Often they're a cheaper alternative in the GWD for some sort of god armour. Also looks are everything when people can't see the real you. :D

Having to spend points to get a random task seems really pointless. I think the premise of your idea was good... but the implementation, not so much. I think that, if anything, people should be limited to buying one task per day, and it should cost more points than you would get from completing the task.

Isn't ALL tt stuff? The armour was never meant to be better than any other armour.. So it isn't. :P I think the tt items are there for fun. Sure the prices will crash, but they'll stabalize at where they need to be. :)

I was f2p for the first few, but I do remember them all. Now the wildy without a ditch.. those were great days. I really wish they'd remove it now that the wildy is a joke, barely dangerous at all. :P Just put the old warning back up. One thing I always think back on is when I was super excited to try and get 70 (?) crafting, because then I could make diamond amulets and I'd be rich! Also everyone used to wc for money. Getting the level for yews was a big deal back then. :P I remember getting whatever level that was and a few people I'd been wc'ing with for a while were all like "Woow grats have fun being rich!" All the profitable things I could have done.. never got "rich" until much later though. :P

They didn't fail at fixing it.. They just chose not to remove the excess items that came into the game.

Yeah, neither did I. I like what they did. Including the other gods was a good idea! I'm not disappointed at all. :) Also yeah, the new Shilo Uri emote? Dumbest thing ever. Why change it? I also had the clue twice this morning, and BOTH time I threw my pie at him so I had to make another. I turned auto retaliate off the 2nd time, so I don't know what I did wrong. I thought I switched my weapon before I attacked but I guess not.

I paid 60k for mine. :P Gonna keep it though. So I won't have to pay again.

That's a great vid! If I ever manage to get a lvl-4 clue, I'll know what to do now. :) Does anyone know what actually happens so you solve the puzzle? Like do the runes on the top/bottom of the overlapping pieces have to match?

I like the new puzzle boxes. ^^ I did a level 3 clue and got a Rune Kite (t), but nothin else cool. Killed Skeletal Horror and Bork, no clues. :( Someone said KBD doesn't drop elite clues? They do, a friend has a friend who get red dragon mask(?) from a clue from him.

Is that all? Dang, I only feel confident killing two of those. :P

How exciting! Anyone have a list of monsters known to drop elite scrolls?

If what Jagex told us is fairly accurate, drops really are more like a roulette wheel (or dice). So the 1/6 example is the perfect one.

umm...bots are illegal, you do realize this, don't you? Against Jagex's rules=/= illegal. Illegal does not have to do be related to the law.. From dictionary.com: By signing up to play Runescape, you agreed to follow the official rules that Jagex created. Therefore, in the game of Runescape, botting is illegal. I can quote the rule for you too, if you want.

Yeah I recently moved mine to Relleka. I had it at Brimhaven, mostly for easy access to the dungeon. But now I have 83 farming, so I grew a spirit tree there instead. ^^

Hmm I never read that it was an ability. That's kinda cool I guess. Wonder how we'll obtain that ability? I think someone already said those spaces will likely get taken up by clothing for TT clues. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

Oddly enough... I don't think I've ever been accused of botting. :? Never really though of it before. :P It sucks I'm sure, but I'm also sure they're just jealous. Tell them you play the game to have fun, not to bot. ^^

And two days is completely excusable! There are delays in industry ALL THE TIME, and two days is nothing. If you need new content all the freaking time, go play a game called LIFE. Updates EVERY DAY! You're still going to have to deal with broken promises though. So, tough. What are you talking about with this "two days" nonsense? sseli said two delays. And I agree that they shouldn't keep delaying like that. It's been much more than two days blak, it's been more like 2 weeks since the clue update was supposed to happen. Oh well though, I guess I'll just keep on doing whatever until it comes out, not like complaining is going to make it happen any faster. Yes it is. There's a quest you can do to get a Camulet, which I believe teleports you very close to the granite. The best way to mine there is to mine 3, then drop 3. The rest of your inventory should be full of waterskins. Keep an eye on them so you know when you're out of water. Desert clothing (the white robes Shantay sells) drastically reduces how often you have to drink. There's another quest you can do that gives you access to an enchanted tiara that acts as waterskins for you. You charge it up with water runes.

I'm glad they put that disclaimer. I kind of doubt it'll stop people complaining but.. it's worth a shot! Also they changed the phrase saying that the TT update was planned to be with the first update of the month. Now it just says it'll be out as soon as it's ready. Can't wait for everything to come out whenever it comes!

I'm definitely excited for this to come out! I want to know exactly how the Meerkats work. If they're a familiar that helps with treasure trails, that would be cool. :D New rewards will be good too ^^
