally experienced the limit on waters, chaos, death, dust, fire and a few other runes I've forgotten. Why would they omit just air? Possibly because air is necessary for so many more spells as compared to the other elemental runes. Air is needed in pretty much all of the basic offensive spells.

Pigs on the Wing(New pixel)
I'm a guy. ;) And thereby too manly for the little pig? I loved the pig. The clouds are nice, but the pig was EPIC. Every time I see your pigless signature it makes me sad. :(

What is the first thing you did as a legal adult?
I didn't do anything momentous. I didn't buy cigarettes, lottery tickets or porn. I think I probably went to bed. It was just another day. Birthdays aren't a big deal at my house. I think my dad bought me some flowers and mom brought home a lemon meringue pie... but my family can't afford presents (except me, so I'm always the giver instead of receiver), so there wasn't a whole lot of fun-ness. My friend held a "surprise" party for me, but only one person outside of her immediate family showed up, so it made me kind of sad rather than happy. Birthdays make me feel like such a loser. Mentally, I'm still about 14.

Which 4 Slayer Tasks have you "blocked"?
Following up on the Smoking Kills quest and the new features for slayer (including points and rewards...) I don't have enough points yet to block any of the tasks, but when I do it's probably going to be: 1. Scabarites 2. Warped Terrorbirds 3. Goraks 4. (undecided) Hellhounds, maybe. Which tasks are you planning to (or have already) block(ed)? Edit: I'm so silly! I didn't realise it was 4 tasks instead of 3 that could be blocked. Yay.

Greatest Runescape Regrets
Starting to play RS, for one. If I'd known I'd be spending the next 7 years (this July) playing, I never would've started. But since I DID play and have regrets about my playing time, I wish I'd used it more wisely. Like actually trained and raised skills, instead of just wandering around like a noob for hours on end (which I still do)! I wish I'd talked to people more and kept in touch with more of my old friends. And like everyone else around in Dec '01, I wish I'd kept more of those silly hats and crackers that were all over the ground... I'm also mad at missing the holiday things lately. I don't think I got this past easter or christmas. Maybe Halloween, but ever since the marionettes and scarfs, I haven't really gotten any. And that easter ring... but I'm missing a few.

Goo-thans or Guh-thans? Guh-thix or Goo-thix?
Another way of looking at it (to support my GOO-thix) is the word ruthless. xD Ruthless guthix! Yay.

Runescape turns into Single Player. Could you survive ?
Yes, exactly. It's a nice way of saying I think the topic is stupid and pointless, as it (the single-player RS thing) is not going to happen. But I didn't want to say that and hurt feelings. So instead I said I didn't want to discuss it, and tried to leave a subtle hit. But instead got prodded at for it, and here I am explaining myself. :(

Runescape turns into Single Player. Could you survive ?
If I am not mistaken, you just did. If Runescape were single player it would be extremely boring and tedious. I would cease playing immediately. You are mistaken, because that was not discussing it. ;) I didn't say about whether I would personally think it would be bad or boring. I just said it wouldn't happen. :P Please don't try to pull me up on what I say. ;)

A kiss?
If it were two GIRLS, which is what your words first made me think, then it could be acceptable. Although a kiss on the cheek would be a lot less awkward. As for a girl and guy kissing as a casual greeting and them not going out? They'd have to be really really really good friends. I like the french and other cultures where they kiss on each cheek. I don't like hugging casual friends, because having breasts makes it feel a little too intimate. Like I'm just pressing my chest at people. I don't know.

Runescape turns into Single Player. Could you survive ?
As it would never happen, I'm not going to bother discussing it.

What Are You Doing Now, Lifewise.
At the same time? ... I just graduated from High School and I don't have definite plans for the fall. I was accepted at two universities (and only applied to 2, so that was really good) and got offered a TON of scholarship money, but even with $20k off when the school is $36k a year, it's too much money for me. So I withdrew my deposits from both and now it looks like I'll be going to the community college for the first year. As for this summer, I've been doing a lot of work around the house (parents just put it on the market two days ago), so if it sells then I'll either get an apartment here or move to wherever they go. I want to travel a bit; I live in Oregon so I'll probably just go to Seattle and maybe Disneyland. I don't plan on getting a job right away. Maybe in the fall. These last 2 weeks since graduation I've been reading a LOT, sleeping a LOT, doing a ton of yardwork and playing Mario Kart on my N64. Maybe someday I'll get a Wii. Yay.

Pigs on the Wing(New pixel)
That is simply ADORABLE. I love the winged version!

Goo-thans or Guh-thans? Guh-thix or Goo-thix?
Goothix, Goothans. :)

Runescape Pick up Lines
I've heard a couple that I wish I could remember, they were so dumb they were actually cute. Generally though, it's "Nice legs" or "Nice rack", to which I reply, "Thanks! I just got them pixelated!"

What did you get for your father?
I didn't get him anything. I haven't told him Happy Father's Day, yet, either. Might want to do that in the next 5 hours before the day is over, I guess. :)

Do You Run?
I don't run for fun. I prefer biking to get exercise. I used to play Ultimate Frisbee last summer with a bunch of friends, and that was a LOT of running, but all the guys are gone/going on their missions for 2 years (the last two are headed out this week actually) and us girls can't be bothered to organize it. I'll stick to swimming and biking, I think. Lower impact things.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Mind control. To be able to hear and influence the thoughts of everyone near and far. (I don't think anyone else would be happy if I had that ability, but I'd make them think they were and then it wouldn't matter.) ;)

High School Graduation. CLASS OF 08!!
I've been thinking about making a thread similar to this one. My graduation was June 4. My twin sister was Valedictorian. I was at best number 150 in the class (of ~370), so I was a bit of a letdown after all of Sarah's accomplishments. She had cords and sashes and everything. I had one medal. It's funny. As I was going to the podium to shake the superintendent's hand, he congratulated me on my accomplishments and said I gave a great speech. So he thought I was my SISTER, and that was pretty dumb seeing as he's met us several times before. But at least I got some form of congratulations. Sarah was right behind me and all he said to her was "I didn't know you had a twin!" -.- Anyways, it was amazing. I'm go glad high school is OVER. The grad party was great, too. Here's a few pictures: With the Grandparents (I have the longer hair): One of those classic hold-the-camera-at-arms'-length-and-hope-it-turns-out pictures of me: Me (on the left) and Sarah: Boxer Bingo Winners! (Grad Party) I'm in the middle. The blonde is a friend, Kate: I don't have set plans for life yet. I'll probably be going to the community college for a semester or a year and then transfer. Major in English (CW) with a poli sci minor, and then go to law school. Congrats to the other 2008 grads! :)
